Additionally, we can buy fruits and vegetable fresh, frozen or canned. They are easy to prepare, so many of us eat more of those nutritious items daily. A hundred years ago, you couldn’t imagine the process of taking some frozen fruit and ice from the freezer, adding some low-fat yogurt from a plastic cup and some juice from a can in the refrigerator, and whipping up a low-fat smoothie in the blender!

vegetables and fruit every day and I drink yogurt twice a week .Although I like

I have a good weekend. On Saturday morning ,I do my homework. After lunch, I go shopping with my mother. At about five o’clock, I go to play basketball with my friend. 散乱的队伍在号令指引下整齐的移向军训走廊。身后，是密雨斜倾;身前，凉风如浪。于是满眼皆是奔跑，满耳皆是呼啸。如雷的踏步声，顷刻间便冲破了风雨的阻挡，一种巨大的力量呼喊着：“加油，我们可以战胜风雨。”正如那句诗：“既然选择了远方，便只顾风雨兼程。”

不知不觉到达了指定的走廊，风竟停了，雨也渐渐小了，可是这样的怪天气，何时才能让我们恣意挥洒汗水呢?不禁打了个冷战，时光都溜走了，而我们依然在这。很庆幸，这样的等待使烦躁的心趋于平静。

Protecting the Environment

With the improvement of our living standard, more and more people can afford a car. As a result, our roads are more often than not crammed with cars. 当我满怀着好奇与欣喜步入大学校门的时候，我的大学生活就正式开始了。

第一次进入大学，面对着陌生的环境我是紧张的，漫长的报名过程是枯燥的，认识不同的人的过程却是欣喜的。有热情的学长带着我报名、有身穿汉服的学姐露出美美的欢迎的微笑、有来自天南海北的同学。我与他们相识、出行、聚餐。当一天结束，我疲惫地躺在床上，这丰富精彩的一天就结束了。我带着满身的疲惫、梦幻般的回忆与对未来大学生活的憧憬进入了梦乡。

时光如白驹过隙，军训仿佛一匹疾驰的白马、将我的教官与可爱的学长学姐们都带到了我们的面前，却又在一瞬间就带着他们离开了。木叶萧萧，时光如风一般夹杂着 我心底那如沙般的记忆从我身边经过，然后远去。熟悉的人啊！希望下次相见时你我依旧相识。

军训过去了，学长们的拉歌、一张张真诚的笑容、热情的嘶吼都一一远去，留在心中的只有那最珍贵的回忆和那 一抹化不开的悲伤。

中秋已过，木叶枯黄，席散人分，问谁可与共？熟悉的人啊！再见！

中秋过后便是国庆假期。假期一天天过去，疾驰的时间拉着绿皮火车向着未来驶去，而我坐在火车里随着被秋风吹落的落叶一起来到了校园。这代表着我们大一新生的正式开课。

正式开课的大学生活与高中相比有许多的不同，大量的课余时间、老师上课松散的管理和娱乐之风的盛行等等。这让我茫然而不知所措，仿佛陷入了黑暗之中迷失了方向。

但在我陷入黑暗之中而茫然、恐惧时，有一句话仿佛一束白光，驱散了黑暗、带走了恐惧、指明了我前进的方向。

[人生就如钟摆一样，往复于痛苦与无聊之间，而快乐就藏在摆动的过程中。]这句话告诉我前行中蕴藏着快乐，而大学是学习知识和培养人才的地方，我只要不断前行、不断提高自己的能力就可以了！我不需要迷茫也不需要恐惧，只需要不断前进。
