我们总是奢求别人为自己而改变 但这不太切合实际 所以要尝试着为他人而改变自己。在英国斯威敏斯教堂地下室里，英国圣公会主教的墓碑上写着这样一段话：当我年轻自由的时候，我的想像力没有任何局限，我梦想改变这个世界。当我渐渐成熟明智的时候，我发现这个世界是不可能改变的，于是我将眼光放得短浅了一些，那就只改变我的国家吧!但是我的国家似乎也是我无法改变的。当我到了迟暮之年，抱着最后一丝希望，我决定只改变我的家庭、我亲近的人，但是，唉!他们根本不接受改变。现在临终之际，我才突然意识到：如果起初我只改变自己，接着我就可以依次改变我的家人。然后，在他们的激发和鼓励下，我也许就能改变我的国家。再接下来，谁又知道呢，也许我连整个世界都可以改变。

假如每个人都约束好自己，都试图努力改变自己，那样岂不是整个群体也改变了?不要总是想着改变别人，假如自己做的好，你就可以影响别人，不要轻视了自己的影响力。

一只乌鸦打算飞往南方，途中遇到一只鸽子，他们一起停在一棵树上休息。

与其改变世界，不如先改变自己，改变自己的某些观念和做法，以抵御外来的侵袭。当自己改变后，眼中的世界自然也就跟着改变了。

理解就是生活，快乐就是出发，人人享受阳光，美好未来绽放。
