Too often we feel that few of our friends are true friends, without the traditional feeling of mutual affection which could only be created by longtime apart. But several decades ago, people treasured their friends and maintained relatively close interpersonal relations, which is much more enjoyable than the estrangements we are experiencing.

The last factor that has made our age so uncomfortable is the abusive use of technology. 还记得那句“一寸光阴一寸金，寸金难买寸光阴。”吗?诗人把时间比作金钱，是啊，金钱可以买到各式各样精美的钟表，但唯独买不到时间。繁花易逝，所以人们珍惜这争奇斗艳的瞬间;落日易逝，所以人们倍加爱惜这夕阳西下的时光;因为黑发易逝，所以人们不应该珍惜这美好的年少时光吗?

可是，有些人并不珍惜这年少的光阴，他们这个时候贪玩懒惰，不好好学习，他们总认为时间还多的是，他们总会心存侥幸的想:“还早着呢，再玩一会也没事。”或者“唉，算了，明天再学吧!”

所以他们的童年很“快乐”，但这种快乐不是那种充实的快乐，而是那种简单的娱乐。然而，到了老年，他们才发现，自己什么也没学会，只能坐在窗边伤心的流泪。我想，“少壮不努力，老大徒伤悲”讲得就是这种意思。

除了珍惜时间之外，我们还要学会把握时间。

“有花堪折直须折，莫待无花空折枝”就是对把握时间的诠释。

如果你把握好了时间，你就会知道什么时候该放松，什么时候该学习;如果你把握好了时间，你就会拥有充实的生活;同样，如果你把握好了时间，你就不会在事后流下后悔莫及的泪水。把握时间，其实真的不像我们想象中的那么困难。把握时间要按照自己计划中的时间段认真的实行。把握时间，也可说成是把握机会，当机会来的时候，你要牢牢的将它抓住，千万不要等到机会没有了再去空抓。

与时间为友，你会学到很多东西。相反，如果与时间为敌，该干什么的时候偏不干，那你只会尝到生活的苦涩。

从古至今，关于时间的成语数不胜数：惜时如金，时光荏苒，白驹过隙……历代文人墨客常以文章来感叹时间的珍贵，并以此发奋，到老依然孜孜不倦。既然这样，我们还能这样浪费时间吗?任它流逝吗?

珍惜时间和把握时间，二者缺一不可，是相辅相成的。在珍惜时间的同时要学会把握，在把握时间的同时也要懂得珍惜!

海伦凯勒说过：“要把每一天都当做生命中的最后一天去生活。”我们不用那样，只要珍惜每一天，把握每一天，这样坚持下去。

如果春天已将大地吹绿，不会很久，秋霜也一定会将它染白，这是季节的律动;

如果你现在充满青春活力，不会很久，岁月也一定会使你年老力衰，这是生命的律动。时间如同过往的旅客，来也匆匆，去也匆匆，朋友，珍惜每一天吧!
