“当下离婚率颇高，倡导夫妻家庭和睦的优良传统美德非常有必要。牛郎织女七夕相会的故事歌颂了忠贞不渝的爱情，体现了人们对幸福家庭的企盼，寄托了人们对美好生活的向往，是促进家庭和睦、社会和谐、民族团结的重要节日，在社会生活中发挥着越来越重要的作用。”傅企平呼吁，把中国非物质文化遗产的“七夕节”设立为法定节假日，通过节假日形式加以强化和纪念，举办多种有传统文化特色的活动加以传承。

春节假期延长到10天

在《关于延长春节假期的建议》中，傅企平建议将春节假期从7天延长至10天。

傅企平说，7天的假期与人们对春节活动的时间需求不相适应，往往会造成一些弊端。比如，春运压力集中，要在几天内完成几亿人的“大迁移”，运输部门的压力非常大;其次，按照传统习俗，正月十五之前都属于广义的春节，很多地方至今仍保留着元宵之前不开工的习俗，按照法定的正月初七上班，很多人感觉只过了“半个年”。

“把春节假期延长到10天，一是拉动消费作用增加明显，二在传统文化逐渐淡化、圣诞万圣节等等国外节庆受追捧的现状下，以春节这个最具中国特色的节庆为突破口，通过拉长假期、丰富内容为手段，来提振年轻一代对传统文化的热情，应该有着相当的作用。”傅企平说。

推广2.5天休假制

除了传统节日，周末休息两天半也成为宁波代表关注的焦点。在今年的两会上，全国人大代表、奥克斯集团公司董事长郑坚江提交了《关于实施2.5天休假制度的建议》。他建议，将“2.5天休假制”从“弹性鼓励”升级为“刚性制度”。

郑坚江认为，实施“2.5天休假制”好处多多。一是有利于促进旅游行业的发展，二是有利于弥补带薪休假执行不力导致的假期不足，三是有利于提升人们生活品质，四是有利于促进消费、扩大内需。

The old are still pay more attention to the spring festival， but the young gradually change the mode to spend their spring festival holiday， such as travel overseas.

When I am a childhood， I celebrated the spring festival with my family about a month in my winter vacation in traditional way， such as helping cleaning our houses， putting red couplets on gates， setting off firecrackers， and wear new clothes. Now， I spend only 4 or 5 days at home with my parents in celebrating the spring festival， then I will hurry back to work. Maybe in the near future， I will have no time celebrating spring festival hometown， and my parents have to come to stay with us in the city.

春节前家家户户都要打扫房子，以整洁的面貌喜迎年的到来。腊月二十七这天家家都要做各种点心如米花糕、打巴巴等。三十天家家都要洗腊肉，买鱼杀鸡，一天前煮好的腊肉透着香味早已摆在碗里。总之这一天大人们把一年舍不得吃的东西都放在这一天的中午，桌子上摆满了各种吃的，这一天小孩子那里都不去，总是围着桌子打转转，想吃什么在桌子上拿就是了。除夕夜，小孩放鞭炮，大人围着火盆烤火，叙说这一年收获。晚上8点是我们小孩最高兴的时候：大人们要给我们发压岁钱，有时候大人们也玩一个有奖竞猜，那时我们的收获会更大，这一晚大人们也特别大气，我们也特别小气，见比自己大的人都伸手要压岁钱。晚上12点，乡村的鞭炮四起，欢呼声到处都是，共同庆祝新年的到来，我们睡了觉的小孩也总是被吵醒。正月初一这天小孩要穿新衣服、新鞋子、新袜子，怕冷的小朋友也不忘了扣上一顶新的帽子来充一充喜气。特别一提的是，正月初一这一天是新的一年的开始，我们小孩子不管犯了多大的错误，大人们也不会打我们，骂我们，所以这一天我们得到的实惠比平时多得多。

春节中，是大人们最高兴的日子，亲人、朋友来的特别多，他们围在一起喝酒，吆三喝六的，好不热闹;我们不喝酒的人在另一桌，菜特别多，可能是春节的油水多，我们反而吃得特别少。走亲戚是最有意思的一件事，我们提着东西去，亲友在我们走时也不忘给我们送一个红包，送的红包大体同我们送的东西价值差不多，红包是我们小孩的，我们总希望大们送的东西多些，我们收的红包也才大些，不过有时红包也要上交大人，这是我们最不喜欢看到的。

除夕早晨，我穿上新衣服，就和弟弟看爸爸放鞭炮。一阵“噼里啪啦”的声音从我们耳朵里穿过，好像要把祝福送到千家万户，我们开心极了。夜晚，我们吃过晚饭，我就和爸爸、妈妈和姐姐一起观看春节联欢晚会。那精彩的表演让我心情豁然开朗，有相声，有小品还有歌舞……非常好看。
