老子曾说：“知人者智，自知者明”。人生的智慧，最重要的是自知。而自知的首要之处，是明了自己的无知。既然自己无知，那便先居人后，找个知道的人来合作，大事可成，自己的人生短板也补齐了，这就是鲍叔牙的聪明之处——打上补丁。管仲深谙人性，明晰厉害，知道如何发展经济。鲍叔牙明了自己无法与之相比，主动让位，为自己和别人都找到了合适的位置。让管仲成为自己的补丁。贵有自知，谦以子牧。同学们，请了解你自己，卢梭曾说：“人之所以走入迷途，不是因为他无知，而是因为他自以为知。”自知不仅能帮助我们找到合适的位置，明了合作的意义，还能培育更宽广的胸怀，更真诚的谦逊。

前面我曾讲到，管仲是鲍叔牙的补丁。“管鲍之交”之所以能流传千古，其实在于鲍叔牙的识人之才。首先，鲍叔牙了解管仲，从不因管仲家境贫寒而恶待，也不因管仲曾多分给自己分红而否认管仲的才华。鲍叔牙一直以宽容和赏识的眼光看待别人，识人之才。其次，鲍叔牙了解桓公。他直言上谏，因为他深知桓公求贤若渴。鲍叔牙知人，是知人之需。所以，同学们，知人不单单是日复一日地观察，得出或好或坏的评价，更重要的是，察人之需，察人之德，以一人之德，解另一人的需，为更多的人，找到人生的补丁。

那么，我们该如何更好的察人观己呢?答案是：读书。《吕氏春秋》载：“察己则可以知人，察今则可以知古。”它的意思是说，人天生具有迁移的能力，故事总具有一定的相似性。只有通过读书，我们才能在如今狭窄的生活中，见到拥有各色经历，各样特点的人物，才能通过特点、经历与结局的对照，明了何为智者，何为大才。我们才能通过自己与人物的对比，反思自己的行为，作出更正确的选择。

可以说，我们很幸运，遇到鲍叔牙，让认识自己的力量如此直观形象地摆在我们面前，让我们明白留心自己，关切他人的重要，让我们体会合作的意义。

回答这句话时我很自豪。直到现在，我都认为很多人特别是女孩子，很乐意告诉别人自己来自江南，或者更确切地说是吴门苏州。

小桥悠悠，流水潺潺，巷子幽幽，以及那流淌于小桥、流水、巷子中的一声声吴语，使这座江南古城弥漫着沁人的气息。

桥是深褐的，路是花青的，墙是灰白的。一系列冷色调，沉沉稳稳，闲闲适适。宁静中蕴藉着深情，翩然中倾诉着沧桑。河道里几艘小船闲闲而过，屋檐下一簇草儿亭亭而颤。这，便是江南苏州。她艺术得让你心旌摇曳。或许，你的手指触摸的那块青砖，你的脚底涉足的那块鹅卵石，曾经有过风云无数。二千五百年的历史在这块土地上沉淀、荡漾，就由不得你不信了。

古城苏州在一步步地走向世界。在世纪浪潮中，她不断地寻求着自我，执著着秉性。漫步在小巷中，轻抚着吴地文化的肌肤，抬头是侧过身的两排屋檐夹着的一方狭长天空，格子窗下木门虚掩。门板上的斑斑驳驳似朱唇轻启，倾诉着绵绵往事，遐想着“老僧禅定”，猜测着那木门后深深庭院里藏的是人面桃花还是梨花带雨。其实，无论那是嫣然一笑还是几滴清泪，呵，都会让你感叹不已。

于是，不难理解女孩们乐于告诉别人自己来自吴门苏州的心情了，因为那接下来的一句便是“苏州啊，好地方”。

咱住在小区里，窗户外面能看见对面的楼房，当然没有诗意，更说不上风景。咱看风景，当然需要出门。
