Housework makes me happy. One day, my father and mother had just left, when I saw the dirty and disorderly home, I thought of a good idea. Ill clean the table and then the bowl. Then take the cloth and wipe the dust off the furniture. Again it is sweeping the floor, after sweeping the ground, I picked up a rag to wipe to again, this brush is also have tips: 1 the brushing is to have the order, a brick a brick to brush, so as not to have wiped. 2 before you wipe it, you wont step on the area youve erased. Sometimes its hard to erase something, so its my way. Put your hands on the bottom of your chest, then your front legs arch your hind legs, and then push the cloth on your hand and the floor will be much cleaner. Im no longer the baby princess. Today, I feel the joy of labor.

How happy this summer vacation is!

1.进一步加强理论学习，更新教学理念，抽出时间学习新理论，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践，本学期要学习有关有效教学资料以及改进评价内容和评价方法的资料，努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生综合实践的能力，全面提高学生的素质。

2.进一步落实与深化教学常规，聚焦常态课堂，打造高效课堂。按计划上好公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点来实现高效课堂。同时，带领大家力求做到有效备课、有效上课、有效作业、有效培优补差，鼓励成员充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3.加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组本学期至少活动五次以上，时间固定，围绕主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高全组成员的业务水平和教育教学能力。

4.初三备考是重中之重，加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《中考说明》、《导引》和中考试卷分析材料，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读、写作和应试能力的训练，力争顺利打响中考第一仗，争创中考英语成绩新辉煌。

5.加强科研文化建设，让研究成为习惯。研究能改变教师的生存状态，努力创设研究文化。本学期积极响应学校的科教研活动，开展一系列有关有效备课专题的活动：听说课的有效备课、阅读课的有效备课、复习课的有效备课。

6.继续建设本学科的资源库。建立学科的资源库，确实是一个利人利己的好举措。不断地添入新的资源，不断优化和建设资源库。

7.继续开展多样的学生活动，吸引学生的眼球,使学生更关注英语学习，营造有利于学生健康成长的学习环境。

总之，在校长室、教研室的带领下，我们英语组全体组员会开拓进取，不断完善自己，将教学质量放首位，为学校的教育事业贡献力量。

暑假非常的漫长，于是，我想制作一个属于我的暑假计划。

我的计划是：星期一~星期五每天8点准时起床，写两个小时的作业，玩三十分钟，看三十分钟电视，中午再睡一会儿午觉。星期六~星期日上午写一个小时的作业，再看一会儿电视，下午去妈妈给我报的课外班。   到了七月的时候，爸爸要从外地回来，和他的大学朋友去聚餐。于是，我们一家三口人准备到首都北京去旅游一个星期。因此，我一直在盼望着爸爸赶快回来，好带我去北京玩一圈。

到了八月的时候，妈妈准备给我报几个课外班。于是，我又要每天到课外班上课了，所以，我得赶快把暑假作业写完才行。

这就是我的暑假计划，在妈妈的监督下和自己的执行，我一定能够把这个暑假过得丰富而精彩。小朋友，你的暑假计划是什么呢？

Summer vacation is very long, so I want to make a summer vacation plan that belongs to me.

From March to April, review all I have learned a second time.

Beginning from April, models tests should be the all.Several days before the exam, I will go over all the mistakes in the pa-pe-rs and have a good rest for the exam.

Today is March 8th, the new term, the last but the most important term of junior high has been on for more than seven days. It means that there are only about three months left for us to study. We suddenly feel that time passes so fast. We still remember the first day we come to this famous middle school, but now, two and a half years has passed. Have you ever looked back and thought, what you did and learnt in the two and a half years? And how much did you learn from teachers, books or in any other ways?To ask yourselves, have you ever wasted time? If you say “never”, that’s very good. But if you say “Yes, often,” it is so regretful. But everything has passed anyhow, we can’t get it back, so the only thing we cann do is, to make better use of the time.

From now on, study hard. It’s not so late that everything can’t be changed yet. Everything is possible only if you try your best to do it. Believe yourselves, “Every man has his price.” Maybe you are good at study, you are good at singing or you do well in drawing……

So I always believe myself no matter where, no matter when. It’s very important, I think. Let’s try our best and put our heart into it. Wish you make good results in the last exam.

我在爸爸妈妈爷爷叁人的建议下制定了一个特别正式的寒假作息表和寒假学习计划表。我以为这个“科学”的计划表能够被我实施一个寒假，可是没过两天我便坚持不住了。

我忽然觉得计划表的安排很不合理，表上说一个小时完成的事情在实施的过程中，一个小时根本就不够。于是我就上个计划拖下个计划。好像永远在赶时间，而我永远也没能完成任务。就这样我失去了坚持下去的耐心。

因此还没过两天我就坚持不住然后睡起来懒觉来了。可是作为监督员的爷爷却严格执行起来了。爷爷见我没有按照时间表上的时间做，立刻来房间喊醒我。当我睁开睡眼朦胧的眼睛时就看见爷爷严肃的脸，很不情愿的起床了。在爷爷的监督下按照时间表执行起来。虽然心里不高兴但还是勉强做了起来!这样一天在爷爷的严厉监督下过完了!晚上爷爷便把今天我的表现告诉爸爸妈妈。

吃完晚饭爸爸妈妈便找我谈话了，妈妈说：你已经长大了。自己能安排寒假作息时间是一件好事情!可是自己规定的时间刚开始两天自己都不能执行，这样怎幺能好自己的主人呢?

爸爸也语重心长说：时间是你自己认真想好以后制定的现在刚刚开始就不能坚持，以后还有很多事情自己做主的，要学会按计划完成自己的规定!时间是你自己安排的你自己要有信心做好!什幺事情都要坚持!不能虎头蛇尾的!爸爸妈妈说完后还是肯定了我的时间表，但还让我自己做好寒假小主人。听完爸爸妈妈的话我羞愧的低下了头。

在以后的时间里我不再让爷爷监督了，即使有什幺事情不能完成当天计划的，在前一天我就做好调整，或提前或煺后一天做好必须完成的事情，把不重要的事情拿掉，这样整个寒假完全由我自己做主过完了!爷爷也笑着说：我这个监督员失业了!他说这样的失业他很高兴希望永远也不要上岗了!

通过这次体验，我对自己有了信心了。我知道自己可以对自己的事情做主了!通过寒假我也锻炼小事情自己拿主意，不会犹豫不决的去问父母了。这样他们也放心让我自己做一些力所能及的事情了!这样也可以让他们少为去我操心了，帮父母分担了压力了!
