娱乐、锻炼的计划：如果可以的话，我希望可以四处走走，到处看看；有时间的时候就到外面和朋友们玩玩，到外面去转转，认识更多的朋友，也可以锻炼锻炼；坚持每天都跑步十分钟以上，尽量跑远一些，跑的快一些，尽量每天跑一英里，那也就是一千六百零九米了，用20分钟足矣跑完1英里，所以尽量每天跑20分钟，这可以增强我的体质。
