Thirdly, dont invade your roommates privacy. Everyone has their own secrets and eccentricities. We should not search roommates privacy. Fourthly, participate in dormitory’s collective activities actively. The activities of the dormitory is not only a simple activity, but also a way to contact with each other to share feelings. 好些人散去了。我--一位看客，从裤兜里抽出手，耳边回响起幼稚的童音，在羞愧中重新迈开脚步。

我在爸爸妈妈爷爷叁人的建议下制定了一个特别正式的寒假作息表和寒假学习计划表。我以为这个“科学”的计划表能够被我实施一个寒假，可是没过两天我便坚持不住了。

我忽然觉得计划表的安排很不合理，表上说一个小时完成的事情在实施的过程中，一个小时根本就不够。于是我就上个计划拖下个计划。好像永远在赶时间，而我永远也没能完成任务。就这样我失去了坚持下去的耐心。

因此还没过两天我就坚持不住然后睡起来懒觉来了。可是作为监督员的爷爷却严格执行起来了。爷爷见我没有按照时间表上的时间做，立刻来房间喊醒我。当我睁开睡眼朦胧的眼睛时就看见爷爷严肃的脸，很不情愿的起床了。在爷爷的监督下按照时间表执行起来。虽然心里不高兴但还是勉强做了起来!这样一天在爷爷的严厉监督下过完了!晚上爷爷便把今天我的表现告诉爸爸妈妈。

吃完晚饭爸爸妈妈便找我谈话了，妈妈说：你已经长大了。自己能安排寒假作息时间是一件好事情!可是自己规定的时间刚开始两天自己都不能执行，这样怎幺能好自己的主人呢?

爸爸也语重心长说：时间是你自己认真想好以后制定的现在刚刚开始就不能坚持，以后还有很多事情自己做主的，要学会按计划完成自己的规定!时间是你自己安排的你自己要有信心做好!什幺事情都要坚持!不能虎头蛇尾的!爸爸妈妈说完后还是肯定了我的时间表，但还让我自己做好寒假小主人。听完爸爸妈妈的话我羞愧的低下了头。

在以后的时间里我不再让爷爷监督了，即使有什幺事情不能完成当天计划的，在前一天我就做好调整，或提前或煺后一天做好必须完成的事情，把不重要的事情拿掉，这样整个寒假完全由我自己做主过完了!爷爷也笑着说：我这个监督员失业了!他说这样的失业他很高兴希望永远也不要上岗了!

通过这次体验，我对自己有了信心了。我知道自己可以对自己的事情做主了!通过寒假我也锻炼小事情自己拿主意，不会犹豫不决的去问父母了。这样他们也放心让我自己做一些力所能及的事情了!这样也可以让他们少为去我操心了，帮父母分担了压力了!

Changes in My Hometown
