一、明确作文要求,提高写作能力

一篇好的作文,要有一个主题思想,整篇作文应该是紧扣文章主题,遵循特定的文体格式,选用恰当的语言合理组织文章结构,内容统一、连贯,语法、拼写、标点 正确,用词恰当。很多同学在准备英语写作时找不到方向,一味的想在考研英语写作上面抓分,却又不知道怎么样提高。杨老师在此特别提醒考生首先要学会抓住考研英语写作要领,尤其注意文章逻辑关系在阅读中的运用。逻辑关系散布在文章的句子内部、句句之间、以及段落之间。最基本的逻辑关系有以下几种:

1、因果关系:as a result ,therefore,hence,consequently,because,for, due to, hence, consequently等等。

2、并列、递进关系:and, or, then,in addition,besides,in other words,moreover等等

3、转折关系:however,but, yet, in fact等等。

这些其实是已经很熟悉的逻辑提示词在文章中起的效果,并非仅仅是衔接文章的句子,从阅读的角度来看,其实同时在给我们某种提示,告诉我们哪些句子是有效信息,相对重要的信息,哪些信息是相对不重要的信息,因为我们在英语写作的时候,有一条清晰的思路,你不是为了完整翻译文章而进行阅读,而是为了获取主旨来写作。

二、摆脱无话可说 练习“三段式”思维

在英语作文写作时,无话可说的确让人比较头疼,无话可说是一个极端,有的考生题目看得懂,提纲也一目了然,就是不知道该说什么,在考场上头脑一片空白,想到的也只是空泛的东西,在考试过程当中,这会在很大程度上影响大家的做题效果和做题速度。杨老师表示,当头脑出现空白时,应该从具体的、细小的、琐碎的、微不足道的事物所引发的思考变成观点,再进行论述。例如,领导讲话总是第一部分、、第二部分、第三部分…这样条理比较清楚。考官们看文章也必然要通过这些关键性的“标签”来判定你的文章是否结构清楚,条理自然。破解方法很简单,只要把下面任何一组的词汇加入到你的几个要点前就清楚了。

1)first, second, third, last(不推荐,原因:俗)

2)firstly, secondly, thirdly, finally(不推荐,原因:俗)

3)the first, the second, the third, the last(不推荐,原因:俗)

4)in the first place, in the second place, in the third place, lastly(不推荐,原因:俗)

建议:不仅仅在写作中注意,平时说话的时候也应该条理清楚!

三、用词准确保证语言连贯

考研英语写作中,同样是一篇作文,在没有语法、词汇等基础性错误的前提下,一个考生的句式平平,而另外一个考生的句式灵活多变,非常漂亮,毫无疑问,后者肯定比前者的分数高。但写英语作文时最忌讳的是用一些模棱两可的词,表达不够准确,而且考试时要特别注意语法、词语、语气、标点符号等,避免单词拼写错误、语法错误,不要为了追求词语的华丽而堆积一些自己也没把握的单词,不要刻意追求长句而写一些自己不知对错的有多个从句组成的长句。建议考生考试时,最好选择自己最有把握的词汇、短语和句式。

很多考生习惯背诵模版,在写作文是喜欢套用背诵模版,但由于仓促,紧张等原因,很容易犯一些简单的错误,如语句不通。所以提醒考生选材时切忌胡子眉毛一把抓,词语堆积,不伦不类。前后及段落之间在逻辑关系上要紧密衔接,不能把没有任何逻辑关系的词放在一起,可以用恰当的关联词把思想连贯的表达出来。总之,无论想要套用那个模版,前提都要保证语言通顺,文章思想连贯。此外,要有自己的style,一来通过背诵或研究范文,把握考研英语作文的整体结构特点,以及写作格式,二来要在研究范文的基础上寻找自己的闪光点,比如闪光词汇。如果大家仔细研究真题,就会发现,几乎所有的高分作文都有一个共同点,那就是都具有几个闪光词汇,这个词汇可能并不是什么高级词汇,但是你能把它的延伸意,或者说你能把我它的一词多义,并且应用到你的文章中。

四、长短句巧搭配 精悍短语当亮点

写作时,尤其是在考试时,如果使用短语,有两个好处:其一、用短语会使文章增加亮点,如果老师们看到你的文章太简单,看不到一个自己不认识的短语,必然会看你低一等。相反,如果发现亮点—精彩的短语,那么你的文章定会得高分了。此外短小精辟的句子,也可以起到画龙点睛的作用。而且如果把短句放在段首或者段末,也可以揭示主题:

一、代入法

这是进行英语写作时最常用的方法。同学们在掌握一定的词汇和短语之后,结合一定的语法知识,按照句子的结构特点,直接用英语代人相应的句式即可。如:

1. 他从不承认自己的失败。

He never admits his failure.

2. 那项比赛吸引了大批观众。

The match attracted a large crowd.

3. 他把蛋糕分成4块。

He divided the cake into four pieces.

二、还原法

即把疑问句、强调句、倒装句等还原成基本结构。这是避免写错句子的一种有效的办法。如:

1. 这是开往格拉斯哥的火车吗?

Is this the train for Glasgow?

还原为陈述句:This is the train for Glasgow.

2. 他是因为爱我的钱才同我结了婚。

It was because he loved my money that he married me.

还原为非强调句:Because he loved my money, he married me.

3. 光速很快,我们几乎没法想像它的速度。

So fast does light travel that we can hardly imagine its speed.

还原为正常语序:Light travels so fast that we can hardly imagine its speed.

三、分解法

把一个句子分成两个或两个以上的句子。这样既能把意思表达得更明了,又能减少写错句子的几率。如:

1. 我们要干就要干好。

If we do a thing, we should do it well.

2. 从各地来的学生中有许多是北方人。

There are students here from all over the country. Many of them are from the North.

四、合并法

就是把两个或两个以上的简单句用一个复合句或较复杂的简单句表达出来。这种方法最能体现学生的英语表达能力,同时也最能提高文章的可读性。如:

1. 我们迷路了,这使我们的旅行变成了一次冒险。

Our trip turned into an adventure when we got lost.

2. 天气转晴了,这是我们没有想到的。

The weather turned out to be very good, which was more than we could expect.

3. 狼是高度群体化的动物,它们的成功依赖于合作。

Wolves are highly social animals whose success depends upon their cooperation.

五、删减法

就是在写英语句子时,把相应汉语句子里的某些词、短语或重复的成分删掉或省略。如:

1. 这部打字机真是价廉物美。

This typewriter is very cheap and fine indeed.

注:汉语表达中的“价”和“物”在英语中均无需译出。

2. 个子不高不是人生中的严重缺陷。

Not being tall is not a serious disadvantage in life.

注:汉语说“个子不高”,其实就是“不高”。也就是说,其中的“个子”在英语中无需译出。

六、移位法

由于英语和汉语在表达习惯上存在差异,根据表达的需要,某些成分需要前置或后移。如:

1. 他发现赚点外快很容易。

He found it easy to earn extra money.

注:it在此为形式宾语,真正的宾语是句末的不定式to earn extra money。

2. 告诉我这事的人不肯告诉我他的名字。

The man who told me this refused to tell me his name.

注:who told me this为修饰the man的定语从句,应置于其后。

3. 直到我遇到你以后,我才真正体会到幸福。

It was not until I met you that I knew real happiness.

注:not...until...为英语中的固定句式,其意为“直到……才……”。

七、分析法

指根据要表示的汉语意思,通过进行语法分析和句式判断,然后写出准确地道的英语句子。如:

1. 从这个角度看,问题并不像人们一般料想的那样严重。

Seen in this light, the matter is not as serious as people generally suppose.

注:分词短语作状语时,其逻辑主语应与句子主语一致,由于the matter与see之间为被动关系,故see要用过去分词seen。

2. 我没有见过他,所以说不出他的模样。

Not having met him, I cannot tell you what he is like.

注:如果分词的动作发生在谓语动作之前,且与逻辑主语是主动关系,则用现在分词的完成式。

八、意译法

有的同学在写句子时,一遇见生词或不熟悉的表达,就以为是“山穷水尽”了。其实,此时我们可以设法绕开难点,在保持原意的基础上,用不同的表达方式写出来。如:

1. 汤姆一直在扰乱别的孩子,我就把他撵了出去。

Tom was upsetting the other children, so I showed him the door.

2. 有志者事竟成。

Where there is a will, there is a way.

3. 你可以同我们一起去或是呆在家中,悉听尊便。

教案(Teaching Plan)是教师施教的课时计划或方案,是帮助教师有效地进行素质教育教学的依据.教案可以帮助教师有计划、有步骤地进行素质教育教学,充分利用课堂教学时间,高质量地完成教学任务.教案写得如何将直接影响教学效果的好坏.因此,在日常教学中,广大教师都非常注重写教案.那么写教案时应写什么呢?

一、写课题(Topic)和课型(Lesson Type)

课题相当于文章的标题,讲课时要首先告诉学生,并写在黑板上.因此要写得准确.课型是指该节课的讲授类型.初中英语的主要课型有:新授课(New lesson)、巩固课(Reinforcement Lesson)、复习课(Revision Lesson)、语音课(Phonetic Lesson)、听力课(Listening Lesson)、听说课(Aural-Oral Lesson)、阅读课(Reading Lesson)、语法课(Grammar Lesson)等.不同的课型应用不同的授课方式或方法,只有确定了课型,才能选择有效的素质教育教学方法.

二、写素质教育教学目标(Teaching Objective)

素质教育教学目标是教案的核心内容,是教师施教的准绳.教学目标要符合大纲对教材的要求.由于教学目标要在课堂上展示给学生,让学生明确,所以写素质教育目标时,要力求简明扼要,浅显易懂,便于操作和检测,一般3~4个目标为宜.

三、写素质教育教学的重点(Main Points)、难点(Difficult Points)和关键点(Key Points) 素质教育重点是课堂教学的主要任务;教学难点是师生顺利完成教学任务的障碍;素质教学关键是攻克教学难点的突破口.在教案中写清一节课的教学重点、难点和关键点,能提醒教师在讲课时注意突出重点、突破难点、抓住关键.

四、写教具(Teaching Tools)

课堂上需要什么教具要写清楚,如录音机、教材录音带、教学挂图、卡片、实物(或模型)、小黑板、刻印好的练习题、彩色粉笔、幻灯片等.

五、写素质教育教学过程(Teaching Procedure)

素质教育教学过程是教案的主要部分.写教学过程主要写以下几方面的内容:

1. 写教学环节.教学环节即教学任务是什么要写清楚,做到心中有数.目前有些教师采用"三阶段六环节"教学模式,即:准备阶段(自由交流、复习检查)、讲练阶段(导入课程、分层操练)和发展阶段(巩固发展、布置作业).

2. 写知识点和所用时间.写好知识点,教师使用教案时能一目了然,有的放矢.写好所用时间,能使教师从容掌握教学速度,合理安排每个教学环节所需的时间,充分利用课堂时间.

3. 写教师活动.不仅要写教师"教什么",还要写出教师"怎样教",即写清楚教师要教的内容,写出讲授这些内容的方法.写出课堂用语和各环节的过渡语.课堂用语要求简练、口语化,用学生已经学过的熟悉的、听得懂的英语来解释或表达新的教学内容.各环节之间的过渡语要自然流畅.写出使用教具的时机和方法,写板书内容等.

4. 写学生活动.写出学生学习的内容和学习方法,特别是怎样学应写清楚.不能简单地把学生活动写成听、读、思考、操练、做题等.

六、写课堂训练题(Exercises)

备课时精心设计的有针对性的随堂练习题和达标题要写在教案中.写清出示这些题的办法,如用小黑板、看刻印材料或学生已有材料等.写出这些题的答案和解题方法.

七、写课堂小结(Summing-up on Teaching)

课堂小结是教师帮助学生回顾和总结本节课的学习内容的重要环节.小结的方式和方法要在教案中写清楚,不论是教师引导学生总结,还是由教师归纳总结,都要注意把本节课的内容纳入知识系统之中,使学生在整体上把握知识.

八、写板书设计(Blackboard Designs)

板书是有声有色的教学语言,它具有直观性、形象性和启发性.因此,教师在课堂上要有计划

地使用黑板,板书什么内容、写在什么位置、用什么颜色的粉笔等要在备课时设计好,并写在教案中.避免课堂上东写一个句子、西写一个短语、一会儿写、一会儿擦、一会儿擦了又写的板书混乱现象.好的板书能使讲课的内容系统化、结构化,有利于学生复习本节课的知识. 写教案时要考虑的问题

1、如何开始备课

在教师着手备课之前,必须吃透课程标准(大纲)及教材,在此基础上,考虑学生的认知规律和实际的语言能力,以确定课题和教学目的,明确教学目标。从教学目标出发,确定重点和难点,考虑用哪些教学法来组织课堂。然后精心挑选、设计练习,确定要做、改、删、增的练习,列授课计划提纲,再逐步仔细预测各种教学技巧和教学手段的应用,特别是涉及可能修改计划、增删内容的教学步骤。

2. 思考几个问题

(1)教学技巧上,是否有足够的变化可以使课堂教学生动有趣?成功的外语课上总有不同的活动,使学生思维活跃,情绪高涨。

(2)不同教学技巧的应用和教学的组织有没有得到有序的、合乎逻辑的安排?理想化的课堂教学须朝着教学目标由易及难、循序渐进。建立在新知识之上的教学活动必须精心安排。

(3)整堂课的节奏设计得好吗?节奏的含义,可以有以下三个方面:第一,活动不能太短,也不能太长。如果课堂活动多而短,那么学生刚刚找到某活动的“感觉”,又得“跳到”下一个活动去了。这样不好。第二,教师应考虑如何把各种教学技巧、教学手段和教学组织形式揉合在一起。例如,一堂课上连续搞全班俩俩全班小组俩俩全班……的活动,每个活动五分钟,那么,这些活动是难以发挥其应有作用的。第三,控制好节奏也有利于各个教学活动之间的衔接。例如:

(4)整节课的时间有没有安排好?这是备课最难控制的因素之一。新教师往往容易提早授完所备内容,而后又易矫枉过正,不能完成课时计划。这里有两点值得提醒。预先准备一些“备用”的复习活动。如果提早授完已准备的内容,则进行复习巩固练习。

3. 学生的个体差异

随着教学过程的重心由教师向学生转变,学生的主体作用日益突出。课堂教学必须充分考虑学生的个体差异。我们主张,备课一般应以中等程度的学生为准,但也应适当照顾两头的学生。可以考虑以下五个方面:(1)教学内容适当包含一些较难或较易的项目,(2)针对不同水平的学生问不同难度的问题,(3)设计的教学活动尽可能让全体同学都参与。

4. 学生谈话与教师谈话

备课时要充分考虑教师与学生的谈话时间。一般的英语课上,总是教师说得多, 学生说得少。要注意让学生有较多的机会进行交际。

一、LETTER(书信)

书信通常由信头、信内地址、称呼、正文、谦称和签名六个部分构成。

1.从信纸中偏右处向右写发信人的地址和写信日期。由小到大,分数行书写,同一行的两部分之间用逗号隔开。顺序为:门牌号→楼号→街名→城镇名→省名→邮政编码→国名(在寄往国外时)。美国人常采用左边开头式;英国人常采取每行逐渐向右缩进式。注意要把地址写在上面,日期写在下面,每个词的首字母要大写。日期的写法与日记中日期写法相同。

2.从信纸的左上方比信头(发信人的地址和写信日期)低1—2行处顶格写收信人姓名、地址,常采用齐头式,姓名在上,地址在下,写法同发信人地址。若是私人信函,这一部分可省略不写。

3.称呼要从信纸左边顶格写起,其位置低于信头和信内地址。对不熟悉的女性用Dear Madam,Dear Ladies,作称呼语;对不熟悉的男性用Dear Sir,Dear Sirs,作称呼语;对所熟悉的人用Dear Tom,Dear Mary,即:在Dear后直写其名作称呼语;对有地位头衔的人用“Dear+ 头衔+姓”作为称呼语,如:Dear Editor Kang,Dear Doctor Li,Dear Professor Zhao,对一般人用Dear Mr Lin,Dear Ms Li,Dear Miss Liu。即:在Dear后加尊称加姓氏作为称呼语。美国人在称呼语后用冒号,英国人用逗号。

3.日记的小标题写在第二行,也可省略。

4.正文第一段常顶格书写,也可不顶格写。日记记述的是当天或前一天发生过的事情,所以,日记常用一般过去时写。

5.若要表达自己的感受、想法,针对某件事发表议论,进行说理,或者为了抒情、描景写人生动,则用一般现在时。

三、CARDS OF CONGRATULATION(贺卡)

贺卡是逢年过节,向亲朋好友表示祝贺的最方便的方式。贺卡可分为圣诞卡、贺年卡、教师节贺卡及纪念日卡等等,写法格式通常有两种。一种由称呼、贺词、祝贺人签名三部分构成 ,另一种用短信代替卡片。

1.称呼是指祝贺人对受贺人的称呼,一般从卡片的左上方写起。常用:To dear+受贺人称谓,To+受贺人称谓,也可以省略前边的to,称呼后用逗号。如:To dear teacher,Mr and Mrs Mike

4.贺卡也可以用短信形式书写,在逢年过节或者特别纪念日,把贺词连同你的近况等写成短信,寄给亲朋好友。

四、NOTICE(通知)

通知又称通告或布告,是上级对下级、组织对成员部署工作、传达事情、召开会议所使用的一种文体。

1.通知的第一行正中写发出通知的单位名称,发出通知的单位名称还可以写在正文下方的右侧,也可以把单位省略不写。

2.把NOTICE写在正文上方正中的位置。

3.正文是通知的内容,是通知的主体。要简明扼要地把通知的对象、事由、时间、地点及内容写清楚,语言应简洁明了,条理清晰,要求明确,常用一般现在时和一般将来时写。

4.在正文下方的左侧写出通知的日期,日期也可省略不写。

5.广播通知和口头通知,在开头要用称呼语,常用的称呼语有:(1)Boys and Girls,(2)De ar friends,(3)Ladies,(4)Dear ladies,(5)Gentlmen,(6)Ladies and gentlmen,(7)Comrades,常把称呼语从左侧顶格书写,在后面用逗号或冒号。

五、MESSAGE(留言条)

留言条是转达事情所使用的一种便条。

1.若拿起电话听筒,对方要找的人未在场时,你可以签写一张留言条。正中上方写TELEPHONE MESSAGE,在左边的“From”:后签对方的姓名,在右边的“To”:后签要找的人的姓名,在左边的 “Date”:后写接电话的日期,在右边的“Time”:后写接电话的时间。在“Message”:后写所要通知的事情,这部分是主体,写清人物、时间、地点和事由。在右下边的Signature:后签写留言条人的姓名。

2.留言条也可以把“FROM:”、“TO:”、“DATE:”、“MESSAGE:”按顺序从上到下顶格齐头排列,把“TIME:”写在“DATE:”的后边,省略“SIGNATURE:”。

3.在MESSAGE:后常写的句式有:(1)He wants to see you as soon as possible.(2)He w ould like to meet you…(3)Be sure to call…(4)She wants to meet…

4.若要找某人安排工作、通知会议等,当要找的人不在时,写一张内容简短的书信,右上边写日期,第二行从左边顶格写称呼,第三行从左边起写正文,在正文右下方签名。

六、WRITTEN REQUEST FOR LEAVE(请假条)

请假条是日常生活和工作中,临时遇到一些事情或因生病等需要请假,给主管部门的负责人所写的简便字据。格式与书信格式大致相同,在纸的第一行右边写请假日期,在第二行左边顶格写称呼语,称呼语后用逗号。在第三行左边起首处空4—6个字母的距离,开始写正文。内容、事由、时间写清就行。在正文下偏右处写谦称,在谦称下写姓名。

七、POSTAL TELEGRAM(电报)

电报是与外地进行紧急通讯交流的有效手段,是准确传递信息的有效途径,是一种对文字力求精炼、准确与简明的文体。

1.正上方的空白栏由邮局营业员填写。如:报费、流水号码、记账号码、原来号码、发出时间、营业员、值机员、报类、字数、发出局名和日期时间。

2.电文第一行在左边顶格写称呼,常直呼其名,一般要大写,不要标点符号。

3.电文第二行和第三行写收报人的地址。

4.从第四行左边顶格写正文,正文全文都用大写字母,有时也可以把各词的第一个字母大写。一般只写实词,虚词常常省略。电文控制在10个字以内最为节约。

5.电文中常用动词不定式表示要求对方行动,用现在分词表示自己的行为。

2.介绍人物的生平和事迹按照事情发生的先后顺序描写。一般按出生、童年、事业与兴趣、成绩等安排材料。

趣味

1、你开头的第一个句子能否抓住读者的注意力?如果你是读者,它能吸引你吗?“我14岁时,我家搬到了吉隆坡”是否同“他们把大货车开过来,上面装着各种各样的箱子。我的东西被他们无情地扔进里面,直到空荡荡的房间里只剩下我一个人。我们又搬家了。”一样吸引人?

清楚

1、是否每个段落在文章中都有明确的位置?如果不是,就需要做些删除或改写一下。

2、你的读者能轻松地跟上你的思绪吗?有没有需要填充的裂缝或者需要删除的不必要的迂回?

3、有没有一些词或句子显得粗糙或模棱两可?如果有,删除模棱两可的词,加工粗糙的地方。

简洁

1、你的文章到底是从哪里正式开始的?能否把那些引导性的句子删除,直接进入主题?

2、有没有和主题无关的细节?如果有,删掉它们。

3、是否用了很多的词语,其实用一到两个词就可以完全代替?“我要告诉你们的非常重要的一点是,我申请的只有贵校一所学校,那是我从童年开始形成的一生的渴望。”这是一个无比冗长的句子,不如改为:“我只申请了艾莫利大学,因为我一直都想进这所学校。”记住,在一篇短文里,每一个字都要有意义。

用法和风格

1、你把所有的旧词、过时的词都删掉了吗?

2、你用没用主动语态和动作性很强的动词?

3、对句子的长度和结构进行过修改吗?

4、有没有用到描述性的词和比喻的手法?

5、是否避免了使用空洞的修饰语,如“very”,“rather”,“somewhat”等等?

Communicating in English effectively is essential in todays global economy.

But conveying your ideas clearly is a skill that needs to be learnt. Too often people simply copy the style of their co-worker and especially their superiors as they think this "good English". You see examples in your in-box every day - emails that are difficult to understand and that you need to read over and over again to get the message.

中考英语考试中“书面表达”往往是最后一项,怎么样在那么短的时间内尽可能的拿到高分呢?

一、中考英语写作的概述

你对于在中考英语写作中拿高分有把握吗?实际考试中,许多学生却常常有“无话可说”的感觉。那要如何我们才能克服这种无话的状态,取得高分呢?

归根到底这是一个英语基本功——单词、短语和句型的问题。

英语作文的前提条件是掌握了一定量的词汇、语法及体裁、题材等方面的知识。学生如果想要在写作方面有本质上的提升,必须进行多次的写作练习。因此,必须合理地设置训练步骤,遵循从初级到高级,从简单到复杂的原则去练习,经过一段写作实践之后,写作水平一定会有大幅度的提高。

中考英语作文对考生的要求有四点:1、内容要完整。2、语句流畅。3、没有语法错误。4、书写规范。

二、中考英语写作的评分标准

1、老师拿到的标准

写作水平的高低和文章的好坏,分数是最直接的评分标准,也是考生们最关心的。但是多少考生真正透彻知道中考英语写作的评分标准?什么样的文章才是阅卷老师眼中的好文章?

评分标准:

(1)整篇作文满分20分,其中内容8分,语言8分,结构4分。

(2)内容贴切,句子流畅,用语准确,加整体印象分1分。

(3)不满60个词,少1——5个词扣0.5分,6——10个词扣1分。

(4)所有给出问题涉及的三项内容,每少一项扣3分。

(5)每个拼写,大小写,标点符号等错误扣0.5分;同一的拼写错误不重复扣分,扣分总和不超过2分。

(6)语法错误每项扣1分,同一错误不重复扣分,扣分总和不超过2分。

2、老师想看到的标准

语言(8分):

词——固定搭配、高频重点词汇;

句——复杂句(各种从句)、特殊句型、正确的句子!

内容(8分):(总、分)论点、论据支持句;简洁、切合主题的记叙内容。

结构(4分):

语言结构——句子重点突出、内容清晰;

内容结构——论点、论据以及记叙之间的逻辑关系;

句数控制——对于相对内容的句数掌握;

亮点、出彩点——排比、拟人、谚语、成语、押韵等。

三、扣分

内容方面:要点缺失,可酌情扣分。比如中考作文“Iwanttodosomethingformyschool”,若没有写一件具体的事情,是要扣3分以上的;若写的事情太过于虚幻,没有实际内容,也会扣1-2分。

字数:少于60字的作文要酌情扣分。

中考英语作文要求60字以上,标点符号不算,少了就要扣分。

但是60字的作文能不能得高分?从我们拿到的实例作文来看,16分以上的作文,没有少于75字的,甚至少于80字的也少之又少。

当然,也极少有超过100字的,因为中考试卷的短线格一共80个,在格子下面大约还有2行的空间,可以加20字左右,再多阅卷人就很难看清了,也会影响卷面的美观。

所以,同学们如果想让作文得到高分,最好是让字数在75-100字之间。

语法和拼写错误:每个扣0.5,重复错误不计;

标点错误:每4个扣0.5。

四、加分

作文的组织结构分。就是根据学生使用复杂句型、单词和谚语、俗语的情况来加分。只要文章中有1个亮点,基本就可以争取到1分(3分的文采分是很难全部拿到的)。而这1分的亮点,是可以提前准备的。

“万金油”式的复杂句型,例如强调句型、only相关的倒装句等,只要同学们多操练几次,几乎是一定能用到作文当中,从而为自己争取到这1分。

其次就是卷面分。很多家长(微博)和同学,尤其是部分书法并不是十分整洁的同学,都会关心是否真的有“卷面分”的存在。虽然在阅卷标准里面并没有卷面分这一项,但是这个分数却真切地反映在了同学们的分数里面。

据阅卷老师的经验,在阅卷的时候并不是按这3个部分逐项打分的,而是在第一遍读完全文之后,心里已经形成了一个“印象分”,然后再细读第二、三遍,把印象分分配到各个打分部分。

因此,这个“印象分”就非常重要,而同学们的书法,也正是在这个环节,影响到了自己的分数。所以初三的考生,如果书法不好,一定要注意。

一、“功能段落”突破CET写作

“To be or not to be: that is a question。”莎士比亚如是说。冲刺阶段,背模板还是不背?我的答案:背,但绝不是盲目地背。

整篇背诵模板不是最有效的方法,因为模板的写作思路是固定的,然而很多时候试题的命题思路可能与所背模板思路不同。因此,可能导致“所背非所考”,甚至导致文不对题,生搬硬套。

但是,无论四六级写作话题如何变化,一般都对应三个或两个汉语提纲。只要按提纲要求去写相应的内容段落,就做到了紧扣主题。历年写作提纲可以总结为六种功能段落:现象描述、危害分析(弊)、原因分析、建议措施、观点阐述(观点的本质为利弊:支持方观点等于分析“利”,反方观点等于分析“弊”)、意义阐述(利)。

下面,结合近年真题展示功能段落内容:

2. 为了让孩子独立, 父母应该……

解析:该题目只有两个提纲:现象和建议,可以添加一个功能段落:原因。这样这篇作文就是“三段论”的形式:提出问题(负面现象描述)、分析问题(原因)、建议措施段。2010年6月CET也属于该种那类型。

2009-12:Creating a Green Campus

1. 建设绿色校园很重要

2. 绿色校园不仅指绿色的环境……

3. 为了建设绿色校园,我们应该……

解析:该段对应提纲如下:意义阐述(即分析:利或好处)、现象描述(解释绿色校园环境之外的因素)、建议措施段。

综合以上分析,六种功能段落已经涵盖住了以上考试的所有提纲。因此,如果能够掌握住六种功能段落的写作实际就掌握了四六级考试写作考题的最本质特征。那样的话,无论题目如何变化,我们准备都是有的放矢的。反观,死背模板容易导致生搬硬套,甚至文不对题。

二、写作短期提分方略

在了解了四六级考试在命题特点的基础上,考生在冲刺阶段最需要准备的是两个内容:思路和表达。思路解决怎么写的问题,表达解决写什么的问题。如果拿到一个作文题目,你知道应该按照什么思路去写,又知道应该写什么表达,这篇作文就已经成功了一半。

思路点拨:在本人所讲授的基础班、强化班、精品班等不同班型上都曾讲授到现象、原因、建议、利弊、观点分析时的逻辑:“一个中心,四个基本点”。具体内容:“以孩子(学生、事件)为中心,以家长[微博](老师、相关人员)、家庭(学校、管理机构)、社会、法规(道德意识)为基本点”。

试举例说明:以2010年12月真题为例,主题为子女教育话题。谈到子女,必然涉及到家长,孩子和家长组成家庭,千千万万的家庭组成社会,是什么在维护着社会稳定?法规和道德意识。这样我们就找到了可以入手去分析的五个方面:孩子、家长、家庭、社会、法规道德意识。如何使用这五个方面?比如分析家长溺爱孩子原因时至少可以从家长意识、家庭结构变化、社会背景角度去分析。

同理,2010年6月话题为学生英语学习,可从学生自身、教师教学、学校教学政策角度去分析。那么,如果主题不是孩子也不是学生,怎么分析?2011年6月主题为网络购物,分析时就以该事件为中心,可以想到相关人或物(买方:customers/clients/shoppers;卖方:online shops/stores;中间方:支付宝、淘宝等),其管理机构(政府)、社会背景,相关法规是否健全等。

“一个中心,四个基本点”的分析逻辑形成一种立体化网状结构,考生运用该思维模式,只要能想到其中两到三点,思路问题即可迎刃而解。建议童鞋们首先将该思路背诵下来,以备将来可以在考场上灵活应用。

表达积累

表达分为四个层次:词句段篇。其中篇章层面只要按照提纲要求去组织文章即可,因此篇章方面不足为虑。段落方面按照“功能段落”的六种形式去识别,也小菜一碟。

词和句是表达的基本元素,也是语言质量的根本体现。在新东方教书的这几年中和参加四六级考试阅卷的经历中,看过无数学生的作文,深感学生词句方面能力的薄弱。同时结合过往教学中的成功案例,提出冲刺阶段表达积累的高效途径。

背写:思路+表达

很多同学考前也在背,背的滚瓜烂熟,脱口而出,觉得自己水平很牛!上了考场也顺利将文章写了出来,却得了一个很低的分数,为什么?因为单词都拼错了。冲刺阶段,请牢记:口头背诵得再好不等于能够写对。背写是提高写作和翻译唯一也是最有效的方法。

那么,背写什么内容哪?答案是思路和表达。思路上文中已有论述,遣词和造句的表达方面应该紧密结合功能段落来背诵有效句式和用词。考生不必刻意追求适用难词,但可以将常见词汇稍作替换:如,

exceedingly, extremely, intensely替换very;an army of/a great many/a host of 替换a lot of;advancement 替换 development; positive, favorable, promising(有希望的), perfect, pleasurable, excellent, outstanding, superior替换good; give rise to, lead to, result in, trigger 替换cause; harbor the idea that, take the attitude that, hold the view that替换think; beneficial, rewarding替换helpful; bear in mind that替换remember; enjoy, possess替换have; shopper, client, consumer, purchaser替换customer……

表达精彩体现在三个方面:遣词、造句、连贯。大家可以结合以下例文感受这三个方面:

三、冲刺复习安排建议

总体原则:先背再写、阶段总结、适当模拟。

先背再写:基础较差同学一定要先背一些功能句式和教材相关范文,然后模仿该作文的思路和表达去写。背写的目的是积累语言表达实力,同时练习书写的公正和优美。建议书写较差的考生买本英语字帖练一下书写,也许你会有意外的惊喜。

阶段总结:每过一周就要问自己几个问题:所背诵的表达可以用来写什么类型的文章?该类文章的相关词汇或表达有什么?关键词如何避免重复?请记住:没有复习,没有巩固。

适当模拟:在熟练掌握背写了六种功能段落的思路和表达之后,可以结合适当题目在写作中运用所讲所背所总结提分词汇、句式。建议大家能够灵活运用,做到一例多用。比如我在多个班上讲过的关于英语学习的话题作文,可以写13次四级考试的作文。
