Chinese new year is a chinese traditional festival. We also call it the spring festival. It is on lunar january 1st.

On new years eve, all the people sit around the desk and have a big family dinner. There are some vegetables, some fish, some meat, some fruits and some drink like juice, coke, pepsi and some nice wine. Overall, this is a good and delicious dinner. After dinner, we always watch tv new year progammes. We have a wonderful evening on new years eve.

On the first day of the spring festival, most of people get up early and say “happy new year” to each other. for breakfast, people often eat dumplings and baozi. After breakfast, people often make many delicious foods, and children often play cards, computer games and fireworks. On the second and third day, we visit friends and relatives.

我今天要给大家介绍初中两年学校开展的一些有趣的活动，以及学校给我们带来很多锻炼的机会，所带给我的改变。

在我开始讲之前呢，我想先跟大家玩一个游戏。认为五秒钟可以击掌10次的同学举手，20次的同学举手，20次以上的同学举手。好的，那我们来试一下，五秒钟你能击掌多少次。（找到击掌次数最多的同学，问问大家比预想的次数是多还是少）其实呢，人的潜力是无限的，且经过一段时间的锻炼之后，你会收获意想不到的成果。

进入咱们学校以来，有一个让我感受最深的特点，就是活动多。比如每年的读书节，篮球赛，运动会，艺术节，科技节，义卖，庙会，还有社团选修课，甚至话剧排演，接待外国友好学校的同学。与小学不同，小学时大都是去参加学校组织的活动，我们只是参与者。而到了中学，我们不能只是参加，还要让自己加入其中，去策划，筹备整个活动，成为了组织者，这就是学校给我们锻炼自己，提高能力的机会

给大家讲一个真实的例子，我们每年都会有社团招新活动，都是同学们自己成立社团，并开展宣传招新活动而我，当时还是一个有想法不敢说的人，拿着海报向别人介绍，内心的紧张让我忘记了一切之前想好的词，大脑里的记忆像是断片了一样。我只是支支吾吾的说了几句，燥热的天气反而出了一手的冷汗。当然，一次这样的经历还不足为奇。我现在依然深刻记得，我第一次当着全年级同学竞选演讲时的场景，当我讲完后，我的同伴告诉我，我的腿一直在抖。但我的内心已经从刚入学的胆怯变得自信。

就是这样，在一个个大大小小的活动上，我不断去锻炼自己。只要一有活动，我就一定要会参加，就这样，在不知不觉中，我的能力得到了提升。让我印象最深的一次是百词听写大赛，我负责整个节目从幕后的策划，到台前的主持，也就是整个环节要一环套一环的去进行下去，我很有信心的去完成了整个流程，但就是在活动准备开始时，一切问题全都暴露出来了，比如说，计时员被拉到灯光室去做别的任务了，我只能现场从观众席中拉上来一个人来充当，再比如我们准备的中场环节让同学们的猜字，还没有制作成ppt。纵使这只是一些小问题，却暴露出整个策划背后的不周全。一个冰窟窿不能塌了一座冰山，却可以在日久天长的积累下颠覆一个世界。这就体现了定目标设计划的重要性，进入中学后，老师跟我们说的最多的就是要有学习规划。从早读规划到午间课堂化再到自习课，每一分钟都应该有我们想要去做的事。

学校举办这样多的活动不仅仅是让我们在活动中获得知识，更是想锻炼我们的自主能力，当你去策划一场活动时，让我们全方面的细致入微的去考虑一件事。这就是人的潜能，在日复一日的锻炼下不断提高。

大家也会在将来的学习生活中去体验，去感受台前幕后的这样一种改变，更要学习活动兼顾，不要因为活动而耽误学习，但也不要只学习不活动，在活动和实践中你将得到锻炼，正如在一次次成长中得到改变，。我更建议大家在初一初二阶段，多去参加一些活动，积累下一些素材，丰富自己。等到初三阶段，将全身心都投入到学习中，没有时间精力，甚至没有机会再去参加活动。所以要在初一初二多经历一些，这些活动不仅能让我们在学习上受用，更让我们得到锻炼，在将来的人生中帮助我们走向社会在提升自己能力的同时丰富了自己的各方面知识和提高了动手能力、理清了做事情的思路。这也将成为你初中阶段最难忘的回忆。

I am going to shool from Monday to Friday,and every day in school I am very busy.In the morning,I have four lessons,and in the afternoon I have three lessons.Of course I take two hours to go home for lunch.And we begin classes at 2:30,the school is over at 4:55.

After school,sometimes I’ll stay in the classroom.But sometimes I play games with my friends when I go home after school.I think my school life is busy but happy.

二是面向学生、家长和教师开展的征集活动，征集的作品形式包括绘画、文艺节目、微视频等。承办单位长春市未成年人安全自护教育基地为配合这次活动开展了五节公开课，分别是《舌尖上的安全》作品排演、《食品添加剂有害吗》学生论坛、《居民膳食平衡宝塔》认识活动、安全食品包装袋设计活动和《包装袋上的秘密》主题游戏。

这五节公开课不以“课”的形式为限制，突出互动、实践的设计，利用细节对参与者进行引导，实现了食品安全教育的形式创新，也为参与者培养健康的生活理念奠定了基础。

据介绍，本次活动将持续到9月末，长春市各中小学校可以自行报名加入“食品安全校园行”公开课的巡回序列;在校学生可以通过公开课的活动了解更多食品安全知识，提升自己的健康素养;教师和家长可以与孩子搭档参与相应的作品征集活动，加入到“全民共创食品安全城”的行列中。

为了引导长春市中小学生关注食品安全、提升健康素养，长春市食品药品监督管理局、长春市教育局、长春市妇女联合会联合在长春市开启了“关注食品安全 呵护孩子健康——食品安全校园行”教育宣传活动。
