Pressure seems to be a natural part in our daily life in this competitive

society. Like it or not there is always pressure of one kind or another. And it

seems there is hardly any way to avoid it or get rid of it. Moreover, as the

pace of modern life continues to quicken, pressure seems to be on the increase

all the time.

Different people have different ideas about pressure. Some hold that

pressure is something very vicious. If there is too much of it, it will lead to

the decline of ones physical and mental health. So they are always complaining

about it or trying to flee from it. They think, only relaxation, the opposite of

pressure, is what we should desire. On the other hand, others argue that

pressure is not as bad as is often thought. In fact a certain amount of pressure

我爱地图简直爱到了发狂的程度。平时，我总是乐此不疲地寻找地图来看。一些在别人看来是一堆垃圾的废纸，我总是凑上去看看是不是地图。就连打扫卫生时我也习惯性地去看，结果同学们一整天都用怪怪的目光看着我，害得我好苦。不过正因为我的努力，我家现在已经有好几张从《房地产报》上剪下来的地图了。有一次，我在班里看到了一张报纸，上面有一幅地图。地图!当时我就激动得大叫起来。同学们又用怪怪的目光看着我：为了地图，你连命都不要了?或许真的这样吧。我想。

地图给我带来了好处，也给我带来了麻烦。但不管怎样说，地图，我爱你没商量。

This week I didn’t do many wonderful things. I went to learn developing film with my classmates on July 1st. It was easy and we all got good marks. On July 4th, I went to school to learn, because I will be a junior three student soon. We would have to learn some lessons in advance. The weather was very hot. Hong Da School is beautiful and big. There’re many students and teachers in it. Our school has a big playground. We usually have P.E. class on it. Our classroom is on the fourth floor. It’s bright and clean. I sleep at school, eat at school and study at school. School is a big family. Teachers are my parents. I love my school!
