我在伦教小学读书，我的学校很漂亮。学校里面有着各种各样的树。

一进学校就可以看见几棵高大的榕树，榕树的叶子很多，根也很粗壮很直。天气很热的时候，有些人会去那里乘凉。

The traffic problem is one of the most serious problems in my hometown.

Recently, more and more people have private car, but the roads are so narrow

that we have to fight against the heavy traffic when we go out. Especially

during the rush hours, cars and buses are unable to move. To make things worse,

many people are killed in the traffic accidents. How miserable it is!

For the sake of our life and security, some measures must be taken to

change the present situation. In the first place, as there are a great many

cars, we should control the number of private cars and vehicles and use the

public transportation more often. Secondly, the government should widen the

roads and build more flyovers, so as to ease the traffic pressure and reduce the

traffic accidents. In addition, the undergrounds and light rails should be

constructed, so that we can have more choices when going out and do not have to

worry about the traffic jams in the future.

I believe the traffic problem could be solved if we devote our actions to

过去一年，学校秉承“以人为本，依法治校，安全稳校，质量立校，科研兴校，特色强校”的办学理念，孙庙中心校全体教职工拼搏与收获同在，付出与回报并存。可以肯定地说，是励精图治、负重拼搏的一年;是求真务实、奋力进取的一年;是硕果累累，成效卓著的一年。教育教学成绩大幅度提升，先后荣获教体局以下荣誉称号：“学校卫生工作”先进单位，息县第五届中小学“曙光”体育比赛组织奖，教育宣传先进单位，晨光杯少年儿童乒乓球比赛组织奖等。具体地讲，就是“打好六张牌”：

1、打好“国学”教育牌，打造儒香文化校园。

为了把“读经典、开智慧、圣贤教育伴我行”活动引向深入，中心校对学习践行《弟子规》工作早规划，注重“六个结合”，即，1.把“国学”教育与学校德育结合起来，开展了《弟子规》诵读比赛、感恩歌曲比赛、感恩朗诵比赛、手语舞比赛，并在县参赛中获奖;2.与课堂教学结合起来。开设“国学”教育课，系统学习《弟子规》;3.与教学活动结合起来，让学生亲自参与，亲身体验;4.与家庭教育结合起来。举办家长国学讲座，举办“励志”讲座，形成家校合一的教育网络;5与学生养成教育结合起来。用经典影响学生、感染学生，养成良好的行为习惯。6.与校园文化建设结合起来。积极张贴图文并茂的国学经典画面，布置国学教育专栏，开通国学教育广播。全乡学校增设教育宣传版面近1000平方米，努力扮靓文化校园。校部定制了高质量的文化橱窗16个，文化牌30余面，布置一个传统文化教室，累计投入资金近8万元。

3、打好师资培训牌，培育精业教师队伍。

中心校以狠抓教师培训工作为切入点，去精心培育教师队伍。具体从以下几方面入手：一是加强师德师风建设，注重培养教师的政治思想素养，进一步提高了广大教师的思想觉悟，培养了全体教师爱岗敬业、无私奉献、奋发向上、积极进取、开拓创新的政治素养。二是注重教师的文化知识的学习和专业素养的提高。中心校采取激励机制，鼓励广大教师参加高一级学历进修、骨干教师培训、继续教育和校本研训等，激励全校教师充电、洗脑、进取，不断提高自身的文化科学知识和专业素养。三是加强校本培训，提高教师执教能力。中心校广泛地开展各项教研活动和教师业务培训，进一步提高了教师现代教育技术运用、教育教学研究、新课程实验等方面的能力。四是积极培养“国学”教育骨干，先后派四人次到秦皇岛培训学习，为引领我校国学教育的开展，起到积极应领作用。仅上学年，全乡教师有16篇论文获县以上奖励，三位教师在县优质课大赛获奖，一批优秀教师脱颖而出，成为我校教学的领头羊。

4、打好常规管理牌，规范学校办学行为。

为了内练素质，外塑形象，中心校强化学校管理，坚持以课题研究促进课程改革，以课程改革带动课堂教学，以教学案教学提升课堂授课效率。“分层教学”、“研究性学习”、“合作学习”“教学案教学”等先进的教学模式，在我校得到了进一步的实践。“以研促改，以改促教”的科研模式在我校得到了进一步推广。中心校进一步强化教学常规的贯彻落实，以学生“乐学”为教学宗旨，要求教师业务在?真、细、实”上下功夫，做到环节准备要仔细、过程落实要精细、常规检查要严细。一是加强教学过程管理，促进教学常规的落实。二是建立教学监控体系，不断提高教学质量，特别做好毕业班教学的监控工作。中心校在常规教研的基础上，对毕业班语数外教师进行了两轮六次专题教研，了解全乡学校毕业班教学情况，安排布置期末复习工作，倾听毕业班教师的意见和建议。三是做好中心教研组建设工作，发挥教研组职能作用。四是加强教研教改，以课题带课改，以课改促进教学发展。同时，各学校以《孙庙乡中心校教师业务评估细则》为依据，加大了教学常规管理的力度，从备、讲、辅、批、考等环节入手，，全程监控各科教学动态。保证了全乡教学正常、有序的开展。

5、打好安全稳定牌，营造和谐舒心校园。

师生安全是学校办学的底线，为师生命安全负责是每一位教育工作者义不容辞的责任。为此中心校强力完善安全防范措施，常抓不懈。制定、完善安全管理制度。学校制定并完善了《门卫制度》、《晨检制度》、《巡查护送》、《安全事故紧急处理预案》等管理制度。层层签订《安全目标责任书》，强化安全责任，实行安全责任追究制，明确学校、教师的权利和安全义务。强化学校人防、物防、技防功能。校部设立派出所驻校警务室，校园监控系统和110报警系统和校园监控系统正常运行。安全教育进课堂，筑牢安全防患基石。学校除定期开展的安全主题教育活动外，实现安全教育进课堂。由于安全措施到位，学校无一例安全事故发生，学校安全工作得到学生、家长、社会的认可。

6、打好硬件建设牌，努力改善办学条件。

为了改善学校条件，满足学校教育教学的需要，中心校努力、积极、主动向教体局等上级主管部门协调，积极引进学校建设资金。班班通工程全面实施，一半学校操场得到硬化，为有效教学提高可靠保证。

龙庙、月儿湾两学校的教楼已经封顶，本期即可投入使用。本期又将投入资金450万元用于范楼、顺河幼儿园即将开工建设，胡庄学校幼儿园、李庙学校办公楼和赵店学校教楼建设。预计全部建成后，我乡小学办学条件将大大改善，师生的工作、学习环境将更加舒适。

二、展望未来，任重道远，个个理当弄潮儿

我们成绩的取得离不开上级领导的支持和帮助，更离不开广大教师的辛勤和付出。但是，我们在前进的道路上仍有不称心、不如意的地方。比如，部分学校至今还存在着一定数量的危房，存在着严重的安全隐患，威胁着师生的生命安全。二是由于师资缺乏原因，部分学校课程开设不全，主要是“英、体、音、美”没有规范开设，英语教师严重困乏。三是部分教师专业素养不高，敬业精神不强，有待整体提高。四是管理水平不科学，有待于进一步通过等等。这些问题亟待我们共同去解决，需要广大教职工去努力。

It was fine on March 12, 2001. I got up early that day. All the students in

our school went to the hill to plant trees.

We arrived at the hill at eight oclock. The teacher asked each of us to

plant at least six trees. Then we started digging, planting and watering. We all

worked so hard that we could finish our tasks ahead of time. Among us,Wang Lin,

our monitor set a good example for us. Though he was ill, he worked harder. When

he finished his task, he went on to help others without even a little rest. He

was wet all over after work. "I must learn from him," I said to myself . Looking

After going to the middle school, I have less time to play outside the school, because I always have a lot of homework to do. Though my leisure time is shorter, I still keep on after-class reading. 我一直看着它，慢慢的，我变成了它。春天，大地苏醒了，脚下的小草伸了个懒腰，向我问好。不一会儿，孩子们来上学了，他们高兴地背着书包，一年级的同学眼中充满了新鲜的目光，总是东张西望，还有一些同学哭着离开了父母，而六年级的同学却不同，他们眼中充满了怀念的目光，总是看学校发生了什么变化。树同伴们也议论纷纷，谈论着这春天的美丽。

夏天，同学们穿着裙子，短袖来到了学校，个个兴高采烈。我换上了一件碧绿的衣服，“真热啊！”同伴们不禁叫道。秋天，同学们戴着小黄帽，背着书包，神清气爽的去秋游了，我穿上了一件深绿的外套，“真凉快啊！”同伴们纷纷说道，地上铺满了金色的叶子地毯。

冬天，别的树都穿上了一件白色的棉袄，只有我不喜欢白色，穿了一件绿色的棉袄。同学们都穿上新买的衣服，回家过年了，学校安静的让我和同伴们睡着了。

汤老师还很关心我们。记得有一次，我有点不舒服，去医务室量了下温度，37.5度，汤老师就跟我说：“如果不舒服，就跟老师说，老师就会和家长说的。”汤老师对我们真的非常关心。

MY SCHOOL LIFE 我的学校生活

When I was six years old, I began to go to school. The first school (which) I attended was a primary school. There were many subjects (which were taught in the school, such as Chinese, arithmetic, history, geography, drawing and so forth. Since I was (became) a student, I studied very hard. My parents were quite proud of me.

After I had studied there for three years, I entered a junior high school. When I was twelve years old, I became a student of a senior high school. I still studied very hard. Except on sick leave I was never absent from class. Everybody looked upon me as a model student.

我们的校园是知识的摇篮，是学习的乐园，是培育人才的宝库，这座有名的学校就是本人所就读的太和一小。

来到校门口，首先映入眼帘的是用不锈钢做的拉闸门，拉闸门是用遥控器控制的，能够随意开关，活动自如。

走进校门，进入门厅，最先夺去你眼球的是门厅两侧的墙壁上嵌着的宽约3.4米，高约1.5米的方形鱼缸，里面的鱼儿各式各样，有的身披灰色的铠夹，有的身穿金黄色的连衣裙。它们这些“小王子”“小公主”们时而沉入水低，时而浮出水面，时而在水里嬉戏，室而在水里觅食，真搞笑。

来到操场中间，南边是我们的新教学楼，一共有5层，每一层都有6间崭新的教室。新教学楼的走廊十分宽，能够方便同学们下课时玩耍不会拥挤。新教学楼每一层的外墙栽满了美丽的迎春花。风儿一吹，迎春花象美丽的春姑娘在天空中飞舞，从远处看就象绿油油的瀑布。

北面就是旧教学楼，我们的班就在第四层。旧教学楼的走廊外墙栽满了许多盆油麻藤，使我们一下课就能够看见许多绿色的叶子，让我们疲惫的眼睛能够休息一会。

“啦--啦--啦，”这优美的歌声总是那么动人。“一、二、三、四”“二、二、三、四”这优美的节奏总是那么有规律。这就是我们东面的艺术楼，是一个个艺术爱好者的天堂。

西边的体育训练馆是培育一个个体育爱好者的乐园。

我们的操场呈正方行，两侧各有一排小叶榕，小叶榕就象放哨的士兵，时时刻刻守卫着我们的校园。
