这个星期天的早晨，我不等妈妈来喊我起床，就从床上跳了起来，迅速地穿上衣服、洗漱、梳头。一切准备完毕，我赶忙戴好指甲，趁妈妈在做早餐的时候，在古筝上弹起我的参赛曲目《彝族舞曲》。这时，爸爸起来了，打着哈欠走了过来，看到正在弹琴的我，不可置信地问：“大小姐，你今天怎么起这么早？才6点半呢！”爸爸说完，还没等我回答，又自言自语地说：“对了，你今天要参加古筝比赛！呵呵！”对，这可是我第一次参加古筝比赛，我紧张极了，总是害怕在台上突然大脑一片空白。

到了目的地，我们走了进去，我先到登记台领取了一个参赛选手牌，我是14号，排在B组第一个出场，我又开始紧张起来了。按照工作人员的指示我坐到了选手席上，在观看了前几个选手的演奏后，我不由在心里暗暗发出赞叹，他们弹得真不错！眼看着13号已经上台演奏了，我心跳得厉害，妈妈赶紧从后面走到前面小声地对我说：“别紧张，加油哦！”我按照妈妈教给我的方法，大口地深呼吸了几口，紧张的感觉果然缓解了不少。“请14号陈慧欣上台演奏！”随着主持人的报幕，我挺了挺背脊，向台上走去！

走到台上，我首先向评委鞠了一躬，坐了下来，开始弹奏起来。刚开始还是有点紧张，但很快我就融入到音乐中去了，我的身体随着琴声轻轻摆动，就像我自己在家练琴一样。大约弹了一大半的时候，评委老师说：“可以了！谢谢！”我马上站了起来，仍向评委老师鞠了一个躬，再走下台去，瞬间我感到全身心都放松了。妈妈连忙递上一杯水，笑着对我说：“不错不错，发挥得很好！”我却有些沮丧地对妈妈说：“妈妈，我太紧张了，中间弹错了一个音！”妈妈连声说：“第一次参加比赛这样就已经很好了，积累经验、接受教训，以后还会有很多比赛，多锻炼几次就好了！”

经过这一次比赛，我看到了很多高手，从他们的身上我也能感受到“台上一分钟，台下十年功”的不易，没有付出就没有收获，我很惭愧平时自己并没有严格要求自己，对于练琴有时还挺敷衍，但我相信在今后的古筝练习中我会更加努力、勤奋，也要成为他们那样的高手！

sleep, I even can’t go to the toilet. Therefore, I never drink water before

sleep. And I always turn on the light when I am sleeping. I know it’s not good

but I can’t sleep in the darkness.

im of the opinion that taiwans students are pathetic because they have too much pressure in their lives. because they have to pass the joint college entrance eam, they must study hard, to meet their teachers and parents epectations, they have to study day and night. but its such a shame because most students dont know what they really want and what their goals in their future should be. so what should they strive towards? should they only want to get the best grades and pass the jcee? the answer is no. in my view, all students should calm down for a few minutes and think earnestly about what they want.

大概过了几分钟，那个母亲好像想起了什么，拿起她的包在里面翻找，当她在包里面翻出一把雨伞时，我才明白，原来她忘记她的包里有一把伞了。于是就准备和她的女儿回家，正当她拿好东西时，她的女儿却说：“妈妈，我们可以现在不走吗?“为什么呢?”她的妈妈问。那个女孩子说：“那边有一个阿姨在扫地，外面在下雨她没有打伞，她会生病的。”我顺着她手指指的方向看去，一个清洁工阿姨在清理一个水渠里的垃圾，水渠里的垃圾有很多，许多塑料餐盒，烧烤棍，冰棒棍，各种麻辣包装袋都卡在里面，还有一些果皮，因为气温高，果皮很容易腐烂，所以不时传来臭气。

雨并没有停下的迹象，反而越下越大，阴冷的风肆虐地刮着，把路边的树叶吹得哗哗地响，竟感到了一丝冷意。

我向那个清洁工看去，她依然在那里掏垃圾，豆大的雨点打在她身上，她的衣服已经湿透，头发已经开始滴水。

服装店里的母亲点了点头，那个小女孩接过她手里的`伞，冒着雨把伞给清洁工送去了。

一会儿，那个小女孩回来了，那个母亲笑着用纸巾帮她擦去脸上的水和衣服上的水。

看着这样的画面，每个人心里都会感到温暖。

没过多久，雨停了，太阳又出来了，阳光温暖着我就像刚才的画面温暖着我的心一样。

终于放寒假喽！刚放学，我一下子飞奔出学校，回家准备享受这长达26天的寒假。可不知道，可怕的还在后面呢。

第1天

“美好的寒假开始了！”我躺在床上吃着薯片，喝着可乐，自言自语的说。由于期末成绩令爸妈较为满意，我过上了大爷般的生活：早上抱着手机玩到中午，下午出去找朋友玩，晚上勉为其难的写作业。我想：这个寒假终于不用天天早起和早睡了！

第2天

“起来了，都快11点了，怎么这么懒！”妈妈在我的头上轰炸着，我昨天熬夜到了凌晨1点多，然后被我妈强拉着起床了。我磨磨蹭蹭的起了床，看见书包里一大堆绿色的报纸，我猛然想起了一个大事，满脑子里只有两个大字——作业！我的作业居然忘了一天，我又转念一想一天而已嘛，不过如此！我慢条斯理的打开了那一张张作业表，以前每天还没这么多呢！除了生物，其他科的作业堆成了一座小山，那小山就像用作业堆积，不用欢笑勾勒出的众多学生的五指山！把我重重的压在底下，我转变了我不过如此的看法，疯狂的做起作业来。

第3天

我从大爷变成了小弟，在家中的地位也逐渐下降。手机没了，留下的只有名著，晚睡晚起也不让了，作业又是背的又是写的，这英语单词怎么也写不出，那的语文文言文生僻字也记不下。嗨，只好慢慢来了。

我经历了这三天的大波大浪，可算是平静了一点，我已经做好了十足的心理准备，来面对这无比充实的寒假，希望能逐渐适应，圆满完成寒假任务！

I am highly disappointed in the proposed 2004-05 budget cuts to educa1ion. Taking away basic aid status and slashing our school budgets is a recipe for educational disaster in our school. The future lies with our children. They must have access to high quality educa1ion.

My husband and I have worked hard to be able to live in a school district that provides high quality education for our children. Cutting funding in districts like ours will have a negative impact on property values.

The school that my daughter attends is hardly wha1 I would describe as a "rich" school. Parents are asked to pay for books for all the classes, science supplies and for their students to participate in the performing arts among other items. If our school is to remain a world leader in technological development, cutting our school funds is the worst possible choice to make.

Education funds should not be diverted away from education.

上课铃响了，小壁虎急急忙忙的回教室，一阵风刮来，小壁虎的尾巴还没来得及进门，门就关上了。小壁虎的尾巴就被门夹断了。

小壁虎爬呀爬，爬到第一组的第一排。他看见蝎子同学晃着尾巴，在写作业。小壁虎说：“蝎子同学，你把尾巴借给我行吗？”蝎子说：“不行啊，我要用尾巴拍球呢。”

小壁虎爬呀爬，爬到第二组的第二排。他看见孔雀同学展开尾巴，在看书。小壁虎说：“孔雀同学，你把尾巴借给我行吗？”孔雀说：“不行啊，我要用尾巴跳舞呢。”

小壁虎爬呀爬，爬到第三组的第三排。他看见小猪同学甩着尾巴，在练唱歌。小壁虎说：“小猪同学，你把尾巴借给我行吗？”小猪说：“不行啊，我要用尾巴赶蝇子呢。”

小壁虎借不到尾巴，心里很难过。放学了，他爬回家里找妈妈。

小壁虎把借尾巴的事告诉了妈妈。妈妈笑着说：“傻孩子，你转过身子看看。”小壁虎转身一看，高兴得叫了起来：“我长出一条新尾巴啦！”

随着时间的推进，这也是我待在方洲的最后一个学期了，每次下学期都会有个“校园杯”足球联赛，这将是我们在方洲的最后一场大规模的足球赛，我们一定要加油！

对战榜出来了，我正眼一瞧，第一场我们跟八班比，这似乎，好像有点悬念，八班两个女足，一个男足，而我们班似乎什么也没有，这可怎么办，这局难道必输无疑？哎，这件事听天由命吧，我们也拿不了主。

比赛的前一节课，大家就都准备好了，蓄势待发，第一场，男生对男生。正当裁判一声哨下，我方男生带球冲了出去，绕过对方门将，准备打门可就在这时，被对面八班球员拦了下来，这可咋办，正当八班那个同学刚要拿下球的那一瞬间，我方男生一脚把球传给了旁边我们队的球员，我们队球员刚接到球，没有迟疑，一脚就把球踢向了球门。可惜八班那个球员似乎早就知道球会立刻飞向他，便早早的做好了准备，拦下了那一球。在一片可惜中，八班的球员开始进攻了，对方的队员好像早已准备好位置，从这个球员脚下传到另一个球员脚下，球就以这样飞快的速度过了我方队员，到最后的一刻了，只见那八班的同学一脚就把球直直的踹进了球门，就刚刚好好进了门。八班的同学顿时欢呼起来，可高兴的气氛还没维持多久，那一球就被我方摆平了。

时间一分一秒的过去了，要是分不出胜负，那就是平局，就靠女生了。就在那最后一刻八班进了一个球，赢了。那胜负就掌握在我们女生手里，如果我们女生赢了，那么就会有点球，那我们还有机会，但如果是平了或者输了，那我们就没希望了，但八班有两个女足的，这，就很难说了。虽然这个想法是有可能的，但毕竟可能性不大，所以，比赛结果任然没有悬念——我们输了！

但现在不是倡导要“友谊第一，比赛第二”，所以我们还是祝福了八班，因为他们赢得了比赛，取得了胜利！

1886年的5月1日，美国的资产阶级政府出动大批军队和警察，残酷地镇压了芝加哥工人因要求改善劳动条件而进行的集会斗争。这说明，工人阶级不要说争取主人的地位，就是要求改善基本的生活条件也会遭受到血腥的镇压。把五月一日定为国际劳动节，就是旨在动员并团结全世界无产阶级及劳动人民，为争取自身的自由、解放，为最终实现当家作主的权利而不懈斗争。

Like every young girl, I pay attention to make myself look pretty, because

if I get more attention from others, I will be very happy. So I start to follow

the models and the movies stars dressing style, then I find that compare to

their skinny bodies, I look like a fat girl. So I have made up my mind to lose

weight. As my body is in the growth period, my parents always ask me to eat

more. When they find me start to eat less, they think I am sick. I tell them

that I want to look beautiful, then my mother says that I am beautiful in her

eyes. If I dont eat, I will look old. I search the Internet. The pictures of

skinny girls scare me, so I give up losing weight. My annoyance is gone, and I

“斗牛”二字，会让你大吃一惊。什么？在教室里斗牛？难以置信。其实，这次“斗牛”是牛与牛之间的战争。老师选两头“牛”，并在他们的背上别上字，“牛”可以采用各种方式，谁先看见另一头“牛”背上的字，就获胜。

老师开始选“牛”了。“刷”地一下，一只只小手全举了起来，像一片小树林。哎？老师在看着我，好象在选我耶！我正高兴呢，老师的目光又扫了过去，唉，看来没希望了。最终，选了两名男生，一个称为“白牛”，一个名为“蓝牛”。

后来，又举行了一场“母牛”之战。这两头母牛实力都太强了，都能护住自己的字。慢慢的，两头母牛又开始“跳”起了“拉丁舞”，不停地前进，又不停地后退。经过十多分钟的软磨硬泡之后，教师无奈之下，停止了比赛，宣布此次比赛打为平手。

Traditionally regarded as one of the safest planes in the skies, the Boeing 777’s reputation will have been damaged by the second fatal crash in less than a year.

There are around 1,000 Boeing 777s in service, and the plane is a long haul workhorse, plying some of the longest routes.

It entered service in 1995 and the National Transportation Safety Board, which is responsible for monitoring US-made aircraft, has logged fewer than 60 incidents.

But the recent record has been more patchy with two major incidents - a crash at San Francisco airport last July, which claimed three lives, and the crash-landing of a British Airways 777 at Heathrow in January 2008.

But the Malaysian disaster is very different from both the BA incident and the crash involving a Asiana Airlines flight at San Francisco International Airport in July.

Both the BA and Asiana accidents occurred shortly before landing, while the Malaysia airlines plane disappeared off the radar during the early stages of the trip.

The accident at San Francisco in July was attributed to pilot error which led to the engines being set to idle because he believed the computer would maintain sufficient speed to keep the plane up in the air.

But initial reports suggest that Zaharie Ahmad Shah, the 53-year-old Malaysian airlines pilot, was hugely experienced - having joined the carrier in 1981 and with 18,365 hours in the cockpit under his belt.

The BA crash landing, which did not result in any fatalities, was finally found to have been caused by a blockage in the fuel line feeding the engine.

Simply put the aircraft had the aviation equivalent of a cardiac arrest because some of the fuel failed to melt and blocked the supply line at the end of a long flight from Beijing to London, during which the plane travelled through unusually cold airspace over Siberia.

This crash has echoes of the disaster in which 288 people on board an Air France Airbus 330. That plane, another long-haul workhorse, crashed into the Atlantic en-route from Rio de Janeiro in June 2009 killing 228 people.

A variety of explanations have been given for the Air France crash, with investigators finding that the plane’s speed sensors were giving an incorrect reading.

But with this crash involving a different aircraft, it will take several months before investigators can ascertain the cause.

Its a question that will eventually—hopefully not soon!—confront you, me, and every other person reading this: Should our loved ones gain access to our digital lives, from email to Instagram to financial accounts, after we die? A cadre of state-appointed lawyers are creating a bill that would allow for just that.

This is one of the more important legal dilemmas of recent years, and only a few states have clear laws on whether, say, a parent should gain access to their childs Facebook if the child dies, or whether a wife should get access to financial information locked in her deceased husbands email account. This week at its annual meeting, the Uniform Law Commission—a Chicago-based group of lawyers who are appointed to write clear and stable language for new legislation—will finalize its recommended language for a law that would give loved ones access to all of your digital accounts after you die. Unless you specify otherwise.

As the AP reports today, the bill would create a legal process for gaining access, which can be incredibly difficult today:

Most people assume they can decide what happens by sharing certain passwords with a trusted family member, or even making those passwords part of their will. But in addition to potentially exposing passwords when a will becomes public record, anti-hacking laws and most companys "terms of service" agreements prohibit anyone from accessing an account that isnt theirs. That means loved ones technically become criminals if they log on to a dead persons account.

And thats assuming they even have the password. Going up against giants like Google makes the process even more difficult. And for a grieving family, it can be all but impossible.

The bill would give access—but not control—to loved ones unless they specifically wrote in their will that they wouldnt allow it.
