Friendship is essential for the existence of society. People live in

communities and work in co-operation so that they could protect themselves from

nature. The successful accomplishment of any task calls for support from many

people. It’s the friends who are willing to help us. Friendship is a guarantee

of harmonious efforts.

In the widest sense, all people are friends. People live in a common

society, co-operating and helping each other directly or indirectly all the

time. From this respective, anyone could be a friend of others to a certain

degree. And it’s this kind of friendship that makes society harmonious though

competition is universal.

A friend in need is a friend indeed. Unfortunately, people are so complex

in the modern society due to various reasons. Sometimes, we don’t really know

who are our real friends. Adversity is the touchstone of friendship. That is to

say, in hard times, it is easy for us to test whether the friendship is ture or

not. No matter what happens, a true friend will never leave you alone and will

always be with you.

亲爱的老师、同学们：

大家早上好!今天，我国旗下讲话的题目是《热爱劳动是一种美德》。

同学们，今年的五一假期刚刚过去。提起“五一”，不知大家首先想到的是“五一假期”还是“五一劳动节”。这里我要说，劳动教育是人生必修课，良好的劳动习惯对于我们少年儿童的成长具有非常重要的意义。

首先，如果一个孩子，如果不爱劳动，自然就缺乏劳动的体验。说实话，同学们之中谁能真正理解和感受到“汗滴禾下土”“粒粒皆辛苦”的涵义?你们能体会到爸爸妈妈赚钱的不容易吗?要知道我们每天吃的、穿的、用的都是爸爸和妈妈用劳动换来的呀!

其次，劳动的过程也是实践的过程。学习的主要目的是为了应用和创造。如果我们没有好的劳动习惯，我们学到的知识就难以运用到生活中去。更谈不上应用和创造了。

第三，劳动对于培养每个人的健康人格也具有很重要的作用。研究发现：第一、儿童劳动时间越长，独立性越强;第二，儿童从事劳动的时间越长，越有利于形成勤劳节俭的好品德。我们从小干家务，可以培养我们吃苦耐劳、珍惜劳动成果、珍重家庭亲情、尊重他人等品质，我们长大以后自然比那些“衣来伸手、饭来张口”的孩子更有出息。

我们要热爱劳动，就需要把劳动变成一种习惯，如果养成了这种好习惯，劳动就成了一个愉快而自然的过程。我国著名相声演员冯巩，小时候家里很穷，但他非常懂事，经常帮助母亲料理家务，冬天顶着凛冽的寒风出去捡煤核儿，逆境的磨炼造就了他自强不息，矢志不移的性格。

劳动可以造就一个人，不爱劳动则难成人。经过老师们的了解与调查，不少同学经常在家帮助父母干家务，做一些象洗衣服、刷碗、摘菜、买东西、打扫卫生、整理房间等一些这些力所能及的事情。但是，也不排除有些同学吃饭用叫、吃完撂下碗筷抹嘴就走现象，不排除晚上让父母铺床，早晨让父母叠被现象，不排除父母偶尔支使点活、马上小嘴撅起老高现象。同学们，上帝为我们创造大脑，是要我们靠自己的本事生存;上帝赋予我们双手，是要我们靠自己的双手劳动。劳动增长见识，劳动是快乐的。我们要时刻牢记胡锦涛爷爷的教导，“以辛勤劳动为荣、以好逸恶劳为耻”;我们要持之以恒，真正从内心把劳动当做自己生活中必须要做的一件事情来看待。

最后，我希望孩子们尊重每一个劳动的人。劳动最光荣，劳动的人最美。无论是白领还是农民工，无论是科学家还是清洁工，他们都是光荣的劳动者，都应该得到我们的尊重。

相信，只要大家愿意去做，一定能从劳动中获得许多快乐，同时也获得许多做人的道理。请同学们记住：热爱劳动是一种美德。让我们都来热爱劳动，热爱生活吧!

在一片茂密的森林中，住着一个老妇人，她那沾满霉点的墙上，挂着一个跟她的年龄差不多的古老的钟。里面住着时针分针秒针三姐妹。

大姐时针性格直爽，而二姐分针和小妹秒针很爱计较，不让别人。但是小妹非常勤快，她一直都在跑步，一圈又一圈，没有停下来的意识。“滴答”“滴答”的声音伴随着脚步声始终回荡在这个古老的房间里。也因为如此，她长得高高瘦瘦，腿修长修长的，出落成了一个运动健将；二姐跑步没有小妹快，跑起来有些费劲，但她还是尽力跟在小妹身后；而大姐似乎是一个不紧不慢的人，她的小妹都跑了60圈了，她才慢悠悠地挪动一小格。

开始，她们互相还很谦让，到了后来，二姐和小妹就不服气了，她们偷偷地议论大姐。

“好不公平呀！她一天只需要走两圈，多么悠闲自在！”

“可不是吗？有一个成语叫做争分夺秒，就是在夸我们呢！根本就不关她的事儿！“

“我们要不要给她使坏？“

“好，真是一个好主意！“

于是，当大姐从小妹身边走过的时候，小妹突然把那细长的腿伸出，大姐猝不及防，一下子就被绊倒了，腿也摔坏了，不能动弹。

小妹做完坏事后继续工作，可是，因为大姐不能走了，钟也就坏了，时间也不能显示了。

没有了时间的显示，老妇人的生活一下子陷入了混乱，她一气之下，把钟从墙上摘下，将它摔得粉身碎骨，三姐妹都缺胳膊断腿地躺在了地上。二姐和小妹在那一刻后悔莫及，终于明白：虽然她们三个的工作分工不一样，但都很重要：做事既要分工，又要配合，才能完美地完成一件任务。

可是，有什么用呢！已经晚了！

The Lantern Festival falls on the 15th day of the 1st lunar month, usually

in February or March in the Gregorian calendar. As early as the Western Han

Dynasty (206 BC-AD 25), it had become a festival with great significance.

This days important activity is watching lanterns. Throughout the Han

Dynasty (206 BC-AD 220), Buddhism flourished in China. One emperor heard that

Buddhist monks would watch sarira, or remains from the cremation of Buddhas

body, and light lanterns to worship Buddha on the 15th day of the 1st lunar

month, so he ordered to light lanterns in the imperial palace and temples to

show respect to Buddha on this day. Later, the Buddhist rite developed into a

grand festival among common people and its influence expanded from the Central

Plains to the whole of China.

Till today, the lantern festival is still held each year around the

country. Lanterns of various shapes and sizes are hung in the streets,

attracting countless visitors. Children will hold self-made or bought lanterns

to stroll with on the streets, extremely excited. "Guessing lantern riddles"is

an essential part of the Festival.

Lantern owners write riddles on a piece of paper and post them on the

lanterns. If visitors have solutions to the riddles, they can pull the paper out

and go to the lantern owners to check their answer. If they are right, they will

get a little gift. The activity emerged during peoples enjoyment of lanterns in

the Song Dynasty (960-1279). As riddle guessing is interesting and full of

wisdom, it has become popular among all social strata.

People will eat yuanxiao, or rice dumplings, on this day, so it is also

called the "Yuanxiao Festival."Yuanxiao also has another name, tangyuan. It is

small dumpling balls made of glutinous rice flour with rose petals, sesame, bean

paste, jujube paste, walnut meat, dried fruit, sugar and edible oil as filling.

Tangyuan can be boiled, fried or steamed. It tastes sweet and delicious. What’s

more, tangyuan in Chinese has a similar pronunciation with "tuanyuan”, meaning

reunion. So people eat them to denote union, harmony and happiness for the

family.

In the daytime of the Festival, performances such as a dragon lantern

dance, a lion dance, a land boat dance, a yangge dance, walking on stilts and

beating drums while dancing will be staged. On the night, except for magnificent

lanterns, fireworks form a beautiful scene. Most families spare some fireworks

from the Spring Festival and let them off in the Lantern Festival. Some local

governments will even organize a fireworks party. On the night when the first

full moon enters the New Year, people become really intoxicated by the imposing

fireworks and bright moon in the sky.

今天下午，我们濮阳县第一实验小学中的六十名同学（我也在内），去一所学校比赛。第一个上场的就是我们，当时我们排好队形后，我特别紧张，但是看到指挥老师那灿烂的笑容后，我就不那么紧张了。

Like tangible cultural heritages such as the Great Wall and the Forbidden

City, intangible cultural heritages like Peking Opera and

Confucius-commemorating rituals are equally crucial. We should make our utmost

efforts to preserve intangible heritages because, without their physical form of

existence, they are in greater risk of extinction.

According to UNESCO’s Convention for the Safeguarding of Intangible

Cultural Heritage (2003), all forms of social customs and habits, folklore,

performing arts, rituals, oral traditions, festivals, traditional crafts and

various knowledge and practices about nature and universe can be classified as

intangible cultural heritages. As a country consisting of a great diversity of

ethnic groups and with time-honored history and civilization, China abounds in

intangible cultural heritages. Cultural heritages connect modern people with the

historical past, allowing them to acquire a cultural and historical identity.

Without cultural heritages, we would be rendered absolutely rootless and we

would find it hard to cope with challenges at present and in the future.

However, the modernization process poses mounting threats to intangible

heritages. Many people have a blind faith in the latest electronic devices. It

is also pathetic to see elderly people in possession of such legacies pass away

without transmitting them to the younger generation. Faced with those

challenges, we should both preserve and renovate our ancestral heritages so that

we can help contribute to the cultural diversity of the world and return to our

spiritual homeland in this age of impersonal science and technology.

spring is the first season of a year . there are there months in spring : morch , april and may , the weather is warm and windy . it rains a lot . the trees turn green and all the flowers are coming ont . in spring, i can wear my shirts . i often plant trees and go hiking . so i like spring very much . of course , i like the spring festival , too .

今年夏天，我到姑姑家去玩，炎热的天气使屋里格外闷热。中午吃过饭后，我决定去书店里看书。

大概过了几分钟，那个母亲好像想起了什么，拿起她的包在里面翻找，当她在包里面翻出一把雨伞时，我才明白，原来她忘记她的包里有一把伞了。于是就准备和她的女儿回家，正当她拿好东西时，她的女儿却说：“妈妈，我们可以现在不走吗?“为什么呢?”她的妈妈问。那个女孩子说：“那边有一个阿姨在扫地，外面在下雨她没有打伞，她会生病的。”我顺着她手指指的方向看去，一个清洁工阿姨在清理一个水渠里的垃圾，水渠里的垃圾有很多，许多塑料餐盒，烧烤棍，冰棒棍，各种麻辣包装袋都卡在里面，还有一些果皮，因为气温高，果皮很容易腐烂，所以不时传来臭气。

雨并没有停下的迹象，反而越下越大，阴冷的风肆虐地刮着，把路边的树叶吹得哗哗地响，竟感到了一丝冷意。

我向那个清洁工看去，她依然在那里掏垃圾，豆大的雨点打在她身上，她的衣服已经湿透，头发已经开始滴水。

服装店里的母亲点了点头，那个小女孩接过她手里的`伞，冒着雨把伞给清洁工送去了。

一会儿，那个小女孩回来了，那个母亲笑着用纸巾帮她擦去脸上的水和衣服上的水。

看着这样的画面，每个人心里都会感到温暖。

没过多久，雨停了，太阳又出来了，阳光温暖着我就像刚才的画面温暖着我的心一样。

我出生时的故事我1997年5月18日(农历4月12日)上午10点，在湘阴县人民医院出生 其实在这前一天，我像一个刚从石头里蹦出来的猴子一样，在妈妈的肚子里拳打脚踢，因为我太想出去了。结果让妈妈整整痛了一个晚上。直到第二天上午，医师才将我从肚子里剖出来。我生下来时体重3300克，不胖不瘦，比现在的我黑多了，浑身是血，哥哥看了我说真是脏死了，一点都不好看。

我是一个爱凑热闹的人，我出生这天刚好是星期六，全家人都在家里，妈妈说，我们刚出手术室，在手术室的门外面全都是我们家的亲戚与朋友，有二三十个人吧！把我妈妈都吓了一跳，他们都在期待我的到来，我是甘家的长孙，所以他们特别关注我，对我也特别的厚爱， 今天还是舅舅的女儿—姐姐的生日。我们是同一天生日。姐姐三岁刚好我出生，这真是我们前世修来的缘分啊！一晃九年过去了，现在的我是多么的幸福、快乐呀！我

我从小就和书打交道了。妈妈说，我两岁时，就天天搂着家里的书看。我看了丹麦作家安徒生写的《安徒生童话》、德国的《格林童话》、孔子的《论语》、《三字经》。妈妈说，我都认识书中的字。上小学后，我又读了更多的书：作文书、孔子的《诗经》、冰心的《繁星.春水》、《宋词三百首》……

我的作文在四年级时，常常被老师读或者贴在墙上供大家欣赏。我的作文能写好，是因为我读书时都有做笔记的习惯——摘抄优美的词语和句子。四年级的暑假生活，我几乎是“泡”在书海里的。每天晚上，我早早地爬上我的小床，靠着靠垫，津津有味地读着我的作文书、童话书……别人和我说话我都听不见，这害我被妈妈骂，还被罚三个月不能吃零食。我虽然爱吃零食，但更爱看书，所以没什么大不了的。我忍，我忍，我忍忍忍!

今天，我们班竞行了一场激烈的扳手腕比赛，扳手腕比赛作文。运动员登场了，他们分别是欧阳健与刘垚鑫，一站上讲台，欧阳健就低着头，好像是没有自信一样。刘垚鑫就不同了，他气势磅礴地走上讲台，好像很有自信的样子。比赛开始了，他们俩把手放在桌子上。“预备！开始！”一声预令下来，开始扳了！“加油！刘垚鑫”“加油呀！欧阳健！”各自的助威团都在为自己的队员加油尖叫着！“1 2 3耶！”

欧阳健赢了，看他们那满脸通红的样子，也怪可怜的！刘垚鑫好像不服输一样！第二回合开始了，刘垚鑫眼睛睁得大大的他的助威团也要更加迈力了！可能是因为欧阳健的一时得意吧，他输了！他唉声叹气起来！现在的目前比赛成绩是：1比1。

平局！最后一局决定胜负。第三回合开始了，刘垚鑫可不像欧阳健那样赢了就得意忘行，他再接再厉，欧阳健好像心不在焉一样，刚开始还是欧阳赢，后来刘垚鑫反败为胜了！这意味着刘垚鑫赢了，他的助威团正在为他喝彩呢！刘垚鑫的脸又从红通通的脸变成了金灿灿的笑容！这个比赛可真有趣啊！

I am terribly sorry that I failed to arrive at BLCU last Friday. I hope that this did not mess you up completely, although I know that you had already made some special arrangements for my visit with you parents and friends. I am very sorry about all that. I am sure you will be sympathetic, however, when I tell you that my father is dangerously ill in hospital, and that I found it impossible to leave for the visit when he is in this state.

My father was working very hard on his project on protecting the environment. I know the project has come to a very important stage. He and his assistants did not take regular rest for three weeks. Last night, my father had a heart attack and was soon sent to the hospital. The doctor said my father was in a very serious situation, and, he might need an operation.

24 hours have passed. Nothing has changed. I have to stay at the hospital. I will let you know if there is any good news.

格尺与皮尺是一对很要好的朋友，但是，最近他们却总是因为谁的本领大发生争吵。

第二天，格尺和皮尺开始比赛了。比赛项目是画直线，皮尺和格尺躺在同一张纸上，铅笔弟弟来画线。皮尺和格尺都很努力地把身体往下压，想让铅笔弟弟画出最直的线，但是利用皮尺画出来的线还是歪歪扭扭。格尺说：你输了。皮尺不服气地说：有本事你量量铅笔弟弟的周长啊！格尺一听，傻了，心想：这圆柱可怎么量啊！于是，格尺说：我认输，但你能把铅笔弟弟的周长量出来吗？皮尺听了，笑了笑，便向铅笔弟弟走去，在他身上绕了个圈，说：铅笔弟弟的周长是二点三厘米。格尺说：我们再比……

停！剪刀爷爷走过来说，孩子们，你们这样做是不对的，每个人都有长处和短处，你们都只看到了自己的长处，却没有看到自己的短处，所以你们这样比下去是不会有结果的。

听了剪刀爷爷的话，两把尺子脸红了，格尺说：以后我不会和皮尺争吵了。皮尺说：我们会团结协作，为人类服务。剪刀爷爷笑着说：这就对了！

拔河比赛是很传统的老项目，但在这次学校2——5年级拔河比赛时却换来了超前的效果。因种种原因学校好久没开设这种体育活动了，可以说这久违了的传统项目仍是学生的最爱。在比赛中学生和老师的助威声，比赛选手们的齐力使劲的呐喊声，无不让人激动兴奋。在那一刹那老师和同学融为一体，学校和学生融为一体，人和大自然合为一体。让人无法控制住自己的情感，让人兴奋在场景中，幸福在胜利的喜悦中。
