Recently, I have been reading a book named Communication Arts. In this

book, the author Doctor Li introduces many methods to communicate with others

successfully and tells readers why everyone should be a polite person. My

favorite sentence in this book is “Everyone has potential, and everyone can

determine your own future by developing positive psychological, mastering

communication arts and showing your personality charm. In that way, you can have

a wonderful life!”

During whole sections, this book tells us human should live in a large

group, since people can’t solve all problems by their own. For that matter,

human beings should learn a series of manners to deal with any situation which

might happen wherever and whenever. After that, Doctor Li makes a point that

people need to realize how to resolve disagreements between friends, families or

colleagues. There always appears this kind of situation in social life, so it’s

important to understand how to settle it. Finally he teaches us that

communication techniques not only reflect in normal talk but also within body

languages.

In each part of the book, the author takes a large number of examples in

daily life to confirm his points. These examples in daily life are easy to

understand and accept.

After reading the book, I find many shortages of my communication skills. I

used to lack of patience when I talk to others, even got mad at them. This was

impolite and might destroy relationships between my friends and me. Therefore I

would try my best to improve myself and be welcome.

is important to know our good and bad points because this knowledge will help us

to improve ourself. We should examine ourselves and learn who we are.

Above

all, we should recognize our strengths and weaknesses. For example, I am healthy

and fit, so I can work hard. Im also optimistic, humble and polite. These are

又一个小孩子跑过来，他的脸上早已乐开了花，嘴里还不停欢唱歌儿。

“真的！好迷人啊！”我也不禁赞叹道。

“忽如一夜春风来，千树万树梨花开。”眼前一片纯洁的白，比书上形容的要美得多，真是“百闻不如一见”。

假如我是个诗人，我就要写一首长诗来描绘她们的壮丽；假如我是个画家，我就要用各种笔法来衬托出她们的纯洁；假如我是个作曲家，我就要用跳动的音符来表达此时的赏心悦目。然而我什么都不是，我只是我，只能对看到的美景发出婴儿般的“咿呀”，却融入了我满腔的惊喜。

周围是一片洁白：屋顶上均匀的堆满了积雪，像天上掉下来的棉花，躺在上面一定像睡沙发一样柔软，地上已没有深深浅浅的脚印，只有被一大块雪白的海绵压得严严实实的白地毯，树木早已“面目全非”，树枝上挂满了银条儿，沉甸甸，亮晶晶，树枝间堆满了毛茸茸蓬松松的雪球，像妙龄少女翘首枝头，像可爱的精灵大显身手；田野里，庄稼披上了华丽的银装……远处，孩子们的欢歌笑语清晰可闻，打雪仗、堆雪人，自然是他们的拿手好戏：一把铁锹，几个小伙伴，滚两个雪球，嘿嘿，一个活灵活现，妙趣横生的雪娃娃尽现眼前；几声口号，几跟长篙，一场激荡的雪地战争正式展开……

这样的大雪，并不意味着冬的残酷，她可是小麦最好的棉被啊，她给了孩子们一片乐土，更重要的是她使人们的心灵得到了净化和洗礼。她是冬天送给人们最好的礼物，人们如是说。

“是啊，的确如此！”我从内心发出感慨。

“呀……呀……”一阵凄惨的鸟叫声，划破了这和谐美好的气氛，冲走了皑皑白雪……原来，这一切只是一个梦。

后来，我把这个美丽而神奇的梦一五一十地告诉了妈妈，她先觉得好笑，忽然双目颦蹙，望着我，说：“唉，你们这代人真是遗憾啊，在我们那个时候，这样的大雪很常见，不足为奇。那时候的孩子们可以在雪地里尽情玩耍，肯定比你梦中见到的还要快活。现在你们的生活水平对比我们当时来说，是提高了许多，但你们失去的也不少啊！”我越听越糊涂，妈妈又说：“近年来，科技迅猛发展，许多大型工厂兴起，排放大量的废气，大气遭到了严重破坏，导致臭氧层被破坏，气温逐年增高，以后的冬天也许再也不会下雪了……”

妈妈的话犹如一瓢冷水，浇灭了我心头的热火——我的希望破灭了。

哦！雪景，美丽的雪景，难道这只能成为一场梦吗？是谁将这一切变为了泡影？回头想想，周围发生的一切不也使我感到了危机吗？时隔几年，儿时那条清澈见底散发着水草清香的小河已不复存在；那群活泼可爱，天生有一幅好歌喉的鸟儿也不知去向；夏夜的蛙鸣声也渐渐弱了下来，没有以前的响亮……

想到这里，我的眼角湿润了，是遗撼，是愤怒。泪顺着脸颊流下来，流到嘴里，流到手背上，直到流进心窝里。

我愿苍天有眼，放飞那雪花儿，让她们化作一地雨水，洗去人们心灵上的污秽！

Today is Saturday. I stay at home with my parents.

My mother said that today we should do some cleanings. I agreed and I would

like to help.

I cleaned the windows. It was really a tough job.

Now matter how hard I tried, they seemed dirty all the same. Therefore, I

asked for help.

My mother teached me a method to clean the windows.

It realy worked. And then I cleaned the floor. It was much easier than

cleaning the windows. I did it in a short time. My parents praised me.
