闻名世界的"水俣病"

水俣湾是日本的一个风景秀丽的海湾。水俣镇上的渔民世世代代靠丰富的海产生活。1950年，镇上发生了一个奇怪的现象：有些猫猛然得了怪病，走起路来晃晃悠悠，四肢不断抽筋，最后竟自己跳进海里淹死。不久，当地居民也得了这种怪病。症状跟病猫十分相似，先是口齿不清，走路东倒西歪，继而肌肉哆嗦，身体蜷曲，发疯似地喊叫，最后在极其痛苦中死去。

老鳖喜欢迁徙，总是乐于从一个池塘跑到另外一个池塘去。老鳖的迁徙，一般是在晚上进行。所以，经常走夜路的人，偶尔会被迁徙的老鳖绊到，听说有人看到大如盆口的老鳖，以为是鳖精呢。

小时候家里没有风扇更没有空调，天热了，家里热得待不住，爹爹和奶奶搬个椅子，拉个凉席到门前的树下。爸爸从挂在墙上的篮子里拿个馍，喝几口凉水，和伙伴们到老鳖塘游泳，到小沟里抓鱼。抓到鱼，再找些草，烧烤着吃，其他的不逮也不吃。

度过一个愉快的寒假，新年又开始了。大家又都聚在一起，兴致勃勃地谈论起寒假生活中的趣闻。

大家津津乐道，有说有笑，对过年的美好时光久久不能忘怀。除夕夜，照例是放烟花爆竹的日子，大家也七嘴八舌地说出了那天自己玩的烟花，有绽开似菊的长竿烟花，灿烂如明珠般的大礼花，小巧玲珑的碎珠……姜泽宏更是侃侃而谈，原来他放了个大家从未见过的“福”字大礼花，叫“大福临门”。那随着“噼叭”一声巨响，一团火球窜上了与天空，“噼哩叭啦”地炸成了一个大红色的闪耀着金光的“福”字。过一会儿，这个“福”字又变成了一颗颗流星，舞动着身姿，向他家门口滑落，还真像大福临门，狗年旺旺！听得我们心里直痒痒，也想放个看看。

过除夕，拜大年，肯定少不了压岁钱。王苡人家搞了个创新，把红包礼物都藏了起来。王苡人只好把家里翻个底朝天，逐一逐个地搜寻，不放过一个小角落。皇天不负有心人，王苡人终于在厨房、阳台、书房里找到了自己的红包礼物。李燕的小婆婆最疼爱李燕了，压岁盘里的东西随便挑，给她的压岁钱也最多。李燕也很喜欢她的小婆婆，不仅懂事乖巧，而且讨人欢心，临走时，还不忘祝小婆婆：“福如东海，寿比南山，吉祥如意，万事顺心，狗年旺旺！”

乡村的过年气息比城市还浓。邹佳凝在乡下的寺庙里烧香时，有幸看见了舞狮、舞龙的人群。只见那狮子威风凛凛、摇头晃脑、活灵活现，它瞪着大灯炮似眼睛，窜到东跳到西，犹如在高兴地撒野。不知从什么时候狮群里窜出了一条龙，它浑身金光闪闪，好动的龙上下翻飞，来了个二龙戏珠。随着敲锣打鼓的声音，龙与狮群渐渐走远了。不过，这对我们在城市里长大的孩子来说是够新鲜的。

寒假里还有许多有趣的事，李恬堆了个个性十足的雪人。黄苑皓放了个一米多长的燕形大风筝。朱振栋耐心地钓了次鱼。姚庆在舅舅家闹新房。姜丹雯本想挖荠菜，结果挖了一蓝子的野菜……愉快的寒假结束了，想必今年的暑假也一定会有更有趣的事发生吧！

This year, people across China carried out a variety of activities to learn from Lei Feng. I know Lei Feng was happy to help other people. H e always did his best to help them. It’s very good for us to learn from Lei Feng. However we can do a lot of small things to help keep the school clean. Picking up the rubbish on the floor is easy. We also should try our best to help the classmates as much as possible. I think to be a good person is easy and happy.

Today is Saturday. I stay at home with my parents.

My mother said that today we should do some cleanings. I agreed and I would

like to help.

I cleaned the windows. It was really a tough job.

Now matter how hard I tried, they seemed dirty all the same. Therefore, I

asked for help.

My mother teached me a method to clean the windows.

It realy worked. And then I cleaned the floor. It was much easier than

cleaning the windows. I did it in a short time. My parents praised me.

有人喜欢傲霜开的腊梅；有人喜欢艳丽的玫瑰；可我跟他们不同，我喜欢的是桂花树，我喜欢它那粗壮的树木，喜欢它默默发出的清香。

今天中午，班主任说要带我们去中庭院看桂花树，我们高兴得一蹦三尺高，直奔门口，排好队准备出发。等我们走到楼梯口的时候，同学们就用手指指点点，一边点着那边的桂花树，一边在说话。我呢，顺着同学们用手指的方向，也看到了那棵粗壮高大的桂花树。不一会，就到了中庭院，还没走到，桂花树的花就分散出沁人心脾的花，使我们陶醉。这棵桂花树远看如一把撑开的绿色大伞，似乎在为我们遮太阳；近看，像孩子们的乐园，让小伙伴们在它的怀抱里尽情地玩耍。看完了这棵桂花树的表面，我又看起了它的花。我东张西望，却怎么也找不到它的花。我纳闷极了：如果这棵树上没花，那刚才一阵清香又是从哪来的呢？正当我奇怪的时候，班主任叫我们找桂花。我又忙活了起来，四处张望，我抬头一看，绿叶被阳光照得十分耀眼，一阵风拂过一树叶就沙沙作响，好像每片绿叶上都有一个新的生命在颤动。透过绿叶，我发现了桂花，我连忙摘一朵放在手心，仔细地观赏，我发现桂花小巧玲珑，有四片花瓣，还有几粒花蕊。我心想这桂花米粒般大小，到底能不能发出香味呢？我把鼻子往桂花上嗅了嗅，发现很香，我的烦恼也荡然无存了。后来，班主任叫我们摸叶子。我摸了摸，发现它的树叶边缘有一排尖尖的什么东西，像一把锯子。颜色是墨绿的，上面很光滑，下面很粗糙。突然，我摸到了一片没有尖尖的东西的树叶。我又范困了，这片叶子怎么没有刺刺的东西呀？这时，班主任说，有刺是长大了叶子，没有刺是刚出来不久的叶子。我这才恍然大悟。

没想到，这小小的桂花树竟能发出这么香的味道，真是太神奇了。
