这一时期孩子生理和心理特点变化明显，是培养学习能力、情绪能力、意志能力和学习习惯的最佳时期。法国教育家卢梭说“大自然希望儿童在成人以前就要像儿童的样子。如果我们打乱这个次序，就会造成一些果实早熟，它们长得既不丰满也不甜美，而且很快就会腐烂。”所以，这个时期的孩子的引导就显得特别重要。

数学是一门逻辑思维很强的学科，不像英语、语文一样，背的知识较多，数学需要孩子的理解能力，因此孩子在课堂上40分钟的听讲远远大于回家恶补。因为咱班的孩子是全校人数较多的班级，我作为老师很想顾及每一个孩子，但是毕竟精力有限而且时间紧张，因此我只能通过课堂上课回来的反馈信息和课后作业和检测的形式来检验孩子是否学会，那么第一点要求：我就希望家长在课外作业的辅导上，尽量能让孩子发挥学习主动性来完成一天的功课，家长做到认真检查订正或者辅导。争取学校与家庭能尽量在第一时间发现孩子这一部分学习的漏洞和不足，加以改正学习方法和策略，而且还可以有针对性的进行指导。我跟孩子说过，在学校里老师是“免费”的，不用白不用，出去上家教、上托管都要花钱，为什么不在课堂上学会而非要花钱学才学会呢？因此，我希望孩子一定要不懂就问。可能孩子还小，所以第二点要求：我希望家长能够帮助孩子发现知识上不足的地方，例如：让孩子回家讲老师上课讲的知识当小老师在讲一遍；或者拿出一道题让孩子讲讲做题步骤；又或者孩子的作业或者试卷有错题的地方让孩子讲讲为什么错了，应该怎么改正，为什么这样做等等，我想都会起到查漏补缺的作用。如果方便，我建议家长可以与我建立一本通讯本，里面可以将孩子不懂得问题或者家长对我的建议和意见写下来，我再一一进行答复。

另外，我希望家长能每天检查一下孩子的记作业本，数学不可能没有作业的情况，上期发现，有孩子会钻空子，回家对家长说没有作业，而回来对老师就说忘带了，所以，这一点我希望家长能配合我。数学在于兴趣，有家长跟我说“唐老师，你别对他们太仁慈，布置作业那么少！呵呵，对于孩子学习数学，比较重要的两方面：计算能力和解决问题的能力。机械性和无谓的作业不必要布置多了，失去了作业的意义，解决问题让孩子学会掌握做题规律和方法更有效。当然，说来简单，这两方面不是一朝一夕能训练出来的，它需要过程，需要长期的训练，孩子们能把以上这两方面掌握好的话学习数学就事半功倍。

以上是回家后的要求，在学校里，孩子的一切都跟老师有关，我的习惯是很少与家长联系，毕竟家长也都很忙，更何况接到老师的电话每个家长估计都是“惊吓”大于“惊喜”。但是如果发现孩子苗头不对，我会主动和您联系，帮助孩子改正这一时期存在的问题和不足，也希望到时候家长能尽量协助我，我们一切都是为了孩子。

Housework? Honestly speaking I never do houseworks. My mum does all of

them. I hate doing houseworks because it is boring and tiring, and Learning
