Nowadays, there are more and more people playing with their phones

everywhere, hence it has been a big issue in our society. Some people think that

phones are necessary for them because they have to keep in touch with their

friends, customers and parents. Instead, some people think that phones not only

destroy their relationship with friends but also are not good for their

health.

Some doctors say that if you spend a long time on using it every day, it

may cause your eyesight problem. In addition, you can see unusual scenery in our

society. For example, people become indifferent and cold-blooded because they

mainly talk with each other on phone. It not only affects your physical health

but also your spirit health. What’s worse, phones also produce some harmful

radiation which really hurts your brain because it may cause your memory

problems and even get a cancer.

However, phone is not always negative in your life. There is a research

shows that it not only can kill your time but can also reduces your stress.

Therefore, we have to learn that how to control our time when we use it, and

also know that how to use it correctly.

I have many rules,so my day is very busy.Today is Tuseday. I get up at six

oclock. Then I clean myroom and brush my teeth. I eat my breakfast at about

half past six.I must wash the dirty dishes.

My mother says,"The exercise helps our bodies."So I usually do exercise at

six o clock forty-five.I always go to school at seven oclock.We have five

classes in the morning and four classes in the afternoon.I come home at 6:00

P.M.I have to do my homework first.After that,I read books for one hour. At ten

oclock I go to bed. This is my busy day.And you?

Last November 24 was my birthday. I had a party at my home. My friends came

the airport to the city. It is much cheaper than a cab. Take the bus to the city

and ask to get off at Town Hall railway station. To get to my place in the

eastern suburbs you have three options. You can either take a cab, a bus or the

train. I suggest you take the train, since the airport bus will leave you right

at the station. Get off at Cliff Station. From there you can either walk to my

place (about ten minutes) or take a taxi. Probably you should take a taxi as you

flat. Presumably you will be tired and want to sleep. But if you feel like some

exercise after that long flight, you could stroll down to Cooper Park, which is

一教育教学

在本年度的教育教学工作中，我们按年度计划将各组各班教学内容进行细化，量化到每节活动中，推进教学制度改革，各班级组集中教学方案，每周教学质量抽样检查，公开同级评比结果，评比与绩效挂钩，树立先进，发挥典型示范作用，提高了教学水平和教师整体教学素质。同时在教学活动中，践行弟子规教育活动，培养师幼的礼仪素养、文明礼貌，努力使幼儿养成良好生活学习习惯，促进幼儿心理健康成长。

二保育工作

保育工作贯穿幼儿一日在园的所有时间，也是幼儿在园教学外生活的重要工作，更是确保幼儿保持良好精神和健康状况的基本保障。在日常保育工作中，我们认真做好晨检工作，做到发现问题及时处理，在一日活动中出现发烧幼儿，马上隔离，从根源上杜绝传染病源入园，保证集中场所无传染概率。对应启动预防手足口应急方案、雾霾取消活动预案，及时通过微信平台向家长支招，宣传保健防传染的知识。与您一起共育，建立幼儿身体健康成长的平台。

三安全工作

四教职工在职教育
