4.积极参加温州市中小学____年寒假“爱阅读”活动，在休息放松的同时不忘读书，坚持每天阅读有益的课外书，形成良好的读书习惯，过一个书香寒假。开学之后，学校要进行寒假读书之星的评选活动。

5.劳逸结合，培养孩子良好的生活习惯。按时起床、睡觉。多做一些力所能及的家务活，如洗碗、擦地等等。学校提倡每人完成2--5个“家务劳动日”，在实践中学会一项生活技能。每天坚持1小时的体育锻炼。
