二保育工作

四教职工在职教育

每周布置教研工作，组织教师听课、评课，优质课评选，园长推门听课，家长工作培训，教师礼仪培训，园长业务学习，新职工业务培训，在职继续教育等一系统活动，都是在促进教师技能水平的发展，提高业务能力，以便更好地服务于幼儿，服务于家长朋友。
