早晨，爸爸带我去了西溪湿地参加了五水共治活动。

在生活中，有许多破坏环境的行为。人们经常焚烧垃圾，使烟气往天空聚集，然后散发到每个人鼻中。使人类呼吸废气，让人们窒息；人们滥伐树木，导至水土流失，如果发生洪水人们就惨了，不能乘凉也不能避雨。所以，人们不能砍伐树木，尽量少用一次性筷子；人们大量开采矿石，人们轻易地开采矿物，让矿山被毁灭了，使地表被受到破坏；围海造田，围海造田看起来没有什么的，其实有了大灾害。人们在海里面建设，使海水爱到了严重的污染。要怎样才能保护好环境呢？只要你们不要做毁坏环境的事，让大家能生活在一个好的环境里，人人可以做一次伟大的事。

希望人人可以为大众着想，不要毁了一切，更不要让别人时刻提醒你应该保护环境。

一直以来，生态环境是人们生活的基本条件，如今却已被我们破坏，原来的丛林沙漠化，比如撒哈拉大沙漠。还有水源污染、破坏森林、砍伐树木、空气污染……。我们将自己的家园破坏，不善待我们唯一的地球，等到地球到达它不能承受的时候，它就会反过来惩罚我们。

就拿乱扔垃圾来说吧，人们经常乱扔垃圾，烟头、槟榔渣、零食袋……却没人站出来说这是不对的，环境就会为这一件小小的事情被破坏，如果地球上60亿都乱扔垃圾，后果真是不堪设想。

人们还砍伐树木，制作大量纸制品和木制品，却不知间接浪费了多少木头，比如一次性筷子。地球上一年就会丢弃450亿双一次性筷子，等于砍伐2500万棵树，导致全球气温变暖。人们应该多植树，让绿色回归大自然，空气也得以改善。

浪费粮食也是可耻的行为，一粒粒米里包含了多少农民伯伯的辛苦，还要用很多水和化肥，要知道一桶浪费的饭菜价值200元，一年浪费的粮食可以养活2亿人。多么惊人的数字啊。

保护环境要从现在做起，从我们自己做起，多种树，多种花草，不吃珍稀动植物，节约粮食，节约用水，节约纸张，抵制污染，共同建造一个良好的生态文明大家园。
