赵童：那一刻我只想着救人要紧

正在同济医院中法新城院区重症病房查房的人叫赵童，是河南省第二批支援湖北医疗队的医生。几天前，看到这位80岁的新冠肺炎患者情绪低落，他和主治医生反复询问，但老人始终表示自己只是有些乏力。

赵童判断老人表现出的体征只是冰山一角。经初步诊断，老人虽仅有腹胀表现，但符合“急腹症”特点，急需进行CT检查，以确定是否有肠梗阻或肠穿孔等危及生命的病症。

没想到刚做完CT回到病房，老人的情况突然恶化，各项指标开始报警。

目前老人各项指标已恢复正常。截至目前，在赵童和队友们的努力下，他们负责病房的大部分危重症患者已经转为轻症，30名患者治愈出院。

胡晟民：用年轻的肩膀担起责任

医务人员想方设法救治患者，消防员们也在疫情防控一线全力以赴。洪湖市人民医院老院区是当地7个定点接诊新冠肺炎患者的医院之一，由于排污系统设备老化，医疗废水无法处理和排出，外溢风险很大。洪湖市消防救援站的7名90后消防员组成了“医疗废水输转党员突击队”，承担起每天医院的医疗废水清运、处理任务。

正和队友一起爬上6米高储罐罐顶的小伙子叫胡晟民，今年刚满22岁，他的爸爸和爷爷都是消防员，从小耳濡目染，如今接过接力棒的他，每次任务也总是冲在前面。设备连接好，抽水开始，这也是最容易出现漏水和喷溅的时候，之前还发生过意外。

后来胡晟民和队友们顺着水线找到了水带上一个极小的漏水点，才排除了隐患。从那以后，他们在抽水作业时也更加谨慎。

强忍着恶臭味，经过2个多小时的紧张抽水作业，近20吨医疗废水全部抽进了环保污水运输槽车，胡晟民和队友们再将这些医疗废水输转到9公里外的污水处理点进行处理。而这样的输转，他们每天要重复两到三次。截至目前，胡晟民和队友们已累计输转医疗废水500多吨。
