The convenience of preparing food today is amazing. Even stoves have gotten too slow for us. Microwave cooking is much easier. We can press a few buttons and a meal is completely cooked in just a short time. People used to spend hours preparing an oven-cooked meal, and now they can use that time for other, better things. Healthful eating is also easier than ever now. When people cook, they use new fat substitutes and cooking sprays to cut fat and calories. This reduces the risk of heart disease and high cholesterol. Additionally, we can buy fruits and vegetable fresh, frozen or canned. They are easy to prepare, so many of us eat more of those nutritious items daily. A hundred years ago, you couldn’t imagine the process of taking some frozen fruit and ice from the freezer, adding some low-fat yogurt from a plastic cup and some juice from a can in the refrigerator, and whipping up a low-fat smoothie in the blender!

Our lifestyle is fast, but people still like good food. What new food preparation technology has given us is more choices. Today, we can prepare food that is more convenient, healthier, and of greater variety than ever before in history.

在大学的校园里，上课的教室是不固定的，所以，每天我都必须为了上不同的课程而多次转移阵地，如此曲折的上课经历除了让我感到惊奇之外，更多的是难以置信。而除了上课时间，其他的空余时间都是自己安排，没有了固定的教室，没有老师盯着自习，于是我开始彷徨，因为似乎除了寝室，白天的空余时间没有地方可以去。图书馆总是人满为患，偌大的自修室虽然还有一些凳子是空的，可桌上却叠着高高的书本，尽管我有想要坐下的贼心，却没那个贼胆，因为等那些书的主人来了，我就得被恶狠狠地赶走了;当然，除了图书馆，还有六教可以自修，可悲的是，在初来大学的时候，我竟然不知道还有这样一个地方可以自修。

这些对于习惯了高中生活的我来说，都感觉难以适应。也许所谓的无拘无束的大学生活仅仅只是指没有了繁重的作业，没有了从早到晚的满满的课，没有了老师逼迫的自习可是，于此同时，我们的课程也变得更难了，不是么?没有了老师的监督，我们又是否自觉了呢?如果没有将专业学好，我们的理想又要怎么办呢?其实，因为这样的自由，大学对我们的自身要求变得更高了，需要我们更努力地去学习、去奋进。

但是，不得不承认的是，大学这一年的生活也让我收获了很多快乐。

第一次走进这个陌生的校园，感觉好大、好美，月牙湖、凉亭、柳树、花朵俨然错落有致，似乎是来到了一个精心设计的花园，虽没有水榭，亦没有楼阁，但是，一水一树一倩影，足矣。怀着欣喜的心情，我开始尝试着去体验身边的新鲜事物。

今天，我们有幸来到了萧山报社来听毛豆姐姐讲述他的大学生活和自己的成长。我们来到报社九楼找了一个位子坐下来。接下来，毛豆姐姐便开始了精彩的演讲。

首先，她先跟我们分享了自己的大学-河南大学。毛豆姐姐跟我们说她搬过两次寝室。而且还蛮有意思呢。据说，当时毛豆姐姐第二次搬寝室的时候还遇上了洪水。当时情况可危险极了，手足无措的她直径往楼上门跑出去，只慌忙的拿道了在水中的两只左脚的拖鞋。你只是他自己的，还有一只是别的室友的。而且也不知道当时怎么的？她竟然什么都没带：电脑呀，手机呀等等都被洪水里淹了……真是亏大了。

当然啦！海南大学是以水为专科的。他们每年都会去苏一些关于水的：节约环保等活动。然而，志愿也不例外哦！他们今天主动的参加了学校环境保护措施。说到志愿活动。我也不输给毛豆姐姐呢！我从如果卖报，义卖，捐款等活动。

然而，他们学校的学习积极性也是很强的哦。学校有一个图书馆，每次这里都是水泄不通。图书馆七点半开门，六点就有好多人在那排队等候了，就为了能等到一个位子，在那里可以尽情的学习。学效率，佩服！佩服！他说我在他母亲那里了解到其实毛豆姐姐小时候成绩并不怎么好。只是班里倒数几名呢！

回家的路上，我在心里说道：今后一定要好好学习，考上好大学。

不再回头的，不只是那古老的辰光，也不只是那些个夜晚的星群和月亮，还有我们的青春在流逝着。

今年是我大学生活的第二年，大一暑假，我出去打工了，在外面的一个家教公司做家教，一个多月挣了两千多块钱，有两种感觉，第一是挣钱好累，第二是作为一个学生好幸福。大二刚刚开始，进入学校，心情变得特别的复杂，时间过得好快，刚上大学时的情景真的好像是在昨天才发生。我记得走进大学校园的第一天，美丽的校园，清幽的环境，学长和学姐在江安河两边读书的身影都给了我极大的震撼。学习的天堂，知识的圣殿，我想用所有美好的词语来形容我即将走进的地方，即将进行我四年求学之旅的校园，突然觉得自己自己的未来变得如此的清晰。在这里，我接触了以前从来没有接触过的东西，对他们的好奇让我变得如此兴奋，但与此同时，陌生的环境，陌生的人都让我感到恐惧，孤独与寂寞像寒风一样悄悄袭来，经常给妈妈打电话，就算眼泪在流，也绝不会说自己和害怕，只是在心里默默念着我一定要闯出自己的未来，活出一个不一样的我。

但事实证明我的豪言壮语从我脱口的那一刻就开始慢慢泯灭。刚开始是参加了学生会和一些社团，整天很忙重复做着一些现在想起来有点垃圾性质的事情。后来觉得大学整天学习太像书呆子，为了锻炼所谓的交际能力，经常和同学出去吃饭唱歌接触一些陌生人，现在想起来不是后悔简直是有点恶心，再加上上大学后没有人管自制能力有点差经常玩电脑睡懒觉，造成的后果就是学习跟不上。但是明明知道自己的学习已经跟不上了行动却仍无改观。现在想起来这就是大学生的一个弊病，我就像很多大学生一样内心很痛苦并且在不停的挣扎，我们都知道该怎么做，但是我们的行动总是让自己失望而且无能为力，这种感觉就像自己往自己身上砸刀子想停下来却无论怎样也停不下来，我们受到外界太多的诱惑，但是我们出生的时候不是圣人。痛苦的不是矛盾，而是想要解决无法解决的矛盾。本文由一起去留学编辑整理。有人说大学可以用这样几句话来形容，“天下英雄出我辈，一如江湖岁月催，宏图霸业谈笑间，不胜人生一场醉”，讲的就是大学生从进入大学的豪情壮志到最后人生的霸业只沦为谈笑的话题。我现在大二有一点点那样的感悟，但是我希望还在困惑的大学生不要放弃希望不要放弃挣扎，这里面当然包括我自己。

后来我想了一下大一让我失去了很多东西，就像面说的，而且是一些我看得很重的东西，但是我一直相信上天一定是把你得到何时去的东西平均分配的。大一进学生会和社团，浪费了很多时间和精力，但是交到了很多朋友，学到了好多东西，生活至少过的很充实。我大一还在班上做生活委员，当时大家觉得我很容易相处吧，或者是提到“生活”都很随意，我和同学们的关系特别融洽。曾今教我们生科的老师问我觉得大一过得怎么样，我说就两个字“幸福”。其实大学就是这样，在人人都认为很虚伪的世界里，你把它看得很美好并且用真心创造里面的一切，或者是在人人都只能受到别人的冷漠的时候，你给与别人甜蜜的微笑，别人快乐你也快乐!

上大二后，我转了专业，到了一个新的环境，我不知道自己想要干什么，但是我明白我不想再过大一的生活，幸福也罢伤心也罢全部尘封起来。转专业很大的一个原因是希望生活多一些波澜，让自己知道我还活着，希望换一池的水洗掉过去的污浊，重新去不停的怀念过去的豪情壮志。

大一学的制药，大二却转到电气，好多人都不明白，其实我也很不明白，但是很明显现在我在电气不一定我过了很久还在电气，似乎明白一点，人是活的外界的事情是死的，我们所做的所有选择其实是没有对错的，有时候任性一点倔强一点随心所欲是一种很异样的感觉，没有尝试过的话还觉得自己枉为人呢。

以前总听到有人抱怨自己的专业，不喜欢然后就整天很堕落，我觉得这种人很无聊，他们只是在为自己堕落找一些借口罢了。还有我听都有人说他喜欢历史专业，因为他认为只有历史可以让人明智，似乎有点好笑，专业不同只是表面的学科分离，其本质是一样的吧，我认为。只是了专业突发一点意见而已。

现在我变得有点喜欢独处，想在最宁静的地方听一下自己内心的声音。喜欢听歌，时常听别人哼唱姜育恒的那首《再回首》，惟独对“曾经在幽幽暗暗反反复复中追寻，才知道平平淡淡从从容容是最真”这一句不愿认同。“孤独王子”唱得未免太超然了，一生反复追寻，就只得出了平淡是真的结论。

我们有幸拥有着这四年，但很多人的四年已一去不返;更还有很多在为能拥有这四年而埋头于题海和各种各样的模拟考试中呢。当初我们从他们这种状况中走出来，走进许多人梦寐以求的大学，肯定不是为了追求“平平淡淡是最真”吧。在我们活着的每个日子里，倾注了亲人许许多多的关怀和温暖，也有许许多多的眸子里时时刻刻地流露着对我们的期待，期待我们能用知识建构大脑、用我们的手去为人们描写更美的生活。和大一刚来的时候仍有同感，作为大学生的我们是不能甘于平淡的啊，经过大学的一年多时间，也颇有一些感想，虽不愿认同平淡是真，但也不得不承认自己以前似乎正走向平淡。所以希望能和大家一起重新扬起热情的风帆。

Summer can be very hot in southernxx where the temperature usually goes up to 32"C or more. Because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. Also because of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky. Actually I like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. In the summer vacation that has just ended I went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. In other words, I must find time to study, too. So I divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.

I spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. I used to run about every day in previous summer vacations, but this summer vacation I simply could not afford to do so. I would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations. Though those examinations were still a year away, I had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things I had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. At first I was rather dismayed at the thought of this, but later I thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer I could count on endless happy summers to come. With this in mind I then set to work like anything and only occasionally went out for a change or did some physical. I was not at all bored by this kind of life, for I was sustained by a hope.

The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. First, I thought I should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a better understanding of them. Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. It stood to reason that with such a good plan I should make the best of my vacation time. I did, because I lived up to what I had planned.

接着，就要从节水做起了。我尽量用洗衣水来清洁马桶、拖地……每次喝水，我会记着要喝多少就接多少水，绝不多接，节约饮用水资源。慢慢的，我发现，地拖得越来越干净，连我都能照的出来了。

最后，就是节电了。一到晚上，我们家就灯火通明，每个房间的灯都开着，有时，电视机前没有人，电视依旧开着，浪费了不少电。我告诉爸爸妈妈，离开房间后要随手关灯。不看电视时，记得将电视关闭，并且少用电脑。在白天，能不开灯，就不要开灯。我们一家人都那么做，我相信，我们家的电费一定会少不少的。两个月后，妈妈再去交电费时，发现少了好几度电呢!

When I was in high school, go to college ismy dream. Now I realize my dream. excited as I am, the first time I see mycollege.

My college is inside the biggest universityof Guangxi so that everytime I have to across a big campus to go out. At first Iam upset about that, but later on I get used to it. My college looksmodernization in general. When I arrive at the school gate, the first thing isthe boys’ dormitory and then is the playground. Look up! I see the canteen. I seethe girls’ dormitory turn left. But where is my classroom? I look around butcan’t find it. It turns out that it is separated by burrows. It’s strange,right? While I go across the burrow, I see another two big playgrounds and a tenniscourt at my left side. What is in my right side? Turn right, I see rows ofteaching building connecting with the library. This is mycollege. I like it notonly because of the evironment but also the people there.

Both the teachers and students there arevery nice. My roomates always help me in the daily life, the thing they usuallydo is wake me up in the morning. Other classmates always help me, when I meettrouble in study. My teachers are all kind and knowlegeable. Especially my headteacher, he talks with us and plays sports with us in order to make us get usedto the new life.

My college is wonderful. I love it. If youhave the opportunity, I hope you can pay a visit one day.

这几年，许多同学都在假期补课，而且从来没有补过，由于我喜欢玩，不喜欢学习。眼看着新的假期又要来了，我们班上的许多同学都在报名被课。有的同学喜欢补数学；有的同学喜欢补作文；大多数同学喜欢补英语，由于英语太难啦！对我来讲，英语好像从来没有及格过，看着同学们都积极学习的样子，我也有些心动了。

由于去年假期，同学们都在补课，没有人和我玩，我现在想还不如去和他们一起补课算了，那么选哪一门课呢？后来想了一想，我就决定补自己最差的英语了。那天，我报了名，英语老师说：“凤凤，你早就得补你的英语了，这次来一定要好好学，其实英语一点都不难！”听了英语老师的话，我的心里别提多兴奋了。

到了补课其间，我们每个人都准备了新的笔记本，将老师讲的每一个要点都记了下来。因为在这里补课的同学还有其他班上的同学，所以学习热情很高涨，我也不好意思玩了。别的同学做什么，我就做什么，反正自己也没有好的学英语方法，所以现在就是我最好的学习机会。

差不多一个月的时间，我的英语水平提高了许多，最后的测试分数不再是倒数第一，我终于进步了。当我拿着成绩让爸爸妈妈看进，他们一直夸我有进步，并要继续努力。当时，我的心里乐滋滋的，非常感谢假期补英语的生活。

已经大二的我，回想起大一的时光，仿佛就在昨天。它像是一段精彩的故事，有开端、有高潮、有结尾。我的大学生活，每一天都在发生许多新奇的事情；每一天，都有着它独特的乐趣；每一天，都在给我全心的感受。

刚步入大学的我，发现在寻寻寻觅觅的尽头，并不都是以往心里的“那人却在灯火阑珊处”的喜悦，而更多的是迷茫与徘徊。

面对着种类繁多的社团和学生会部门，对于我这个有选择恐惧症的人来说，无疑是太难了。因为从来不知道自己心里真正想要的是什么。后来可能是大家都参加了某个社团，于是我就随波逐流加了这个社团；大家都参加学生会干事竞选，于是我也参加了。渐渐地，社团活动里没有了我的身影。而在学生会的那段日子里，每天很忙很累，虽然学到了很多东西，交到了许多朋友，自己也成长了不少，但是，我渐渐地发现，我不喜欢那样的生活，那不是我真正想要的生活。

大一上学期就这样在忙忙碌碌中结束了。在假期里，我回想自己的生活， “洗手的时候，日子从水盆里过去；吃饭的时候，日子从饭碗里过去；默默时，便从凝然的双眼前过去。我觉察他去的匆匆了……”是啊!时间如流水，我应该把时间花在自己想做的事情上，让我的大学生活变得更加充实、丰富、有节奏，而不是每天忙忙碌碌，却不知自己收获了什么。

大一下学期的我，似乎更快乐，更成熟。

我深知自己是一名学生，学习是主要任务，上课时我认真听老师讲解，不断汲取知识。同时，给自己制定了职业规划，朝着自己的目标不断地去努力。课下培养自己的兴趣爱好，读书、画画、旅游……我的每一天、每一周、每个月都过得那么充实、那么快乐。

我的大学生活是平淡的，但有时也会上演着不平淡的一幕。

那些总是发生在剧中女主角身上的事情，没想到我也会真真切切的经历。在数不清的的观众下，当场被表白——玫瑰，蜡烛、灯光、呐喊……那一刻，我觉得我的公主梦实现了！然而，一不小心也快成了网红，这件事在QQ空间、朋友圈、微博、贴吧中快速传播着……

相比这些轰轰烈烈的事情，我更喜欢平平淡淡，虽然生活到处是平淡，但它却是那样地真实！
