一、爱耳日简介

1998年3月，在政协第九届全国委员会第一次会议上，社会福利组15名委员针对我国耳聋发病率高、数量多、危害大，预防薄弱这一现实，提出了《关于建议确立爱耳日宣传活动》的第2330号提案。

这一提案引起了有关部门的高度重视，经中国残疾人联合会、卫生部等10个部门共同商定，确定每年3月3日为全国爱耳日。

据有关部门提供的资料显示，目前中国有耳聋的残疾人2057万人。我国每年出生的先天残疾儿约占出生人口总数的4%～6%，由于药物、遗传、感染、疾病等原因造成的新生聋人每年约增加3万人;就是有听力语言障碍的残疾人，高达2057万之多!占全国人口的1.679%。其中7岁以下聋儿可达80万，老年性聋949万。

为此,卫生部、中国残联下发了《中国提高出生人口素质、减少出生缺陷和残疾行动计划(2002～2010)》,要求“在全社会普及预防和残疾的科学知识，加强婚前保健、孕产期保健、婴儿保健和早期干预等综合性防治措施，预防和减少出生缺陷和残疾的发生。”

为了降低耳聋发生率，控制新生聋儿数量的增长，预防工作尤为重要。1999年，卫生部颁布了《常用耳毒性药物临床使用规范》，加大了对耳毒性药物临床使用中的规范化管理力度。针对我国耳聋发生率高、数量多、危害大，预防工作薄弱的现实，卫生部、教育部、民政部、国家计划生育委员会、国家质量技术监督局、国家药品监督管理局、国家广播电影电视总局、中华全国妇女联合会、中国老龄协会、中国残疾人联合会等10部委局共同确定：每年的3月3日为全国爱耳日。

曾有专家论证,如果“爱耳日”活动能够实施，每年仅7岁以下儿童药物中毒性耳聋至少可以减少1～2万名。自2000年确立全国“爱耳日”，耳聋预防的公众宣传、全民的爱耳意识都有所提高，但科普宣传力度还不够。如今第四届爱耳日即将到来，卫生部联合相关机构要求各省要做好爱耳日宣传教育活动的总结工作，及时将本地活动情况、感人事例、宣传报道材料、图片等收集整理，报全国残疾人康复工作办公室聋儿康复协调组;并将举行徒工多样的宣传活动。

加强耳病防治，不在一朝一夕，也不仅仅是卫生部或残联的活动，它与我国人民的生活息息相关，需要全社会长年不懈的共同参与和支持。

二、爱耳日手抄报内容：爱耳护耳小知识

1、减少时尚的噪音

现在很多同学喜欢用耳机听音乐、在音箱的震撼声中打游戏……这些不规律、高强度刺激的噪音，在不知不觉中伤害了你宝贵的听力。噪音对听力的损害是缓慢的、进行性的，而且难以治疗。建议大家不要频繁置身于嘈杂的环境中，即便是偶尔，也要隔半小时或20分钟到外面透透气，缓解一下耳朵的压力。

2、杜绝随意的掏耳

掏耳朵是我们日常生活中经常见到的行为，但是掏耳朵很容易损伤外耳道皮肤，把细菌带进外耳道，导致外耳道发炎、溃烂，甚至影响张嘴和吃东西。一般少量的屑状耵聍，会自行排出，不要随便用发卡、火柴棍儿、挖耳勺等很深、很用力地掏耳朵。大块硬结的耵聍，应该请耳科医生用专门工具取出，千万别自己掏。

3、擤鼻涕的方法要正确

有鼻炎、咽喉炎的人，不要用力擤鼻涕，以防止鼻咽部的分泌物经咽喉鼓管进入中耳，引起炎症及听力下降。正确的擤鼻方法是：按住一侧鼻孔擤出另一侧鼻涕，然后再交换擤另一侧。

4、游泳期间注意安全

不少人存在这样一个误区，认为只要游泳就会引起耳道感染，其实不然。通常，耳部健康、正常的人游泳都不会造成感染。但是，如果耳部的硬块耵聍已经形成栓塞，耳朵一旦进水，耵聍就会变软膨胀，刺激耳道引起发炎;如果耳膜出现问题，甚至已经穿孔。深水会对鼓膜造成压力，容易引起眩晕，也会引起感染。同学们游泳时最好戴上耳塞，如果水进到耳朵里，可以侧身将水控出，或是用干棉签轻轻吸干。

Honoring ancestors begins with proper positioning of a gravesite and coffin. Experts in feng shui， or geomancy， determine the quality of land by the surrounding aspects of streams， rivers， trees， hills， and so forth. An area that faces south， with groves of pine trees creates the best flow of cosmic energy required to keep ancestors happy. Unfortunately， nowadays， with Chinas burgeoning population， public cemetaries have quickly surplanted private gravesites. While bland food is placed by the tombs on Qing Ming Jie， the Chinese regularly provide scrumptious offerings to their ancestors at altar tables in their homes. The food usually consists of chicken， eggs， or other dishes a deceased ancestor was fond of. Accompanied by rice， the dishes and eating utensils are carefully arranged so as to bring good luck. Sometimes， a family will put burning incense with the offering so as to expedite the transfer of nutritious elements to the ancestors. 又是一年清明节，我们早早的坐着车回了老家，买好了黄表纸和纸钱，来到了祖坟。

Tradition of Turkey

The traditional stuffed turkey adorns every dinner table during the feast. Pumpkin pie, Cranberry sauce, Corns are some of the dishes cooked everywhere to mark the day. Though historians don’t have an evidence to prove that turkey was eaten during the first Thanksgiving dinner, but the thanksgiving celebration will be incomplete without it.

Parades

The traditional Thanksgiving parade probably started with President Lincoln proclaiming it an official day. The full- dress parade is a way to display the country’s military strength and discipline. The main aim of such parades is to lift the spirits of the spectators, provide them with wholesome entertainment. In the present day, parades are accompanied with musical shows and celebrities.

Football Games

Watching NFL football during Thanksgiving is a popular tradition. The traditional game between the Detroit Lions and the Green Bay Packers continues. One of the most memorable games having been played.

Your enthusiasm, your both hands, can help others ; Your sincerity, your smile, can move others ; Your compliment, your blessing, can reciprocate others ……This, are all what you should do . Because you are accepting others help all the time , you should reciprocate them. No matter the friend or enemy, no matter the one that is familiar w-ith or strange one, whether he is a rich man or beggar. Help to be not to choose the target , choose time , choose the place. Go , make others warm with heart of you , g-o , help others with hand of you , go , persuade someone else with your action. This is what you should do . You should learn to pay , learns help, learn to present . So long as everybody can do so both, this world will be a cradle that is full of loving , the earth is that one is full of warm collectives!

儿轻轻的拂过田野，穿过树林，悄悄地在河边停留片刻。吹皱春水一碧，又匆匆把家乡的记忆吹进我的脑海，是那样的清晰，那样的亲切。

我的家乡在四川达州市的家村，那里有纯朴的民风，漂亮的农家小屋，错落有道的田间小道，欢快的小鸟唱出的清脆歌声，牛羊的欢呼声，小河哗哗的流水声和孩子们的朗朗读书声，协奏出一出和谐的小曲，展开一幅安详静谧的画卷。

我的家乡有许多的有趣的小事，下面我就来说一说四川的春节。

四川的春节如田间小道一样井然有序

春节前家家户户都要打扫房子，以整洁的面貌喜迎年的到来。腊月二十七这天家家都要做各种点心如米花糕、打巴巴等。三十天家家都要洗腊肉，买鱼杀鸡，一天前煮好的腊肉透着香味早已摆在碗里。总之这一天大人们把一年舍不得吃的东西都放在这一天的中午，桌子上摆满了各种吃的，这一天小孩子那里都不去，总是围着桌子打转转，想吃什么在桌子上拿就是了。除夕夜，小孩放鞭炮，大人围着火盆烤火，叙说这一年收获。晚上8点是我们小孩最高兴的时候：大人们要给我们发压岁钱，有时候大人们也玩一个有奖竞猜，那时我们的收获会更大，这一晚大人们也特别大气，我们也特别小气，见比自己大的人都伸手要压岁钱。晚上12点，乡村的鞭炮四起，欢呼声到处都是，共同庆祝新年的到来，我们睡了觉的小孩也总是被吵醒。正月初一这天小孩要穿新衣服、新鞋子、新袜子，怕冷的小朋友也不忘了扣上一顶新的帽子来充一充喜气。特别一提的是，正月初一这一天是新的一年的开始，我们小孩子不管犯了多大的错误，大人们也不会打我们，骂我们，所以这一天我们得到的实惠比平时多得多。

春节中，是大人们最高兴的日子，亲人、朋友来的特别多，他们围在一起喝酒，吆三喝六的，好不热闹;我们不喝酒的人在另一桌，菜特别多，可能是春节的油水多，我们反而吃得特别少。走亲戚是最有意思的一件事，我们提着东西去，亲友在我们走时也不忘给我们送一个红包，送的红包大体同我们送的东西价值差不多，红包是我们小孩的，我们总希望大们送的东西多些，我们收的红包也才大些，不过有时红包也要上交大人，这是我们最不喜欢看到的。

家乡的春节热闹、美丽、开心、有趣，在这五光十色的日子里，我们怎么不快乐呢。

客家祖训是：“敬祖奉宗，仁孝礼信，革命进取，义勇忠孝，尊师重道，尊老爱幼，崇文尚武，重教崇文，耕读为本，诗书继世”、“宁卖祖宗田，不卖祖宗言”等。

家规是：“耕读传家，吃苦耐劳，勤俭持家，克勤克俭，忠厚老实，任劳任怨，团结协作，救危济贫”等。

客家先贤的“祖训家规”寓意深刻，言近旨远，彰善瘅恶，是先辈为人处世、教育后裔的金玉良言、箴言警语。客家先贤言传身教，客家后人取精用宏。

祀规十七则

一、敦孝行

善莫大於孝，罪莫大於不孝。念罔极之恩，即竭力以供子职，犹恐有遗憾焉。故礼则温清定省，事则敬承善体，德成名立显扬其亲，圣人之教人至详。且悉，若好货财私妻子乖骨肉以贻，父母尤甚，且忤逆凌辱，是为天理所不容，王法所必诛者，父母通闻於祀，始徒祀法重责，再犯逐出。

二、 笃友恭

友於兄弟即以顺於父母，一堂融 岂不为天伦之乐。事 若以小忿而藏怒，以争私而宿怨，或听内人之媒孽，或受外人之唆弄，至骨肉而视同仇，仇则戕天性而伤天伦，是角弓之诗之所为刺也。同为父母之继体，乖戾於兄弟，即以乖戾於父母，此友恭之义，不可不笃也。

三、 睦宗族

比乡邻，异性且宜和睦，况属一本，则盛世敦睦之风不容蔑也。至同服之人，更宜有无相通，休戚相关，故亲亲之谊，敦而同堂有太和之象也。若以末隙生睚眦，将同室而隐若敌国，萧墙而自动干戈，是风教凌夷，去顺效逆者之所行，吾族中宜识亲亲之道，莫踏末流之嚣凌也。

四、恤孤弱

伶仃弱息，极可哀怜，矧在同枝，共本之人，能不加恤而为之所乎。故怙恃已失，亲戚无依，啼饥号寒，疾痛疴痒，皆赖亲属有财者推恩加惠，苏涸辙之鲋而生之。古之人且有收育孤儿使成立辙，此真盛德事也。有仁心者其加意於此焉，是亦积德昌后之一端也夫。

五、 崇学术

诗书为式谷之业，上达之梯。子弟聪明须择师教训，使得成其大器，即属中材，未必尽掇科名，然加意培植，得一衿之荣，亦不愧为大家子弟，甚而不才者，尤宜延师闲，涵养诗书，毋使即於以淫。斯风俗纯而家世永昌，但为子弟者，当体父兄之教努力发愤，不坠青云之志，是所望於后人矣。

六、 立品行

循分处事，惟义所在，庶可无尤於人，释回於已。而为一乡之善士，若徇私悖义，甚至逞机用诈，强夺侵占，凡若此者，是天资刻薄之人也。其子孙之凌替，可以预决。吾族各宜敦率礼义，以忠厚传家，循分处事，则家事必昌，谋燕翼，其以此为最 。

七、 祭祀

祖宗醮产，各房轮流办祭。每当春秋祭祀，墓祭则少长咸集，见丁表钱。祀祭惟绅耋得兴俨对越而邀神惠，陈设原有定品，旧皆酌定规额，每岁因仍备办值事者不得任意损益。祀祭从家礼，裁定仪注，与祭者，翌日肃整衣冠，大庙习仪，临祭对越荐献。遵仪注而行，不得视为虔文，式礼宜思莫，饮酒不得及乱。

八、 戒淫行

男女之际，生人之大欲存焉，小人之大恶出焉。好淫之人不知羞耻，悯然为桑中之行，诸恶淫为首，显干重罪，幽犯宜诛。先贤有云：见色而起淫心，报在妻女。报应固有不爽者，今设立祀祠规：族党中苟有乱及伦纪者，当集族人公处，谱上搽名逐出。

九、 禁凌尊

五年以长兄事之，十年以长父事之，凡值长尊皆宜待以礼貌。凡席犯尊，豆觞犯齿，是人而无礼者也。卑幼於尊长，不敢呼其名，行必让路，坐必让席，礼则然也。蔑礼恣者，谦让之德何有焉。况因薄物细故，相争求胜，敢加侵辱，敦礼之族不应容此狂暴之子受其殴辱者，通闻於祠，各房老成杰士齐集公处，胁令伏罪更加重罚，庶足为蔑礼者之警耳。

十、 禁欺弱

寡助者势孤，气馁者力弱，退为自守，莫兴人竞，惟仁者多方扶植，令得安居。不仁之人，乃以其为弱也而欺之，暴凌刻削致令无以安生，族中有心主持风气者，当挺然仗义执言，以警此不良之徒，而族党亦因知忠厚之为贵也。

十一、戒斗殴

身家性命之患，莫甚於斗殴。鼓怒逞凶，至起烈祸，噬脐莫及，盖尔时之不自惩其忿也。惟平心细揣，退让不争，事亦从此而休。然当相构之日，族人不力为和解，亦不能辞其咎矣。兹立祠规，望族人怵然为戒，知能徽忿之为美德也。

十二、戒兴讼

讼则终亡，易垂明戒，惟有不得已之事，必待公庭献决。但虽有不平，我肯让人，则亦可休，又何必匍匐公庭以自取累。且当此岂无亲朋为之排解，倘能降心平气，则事息身安，又何至以爱惜之钱财耗废於无情之地乎?若事可以休而犹健讼，是自作不靖，逞其疆梁者也。兹立祠规，严戒兴讼。此皆平日游手安佚流於此耳。夫贫寠之人。

十三、禁窝赌

赌博私宰为朝廷大禁，一呜诸官，法在必究，辱身荡产，往往有之。惜好赌者结习不解，竟视为人生之乐事，独不见彼不孝之子，席先人丰业，后竟饥寒落魄者何故?前车之鉴，不可为后车之鉴乎!然好赌者既为不肖，窝赌者尤为罪魁，设局以诱子弟，是作陷阱而引之人也。彼得幸免于王法，族有祠规，宁容任其为蠹於地方乎?老成杰士所宜秉公议处也。

十四、择交游

交友贵於慎择，不特儒者有燕僻之害，即农工商贾，何独不然。朋友列於五伦关系，非小交得其人，则终身之受益不浅。倘所交不慎，其渐染而为不肖者，固不待言，安知后此之不受其害哉。君子择交，所以必防征而谨始也。

十五、务农业

务本力农，上而国课，下而养和，皆取给於此。夫农为国本，食为民天，不独食力者当勤力南亩，即儒者以读兼农，诚古今之通业，舍是皆为旁径，负横经，昔贤不可师乎。凡我族姓务须勤力农田，则耕三余九，虽有水旱亦足支也。

十六、肃家庙

祠宇之建，原所以妥先灵，必庙貌清净，尊严乃不至於上渎。凡家常器物，非祠内所置者永不得搬置祠内。惟五礼之行，延实设席，可偶一为之，不概禁耳。

十七、禁偷窃

暗自拿人物品谓之偷，私取他人钱财谓之窃，偷窃者贼也，尝令人嗤之以鼻。究自成因，皆平日游手安佚以流于此耳。夫贫寠之人，倘能勤劳营生，何难度活，乃以偷窃为糊口之计，一旦败露受公庭，固其自取，又使他人指为某氏之子孙，某氏之先人，是上辱其祖宗，下累其后裔也，可不哀哉。族中倘有此败类之子，老成者当法言警戒，至不自唆，必以祠法惩治逐出。

时光就像一条永不停息的小河，匆匆地、悄悄地从人们身边流过。不知不觉中，日子匆匆地走了，迎来了一个新的岁月，开始了人们的又一段旅程。

今天是新年的第一天，早上空气清新、阳光明媚，妈妈带我到外面感受一下元旦的气氛。大街上车辆来来往往，川流不息好不热闹，妈妈带我去超市买东西，超市里熙熙攘攘，原来人们都急着买过元旦的礼物呢!妈妈说要给我买一个玩具，我说：“我都是大小孩了不要汽车这些玩具，要省些钱来买学习用品，”随后我就选了一些学习用品还有一个蛋糕坯自己来做蛋糕庆祝元旦。在回外婆家的路上我看见许许多多的商店、超市都在玻璃上写着祝大家元旦快乐，回到外婆家我拿出蛋糕坯和哥哥在上面做起文章来。不到半小时一个漂漂亮亮的自制蛋糕就出现在眼前，这真是一个快乐的元旦呀!

此刻，窗外又响起了噼里啪啦的鞭炮声，这是人们告别旧年的恋恋不舍，也是人们对新年的美好憧憬。

For one thing, there is no doubt that volunteering makes contribution to our society and people in need. The volunteers provide their assistance without requiring any financial rewards. Their contributions have a great impact on harmony society contribution.

一方面，毫无疑问的是志愿服务对我们的社会做贡献和有需要的人。志愿者不要求回报的提供帮助。他们的贡献对和谐社会有很大的影响。

For another, serving as a volunteer is also beneficial to the volunteers themselves. They can improve their communication skills when providing help for others.
