In order to eat healthily, I usually avoid eating food high in fat, like French fries or cookies. I also eat little meat. I eat a lot of vegetables and fresh fruit which are full of vitamins. Taking exercise every day helps us build a strong body. Regular exercise is an important part of keeping me healthy. What ＇ s more, I think friends are an important part of one ＇ s health. Many studies show that people with a wide range of social contacts get sick less than those who don ＇ t. I always feel better when I am with friends than when I am alone. 乡村就是这样，虽然没有城市的繁华，但是那种自由的生活令人向往。“儿童急走追黄蝶，飞入菜花无处寻”的美景，更是让人想去乡村感受那种生活。

乡间小路的旁边，总有小溪围绕着，就像蛋黄总有一层蛋白围绕着。河水哗啦哗啦的，像是有人在唱歌似的，走近会感觉一阵清爽扑面而来！走近走近再走近，伸出手摸摸河水，凉凉的，如果夏天捧些水往脸上一扑，那感觉一定很好！清澈的河水里，水草点缀了小河，有些水草长在岸上，纹丝不动；在水里的草，跟着水流的方向摆动。

令人向往的是秋天的麦田，金黄金黄的。远处看，好似金黄的地毯；走近闻，浓浓的稻香气味扑面而来。麦田里，熟了的麦子弯下了腰，在向人们频频点头。听到那“叭啦叭啦”的声音，是饱满的麦穗压弯了麦秆发出的丰收的声音。再去摸摸干穗子，里面有会跳的昆虫，在之间跳过来跳过去。风吹时，麦田在翩翩起舞，昆虫就被弹送到另一根麦穗上。

是啊！“儿童未解供耕织，也傍桑阴学种瓜”，农时那种景色与自由真令人向往！
