手机，这种科技的产物，原来是想让人们的通讯更便捷，但对于那些打骚扰电话，甚至是诈骗电话的人，他只是个工具，利用这种“工具”给他人带来不便。

手机里的骚扰电话真多，真烦！有一回，我在厨房帮妈妈烧菜，妈妈正准备烧我爱吃的青椒炒蛋。妈妈刚把油倒进锅里，手机的电话铃声突然响了，妈妈放下锅铲，拿起电话：“喂，你是哪位？”妈妈听了五秒后回答：“对不起，我从不炒股，再见！”这时，锅里的油已经向外溅起来了，于是妈妈马上把打好的鸡蛋倒进锅里。可电话又来了，妈妈又拿起电话：“喂，有什么事？”妈妈明显不耐烦了，接听了十多秒钟后，妈妈说：“对不起，我不考虑买房子。”我在边上都呵呵了，妈妈每天都会接到不少房产中介的推销电话。这时锅底的蛋液已经粘锅了，妈妈赶紧翻炒，却发现底部的鸡蛋已经糊了。“哎呀，这怎么办呀！”妈妈既生气，又无奈的说道。过了一会儿，妈妈把切好的青椒倒进锅里，妈妈说：“这会可终于没有电话了。”可说曹操，曹操到，电话铃声又响了，妈妈火了，拿起电话就喊：“喂，什么事？”这次妈妈耐心的听着对方唠叨了大约一分钟后，妈妈说：“这个培训班我考虑下吧。”电话挂断了，可菜却彻底糊了。

我们离不开手机，可手机也让我们的生活变成了碎片，让我们都管理好手机，让手机成为人们真正的帮手。

Life is short,so it is imperative that we do not waste a moment of it.We should all live life to the fullest.In order to do that we must focus on what is important in life.By paying attention to the right things we can make our lives colorful rather than dull.

The four most important components of a colorful life are quality of life,people,health and passion.The first,quality of life,can be achieved by doing everything to the best of our ability.If we do that,success will come to us.Second,we must value the people and relationships in our lives.People are the secret to happiness,so we must always treat them right.Third,we must treat our body right,too.It is difficult to enjor life without good health.The last ingredient,passion,is perhaps the most important.We must commit one hundred percent to our relationships and career.

We should have a passion for living. In conclusion,we can all have wonderful lives.All we have to do is remember that the for keys to a colorful life are:quality of life,people,health and passion.By paying attention to these things we are bound to live meaningfully and well.

在现实生活中，碎片化的生活随处可见。地铁上、公交车上、超市里、电梯上、包括在家里，这些人就被称为“低头族”。

在地铁上，一排座位坐6人，6人里最少有4人看手机。在公交车上也是，大部份人在看手机。在超市里，看到一个洗洁精100多元，觉得太贵有掏出手机在网上商城看看，只要50多元。在乘电梯时也有人在看手机，甚至走楼梯时也有人在看手机。上次我看到一个新闻，有一个人边下楼梯边看手机，结果被摔死了。包括在家里，爸爸妈妈吃饭、上厕所，就连睡觉都看几分钟。

我对此建议是在地铁上可以看一会儿，但不要一直看。在公交车上也是最好不看。走路乘电梯时更不要看。在超市里也不要看，因为网上的东西不一定就好。在家里可以看，可吃饭睡觉时千万不要看，如果在家里看得话小孩也可能会看手机，也会造成不好的影响。

大家都知道，人是由猿进化而来的，猿是低头走的，渐渐进化成人后把头抬起来了，但是我不希望人类因为手机把头再低回去！

Suddenly, the summer vacation is coming. Im happy to "one jump three feet high" but I gradually found that summer vacation is boring.

I wanted to finish in ten days, but, I have been doing for 24 days. The 30 day finally finished, father has bought me, only on Saturday and Sunday can rest a while. I dont like a holiday, but, as long as I still quite like no homework.

More like summer and winter vacation, homework, tired bad. I hope can have a holiday, and can not write my homework, how comfortable, how carefree! If the day sentient days also old, if a man love die young.
