其次，我们要保持自己的个性，抛弃跟风的念头。说到“跟风”，便又想起了前几年风靡一时的冰桶挑战，无数明星都将冰冷的水从头顶倾泻而下，然而起初的善意却变了味，随着陈光标的造假事件的发生，到底是出于善意还是借助炒作博取眼球，这个问题也很难辨别了。又好比最贴近生活的网络点赞现象，起先也仅仅表示一种鼓励点赞之意，然而渐渐的“点赞”却暗含讽刺，贬低之意，经常使人们误解，所以放弃跟风，活出自己的生活，不被外界的事物所影响，看似简单，想要真正做到还是很有难度的。

以前，我就每天把水拧到最大，洗手、洗脸每月都要耗水十几吨，现在，老师告诉我们要准备两个水桶，用来储存废水。废水可以用来冲厕所，拖地、浇花。用电也要节约，看完电脑或电视后，要把插座上的小红灯关掉，以便节约电源，尽量放假时白天写作业，晚上早关灯一小时，用那一小时的时间和家人散步。既节约了电源，又起到了减肥的作用，还增进了感情，真是一举多得呀!少用一次性物品(筷子、饭盒等)少用塑料袋，多用环保袋。出行最好步行，少开私家车，少做出租，多做公交车。这样就做到了“低消耗、低能量、低开支”的作用。

约翰的母亲配了助听器，家里顿时安静了下来。过去大家总是听见她在厨房用力地关柜门，将锅盆撞击得锵锵震耳；餐桌上每当她放下碗时，大家更极力地忍耐那碗底与玻璃桌面的强力撞击。尤其使人受不了的是她推电锅，如同粉笔滑过滞涩黑板时令人汗毛耸立的锐利音响。

可是，一下子全不见了！甚至她忙碌地在厨房工作，都令人难以觉察，反倒是，当她刚配上助听器，走出医院时，第一句话就是：这里的车子怎么那样吵？回到家，更是麻烦了！老人家开始抱怨每个人说话的声音太大，又说鹦鹉叫得令她想过去把它掐死，甚至电话铃响和别人打喷嚏，都能把她吓一大跳。

于是过去唯恐铃声不够大、甚至得将无线电话放在她枕边的事情，全做了180度大转变，亲友未进门，更得早早叮嘱：别再对着老人家的耳朵猛喊。

尤其妙的是，她自己的嗓门也突然降下了一大半，过去如洪钟的声音，顿时变成了低语，好像说的都是秘密，她说不敢大声，因为怕炸了自己的耳朵。

跟着老人家便有些得意了起来，笑着警告家里每一员，以后别想再背地里说她坏话，因为连其他人关着门讲话，她都可能听得见。指着自己的耳机，老人家说：“我的耳朵比你们强，可大，可小，碰到你们讲悄悄话，只要我把耳机调大声一些，就成了顺风耳！”老人家果然厉害得有些可怕，走在街上，邻居老太太正跟媳妇聊天，年轻人尚且没有听见说什么，老人家却老远地搭上了话，敢情她全听到了，原来是因为过去耳朵不好时，她是半听半猜，日久几乎能从对方嘴唇的移动，来猜想内容，如今听力增进几倍；加上“看”的功夫，自然有了过人之能。

当然助听器也有缺点，就是只戴在右耳，声音即或发生在左边，她也觉得从右边传来，过去大声讲话，她的裸耳还能听见，现在右耳变得敏锐，左耳就完全没有用了。在花园里，只见她一面种菜，一边不断地转头四顾，寻找啁啾的小鸟和鸣蝉；行在街上，后面有车驶近，老人家总是做成要躲避的样子，正如她所说：前10年，不知是怎么过的，倒没让车撞上，只是也没觉得世界这么吵。

这世界真有这么吵吗？对于不觉得吵的人，会不会正像是母亲未戴助听器前，自己反而是噪音的最大制造者？同样的，作画时用强烈色彩的艺术家，吃饭时要大咸大辣的老餐，只怕实际上，对色彩和味道的感觉，反而比一般人来得迟钝。至于那些一天到晚觉得生活太单调的人，恐怕不是真单调，而该怨自己体味生活情趣的能力太差。

随着时代的不断改变，科技也飞速发展，现在的高科技已经无处不在，家里、饭店里、酒店里……它们可以说是一点一滴渗透进我们生活，也让我们生活更加丰富多彩，并有了许多方便之处。

现在，暑假就要结束了。我真正度过了一个丰富又快乐的假期。作为一名初中生，我的暑假并不是完全自由的，因为学习仍然是我生活中的一个重要部分。假期的第一天，我待在家完成作业。我有很多作业要完成。除此之外，我还要去英语和数学培训班，因为我这两科比较弱。因此，我需要一些额外的训练。之后，我就和妈妈一起去看爸爸。我爸爸在外省上班，我有半年没见过他了。妈妈和我都很想念他。我们和爸爸在一起度过了将近一个月。爸爸有空的时候经常带我们出去。我们在一起生活得很快乐。

There are five classroom buildings and five dining-halls on the campus. The classrooms are big and bright. And each of them is large enough for sixty students to study in. Behind the main classroom building stands the college library, where both the teachers and students are busy borrowing and returning books every day. I usually go there once a week for borrowing and returning books. Our college life is rich and interesting. On the one hand, we have many experienced teachers, sufficient books, scientific apparatus, and instruments to help our studies. On the other hand, we are encouraged to take part in many college activities such as seminars, parties,talks, sportsmeets, visiting factories, etc. Basketball and volleyball matches are held almost weekly.

随着科技的发展，使我们的生活变得更加丰富多彩。造纸和印刷技术的问世，使人类有了书写条件，推动了人们文化、艺术、语言、科技、经济等等的广泛交流；指南针的发明，促进航海、贸易的发展，完成了地理大发现，使人类认识了地球……

科技在我们生活中无处不在。现在几乎人人手中都有一部手机，你只要拨出号码，就可以与远在异国他乡的亲戚朋友进行语言交流，再也不像以前六七十年代一样，需要发电报来交流了。除此之外，人们还可以在手机上玩游戏、看新闻、阅读……使人们足不出户就能了解天下事，极其便利。如果有什么事要通知对方，还可以发短信，只需短短几秒对方就可以收到。这样一来，既可以让对方快速收到，又能节省纸张。

以前大家出行都是靠步行为主，后来科技逐渐发展，发明出了小轿车。我们从大柘步行到梅县需要3、4个小时，现在有了小轿车，只需1小时不到就能到达，速度翻了好几倍呢！这么快的速度，把城市间的距离都拉近了许多。小轿车不仅速度快，而且还非常舒适。坐在车上，不管多快地驾驶，都如履平地一般。车内有冷暖空调，在夏天坐车再也不用怕热了，冬天不用再怕冷了！这些都是以前没法比的啊！

这一切都是科技发展给人们生活带来的变化。所以说科技的发展已经融入到我们生活中的方方面面，我相信随着科技的发展，我们的生活一定会更加幸福美好，我们的祖国一定会更加繁荣昌盛！
