进入影厅，我们戴上4D眼镜，抓好扶手，电影就开始了！最先映入眼帘的是一只小恐龙，“啊——”“救命啊——”全场尖叫声此起彼伏，使我更心惊胆寒，瑟瑟发抖。“啊——”我大叫一声，因为有一条蛇出现在我眼前，伸出舌头，好像要把我吃了。“啊，不好！喷水了！”这时，我又感觉有水洒在我脸上，不用怀疑，又是一阵阵的尖叫声。这4D电影实在太逼真了，令人如临其境啊！

一天的研学结束了，我收获满满，暗下决心，以后一定要认真学习，积极探索科学奥秘，将来为祖国科技发展做贡献，让科技改变我们的生活，享受科学为我们生活带来的服务！

万家灯火，大街通明，霓虹闪耀，高楼林立，这一切的一切都不能不让我们感叹现代科技的高速发展为人们提供了多么美丽的世界。

满天繁星，星河璀璨，碧水蓝天，高山险峻，这一切的一切也很美丽，但他们随着科技的同时，也在一点一点离我们远去，这是多么悲哀啊。

我们在商店买东西，看到喜欢的可以直接知道是不是适合我们。而网上买东西，我们往往会买到不是我们真正喜欢的，然后我们就要退货，还要付退回去的快递费，既浪费钱又浪费时间。

I went to the countryside to spend my summer holidays this year.I liked green plants,clear rivers and lovely amimals there.I breathed the fresh air on the mountain and sometimes I went swimming in the river.I kept a diary every day.

Spring Festival in my Hometown

The Spring Festival, the most jubilant and important festival in China, is observed by most Chinese people at home and abroad. Our hometown is not an exception.

Similar with other places in china, we prepare for the festival about half a month before. With the lunar New Year approaching, the red lanterns are hung up along the main streets, making the ancient town filled with the festival atmosphere. While people clean up their houses, decorate it with traditional decorations such as Chinese knots and paper cutting. Each family pastes up Spring Festival couplets to convey their best wishes for the coming year.

On the New Year’s Eve, the whole family sits around, having a

sumptuous feast of reunion. It is worth mentioning that the food we have called maiyouzhi is unique. There is a flat piece of wheat sheet covering various vegetable and meat then rolling them up. What a delicious it is! After dinner, the family always watches the Spring Festival Gala Evening, and sets up fireworks to watch in the New Year.

On the first day of the New Year, people pay visits to the relatives and friends to send New Year’s greetings to each other and wish everything smoothly in the new year. The kids can get a lot of lucky money from the elders.

During the whole holiday, there are varied activities in the town such as lion and dragon dance, and all the citizens enjoy them very much.

People celebrate the festival until the Lantern festival. However, the wonderful memory and the joy of the Spring Festival will last long.

My College Life

How time flies! I have been in Zhejiang Gongshang University for a semester. In retrospect, my college life is busy but colorful. Different from my senior high school’s life, the whole new life I led is much freer. I arranged my time,

becoming the master of myself.

First of all, study is still the core of my life. I major in Japanese which is both interesting and challenging. We are required to be accomplished in listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating. As a result I had to spend most of time in improving my abilities. Besides of the regular courses, I often attended the lecture and went to the library to eich my knowledge, and I do benefit from what I learnt.

As to the after school life, what I consider most meaningful is joining the YVP to serve society. I think it is the responsibility for every university student to make contribution to the community. Little as my effort is, I tried my best to help the people around us. Once the YVP organized us to sell secondhand books and raise the money to help the people indeed.

In addition, I quite enjoy the travels and the bees. Travels let me experience the sunshine, fresh air as well as the special taste of the local customs and practices. While the bees keep the friendship shining, and friends are as if family members. Both of them lit up my life.

All in all, the college life is a journey, and I have long way to go; all the memory is the most precious treasure, and I will value every moment.

In the weekend, I like to go shopping with my mother. We buy a lot of

things, I choose all kinds of snacks, such as candy, milk, sometimes my mother

protects me buying too much candy, she says it will do harm to my health. Though

I am not happy, I accept it. Going shopping with my mother makes me so

happy.

I want a villa ，with a big pool ， a basketball playground and a garden 。 because i love my family ，and my parents like flowers and green trees ， my boy friend likes playing basketball ， and i like swimmming and beautiful plants 。 So i want a big and pretty house ， which full of loving and colourful life 。

I hope this villa has three floors 。 The first floor has a living room ， a washing room and a kitchen 。The second floor has four rooms， one is our bedroom ， one is my parents room ， one is my husband parents room and one is my schoolroom 。 The third floor has two roomsfor the guests， a room for playing billiards， and a room for entertainment， such as playing majiang 。

We will feed two dogs 。 one name is AoAo and the others is XiuXiu 。Their names together means it never give up till biting the bad man death 。 That menas well get over every difficulty ，try our best ， making us together and love each other forever ！

This holiday is my best busy holiday for I am learning English, computer and word and I fall in the weekend exam. Many times I want to take today off, but my mother said to me:“go on, you must belive that you can do it.” So I have to try. Now my English is better than 2months ago. I must thanks my mother, she is good for me. Practices makes perfect.

在这世界上的每一个人，都有许多的优点，当然，有好的，也会有坏的；所以也会有许多不好的坏习惯、缺点与行为，这些都是需要改进和修正的，因为这样才会让人看见更乖、更完美的自己，从现在就开始吧！

在很小很小的时候，我是小气、不 肯借人东西的人，只要妹妹抢我的玩具，我就会开始生气，甚至有一次，我还生气到把妹妹咬伤了，身上多了一个“烙印”的伤痕。所以，从今天起，我要把我这个 小气、不肯借人东西的坏行为，立刻掉到垃圾桶里，不要再捡起来，因为我不想要再当一位“小气鬼”了！

自从五年级开始，每次我的功课都 写很慢很慢，愈写愈晚，十点、十一点、十二点，最夸张的一次，是我们老师出了一样有关数学的功课，我拼命地写、拼命地排，就是排不出一个图，一直拖一直 拖，还是排不出来，心想：完蛋了，我还有课文还没背，又还没排完，怎么办？而且已经凌晨一点多了！到底该怎么做才好呢？所以，妈妈要我先去背课文，背完， 就去睡觉，那个图，她帮我想办法，最糟糕的方法，就是跟老师说想不出来，就空着不要写，最后，妈妈到了三点多才想出来。所以，从今天起，我不要再慢吞吞的 了，要把慢郎中的慢习惯甩到一边去，把要求完美这个好习惯留着，让我不但能够今日事今日毕，更要快速写完当日的功课，而且不能乱写，这样才是最好、最棒且 最聪明的选择。

改变自己，最大的原因就是让自己更完美，所以，我也要告别坏习惯与行为，期许我自能够改变成功，让我能够迈向好榜样，好习惯以及璀璨的未来！

时代在变化，科技在发展，人类在进步，科技带给我们的好处越来越多，大大改变了我们的生活。

记得爷爷说过，他小时候只见过自行车，人们出远门只能靠走路或骑车，速度很慢而且很费人的力气，一点也不方便，还很辛苦。可我说，现在有了汽车、轻轨、地铁、轮船、火车、飞机等各种各样的交通工具，我们想去任何地方，既方便又快捷。

记得奶奶说过，她小时候家里做饭用的是土灶、柴火，经常把饭烧糊、把菜烧得冒烟，厨房到处都是柴灰，非常烦人，而且很脏。可我说，现在我们用电饭煲、煤气灶做出来的饭菜多干净卫生、多香甜可口呀。

爸爸跟我说，他小时候家里没有电话，与远方的亲人联系只能寄信或跑大老远的路。可我说，现在的通讯可发达了，我想要和远在陕西老家的堂哥说话的时候，只需要拨打手机，马上就可以听到他熟悉的声音了；周末我想见我的好朋友的时候，只需要打开QQ或者微信视频，我们立马就可以见面了。

妈妈跟我说，她小时候在教室里上课，夏天热得直冒汗，冬天冻得直哆嗦。可我又说，现在的我们多幸福呀，只要打开空调，就可以把炎热的夏天变得像秋天一样凉爽，把寒冷的冬天变得像春天一样温暖，生活的每一天过得都很舒服。

科技带给我们的生活的变化真是太大、太多了，数也数不清。我相信，以后的科技会更加发达，会把我们的生活变得更加美好。让我们珍惜现在的生活，好好学习、共同努力吧，长大了一起为祖国未来的科技作出贡献！

太奶奶的离去，彻底改变了我的生活。

记得小时候，周末常去太奶奶家住。太爷爷在我出生前便去世了，我只在照片中见过他的模样。爸爸妈妈工作都比较忙，有时他们都出差了，太奶奶便独自照顾我。我从小就贪睡。记忆中太奶奶独自照顾我时，她老是不舍得叫我起床。于是我就一觉睡到中午，一起床就吃中饭。太奶奶做饭比妈妈还是差了一截，但是味道也不差，相比于如今中学的饭菜简直是美味佳肴。可我比较挑食，太奶奶做的饭我随便挑些吃几口就不吃了，让太奶奶很头疼。太奶奶最喜欢给我讲故事，我听也听不进去，过一会儿走神儿了。等爸爸妈妈接我回家时，我还抱怨连篇。

到了小学高年级，周末补课渐渐地占据了周末，我便很少在太奶奶家里住了。通常一年就见面五六次。2016年，太奶奶住院了。期间我也去探望了几次，之后便借口学业繁忙，很少去了。

五年级上学期，这是我小学最后一次运动会了，我还有两个项目要参加。正整队准备上场时，爸爸妈妈神情严肃的跟体育老师说了几句话，便将我拉出了队伍。

爸爸妈妈直接将车开到了医院。妈妈去停车，爸爸拉着我的手，一路小跑到病房。一个瘦骨嶙峋的老人躺在病床上。凑近一看，居然是太奶奶：面色苍白，插着呼吸管，电脑上线条跳动着。爸爸拍拍太奶奶，太奶奶眼睛眯成了一条缝。爸爸指指我，凑到太奶奶耳边，轻声说：“曾孙来了。”

第二天凌晨，太奶奶在睡梦中安静地离去了。参加葬礼，大家默哀时，都挂着眼泪。可我突然发现，太奶奶留给我的记忆，有太多空白。从小到大，我与太奶奶交谈的时间，也就不过几个小时，甚至还没有我每天睡觉的时间多，内容也大多是生活中琐琐碎碎的小事，没有深度的交流。

没有了太奶奶的陪伴，整个城市只有爸爸妈妈是我的亲人。姥姥姥爷在北京，爷爷奶奶在西安；小姨在加拿大，大伯在美国。甚至爸爸妈妈，也年近半百了。

这改变了我的生活。从此，我更加珍惜与长辈相处的机会，孝敬，体贴他们。虽然进入了中学，学习的事务经常让我目不交睫，无暇帮助长辈。但理解长辈对我们的良苦用心，在长辈劳累时送上一句问候，这难道不是孝敬长辈的一种方式吗？

My teacher gave me an assignment "experience life" last week. I had been thinking how to finish it because I had never done any thing by myself before.

Mother was out today. It was a good chance to complete the assignment. Seeing the barrel was empty, I decided to fetch water from the well.

I took the empty barrel and went towards the well outside the yard. It snowed yesterday, so the alley was very slippery. A layer of thickice was frozen on the platform of the well. I was frightened by the sight, but I gathered my courage to walk towards it.

The alley was so slippery that I walked with difficultly. Suddenly, I slipped and fell down, water in the barrel totally poured down on the ground. I stepped on the platform carefully. After standing steadily and squatting down slowly, I hooked the barrel at the end of the rope and put the rope down slowly. I made an effort to drag the barrel up after it was filled with water. I was very careful because it was easy to slip and fall. Then, I carried the barrel of water and returned to my house. My figners were frozen stiff. I realized my effort was in vain. I hated myself.

I failed to finish the assignment but I did experience life through a trifle which seemed easy but difficult to do well. Such was my first experience of life.

在小学的时候，老师交给我一些任务，有时候完成的不是很好，老师也不会批评我，只是报以微笑，让我下次做好便是了。到了中学，竞争更激烈了，老师要求的质量也更高了。刚开始几天，我还没有完全脱离小学阶段，不适应初中生活，结果发生了一些事情让我被老师批评了。

有一天，老师把我叫到老师办公室，对我说：“纪辰，把咱班的安全责任书收齐。”我于是跑到班里，让大家把安全责任书交到我手里。结果有三个人把安全责任书弄丢了，我写了一张条将此事告诉老师，又把其他同学的安全责任书交给老师。老师对我说：“让他们三个想办法复印一份。”我把老师的话传达给他们，便认为这件事我已经完成了，渐渐地把它忘了。

过了一个多星期，老师又把我叫到办公室，对我说：“纪辰，你收齐那三份安全责任书了吗?”我默默无语，在一旁低头站着。老师似乎看透了我的心思，便说：“我交给你任务是因为我信任你，认为你能做好，可你却让我很失望，别的班已经早早地交上了，今天是最后一天了，你赶快想办法做好这件事。”我回到教室，把那三个人集中在一起商量这个问题，恰好有一个人身上带着钱，我便向语文老师那儿借了一份，匆匆忙忙地跑到印刷厂复印上三份，事情成功地解决了。

从这件事中我明白了以后干什么事情都不要拖拖拉拉，要在最短的时间内高质量的完成老师交给我的任务。 初中生活教会了我许多东西，让我有了许多变化。比如以前我只愿意听表扬的话，一旦受到批评就很不高兴，心里也不服气，找理由推卸责任。现在遇到批评的时候，我会冷静分析原因，找到自己的不足，勇于承认错误，并极力改掉它， 从而更加完善自己。

How to adapt youself to college life

There are obvious differences between high school life and college life. First,college students will live in the dormitory with classmates who come from various places, and who may have different living habits. Second,college teachers ,instead of explaning in detail how to solve every problem, might only tell different approaches to the problem, and leave students to study and solve problems independently. Finally, in college,there is more free time for students to spend on.

However how should the college freshman adapt himself to these differeces. First of all, he should learn to be tolerant and consider more for others,which is necessary for group living. 我们生活在一个碎片化的时代，特别是在上海这样的大城市里，碎片化的生活无处不在。地铁上，无论站着的还是坐着的，都是“低头族”，在手机上浏览新闻、读电子书，或者玩游戏；饭店里，人们扒几口饭，就会看一眼手机；甚至马路上的行人，也都是一边走路一边盯着手机；更可怕的是，有些司机在开车时，也时不时地去瞟一眼手机。

手机，特别是智能手机，给人们的生活带来了极大便利，它让我们能随时随地沟通，随时随地获取信息，随时随地学习，但与此同时，手机也“粉碎”了我们的生活。据说有人做过统计，很多人平均每90秒钟就忍不住要看一次手机。手机像刀片一样，我们每天的24小时，都被它切割成了一小段一小段的“时间碎片”，我们的生活，也随着“碎片化”了。过去五六页的书信，变成了现在几十个字的短信；过去整版的报纸报道，变成了手机里的短新闻；过去两三天就能捧着读完的一本书，现在却要断断续续看上一个月。智能手机原本应该为我们提供服务，可是现在的我们却越来越依赖它，几乎快成了它的“奴隶”。这不仅会降低我们的注意力，使我们缺乏耐心，还会减少我们深入阅读和安静思考的时间，使我们的思想变得肤浅。

可是，我们不可能逃离这个时代，回到没有智能手机的过去。面对电子产品的包围，面对“碎片化”的生活，我们要努力地适应，努力地让自己的时间尽可能地保持完整。特别是作为学生，我们要科学地规划利用自己的课余生活，缩短使用电子产品的时间，静下心来阅读更多的书籍，多用自己的大脑思考遇到的问题，多和父母、老师、同学们面对面交流。总之，我们要在碎片化的生活环境中努力保持“完整”。
