很多人说这种类型的作文是议论文。这是片面的，因为，第一段要求写"...必要性"，这说明本段体裁是议论文;第二段要求写"

二、条理清楚

保证不跑提示写作当中第一任务，第二个重要任务就是要做到条理清楚。对于议论文来说，正反面要清楚，对于说明文来说条理要清楚，对于描述文来说，谁干什么要清楚。就拿上例Good health 来说，第一段保持正反面要清楚救应这样写：正面(With good health ,we can...)，反面(Without good health ,we cando nothing .We cant do...)

为了使文章更具有条理性，我们可以用first(ly) second(ly) third(ly)等副词，他们可以是文章的条例性更加突出。作文是主观题，想得告分就必须引起老师的主意，老师的时间很短(每篇作文只有一两分钟就要阅完)，所以我们在列调试最好不用: To be with,... after that ,...And then, ... The next , ... Thefollowing , ... As last ... 。因为用这样的词语不利于老师看出你作文的条理性。

三、保证作文符合字数要求的十二句作文法

考生一般都希望作文达到字数而又不至于写得太多，因为写得太多一方面暴露自己语言上的弱点，另一方面又会占用过多的时间。写得太多还易跑题，一个有效的方法就是十二句作文法。

随着时代的不断改变，科技也飞速发展，现在的高科技已经无处不在，家里、饭店里、酒店里……它们可以说是一点一滴渗透进我们生活，也让我们生活更加丰富多彩，并有了许多方便之处。

早晨，天才刚刚亮，我迷迷糊糊地睁开眼睛，就看见爸爸已经戴上耳机观看有趣的综艺节目，以此来愉悦身心。我洗漱完毕，正准备出去玩时，爸爸突然把电话手表递给我，让我时时刻刻都把它戴着，可以和家人随时联系。中午，我玩得满头大汗，刚想吃饭时，忽然听到敲门声，我开门后发现一位叔叔拎着外卖给我，原来，爸爸已经在外卖软件上点餐了……这些事例都可以说明网络改变了我们的生活。

利用手机，可以听音乐，可以了解国内外大事，也可以和朋友聊天，看电视，可以愉悦身心、放松心情……我们的生活由于网络而变得更富有趣味性。但是，手机屏幕对人类的辐射也很大，而且我们一旦沉迷于手机里的游戏，就会无法自拔。

虽然网络世界很发达，但是它能让我们忍不住它的诱惑，所以，我们不要沉迷于网络，忘记了工作，忘记了学习，那些深陷泥潭的同学们，清醒吧！网络能造就人才，但也能使一些人跌入无底深潭。

别让手机绑架了你的人生

现在的人，过着一种手机人生。

早上登录微博，写下一天计划；上午浏览网页，了解国内外大事；下午手机电视，掌上图书，充实头脑，放松心情；晚上吃饭，拍照上传，发条说说，与全世界说晚安。

如果只看手机上网页的记录，这是忙碌而又充实的一天，这是一个懂得生活的人。但是，将时空转到现实，你会发现，这个人的一天其实无聊又乏味。他唯一做的事，只是手拿手机，低头不语，这便是我们在地铁上、饭店里、电梯中常常见到的“低头族”。他们都是被手机绑架了的人。

被手机绑架，大多数人不但不奋起反抗，反而还乐在其中，尽享当“人质”的乐趣。“手机中的世界可比现实社会要精彩，即使被绑架也是幸福的。”有些人这样说。的确，手机中的页面比现实中的白纸黑字更丰富多彩，手机中的游戏也比现实中平淡无奇的生活更让人振奋，连手机中的人都比现实中的人要志同道合，亲切得多。但是，手机终究是一个冷冰冰的机器而已。当你按下关机键，抬起双眼，你会发现，现实中你的人生是如此苍白，而这一切，都源于你对虚拟世界的沉迷，对现实世界的冷漠。你对世界冷漠，世界便会对你冷漠。当你封闭了内心，选择了逃避，躲进了虚伪安逸的世界，你便失去了一切真实的美好，失去了为未来拼搏的奋斗精神，失去了与朋友相互关怀的温情，失去了旅途上的一路风景。被手机“绑架”了的人生，将会一无所有。

有些人面对手机的“绑架”奋起反抗，反而把手机关进“监狱”。每逢亲友聚会，便将手机统统扔进笼子里，规定谁都不准再碰它。这样有趣的“关手机的监狱”行为，将人们从手机的控制下解救出来了。但也有不少手机还未“刑满释放”便“越狱”。要防止手机“越狱”，首先还要我们自己先“越狱”，打破重重心墙，冲破人心的牢笼，真正敞开心扉，面对我们身边的人和事。认真工作学习，才会发现原来其中还有这么多乐趣；留心观察生活，才会发现原来风景就在我们身边；敞开心扉，才会发现原来知己就在眼前。

别让手机“绑架”了你的生活。下次起床，别先顾着发微博，先欣赏一下美丽的日出；下次聊天，先别顾着登微信，先看一下身边有没有有趣的人；下次聚会，先别顾着晒照片，先看一下想念许久的容颜。挣脱手机的“绑架”，让你的人生属于你。

转眼间，人类社会已经发展成了一个令人惊叹的“多元”社会。它改变了我们的生活，让生活中处处充满了现代科技的气息，比如：智能手机、电脑、电视机、电子计步器、学习机等；就连小朋友的玩具都功能各异：可以一分为三的陀螺、可以手动加速的陀螺、用手抓住都不会停止旋转的爆旋悠悠球。

科技造福了全人类，也使我们的地球变得更加美丽！

一天晚上，我们一家人在一起吃饭，外公望着我给他盛来的香甜可口的米饭，不禁感叹道：“现代科技多么发达呀！你们一定要好好珍惜这美好生活。我们那时，每天能喝到一碗稀粥就满足了，吃树皮树叶的都有呢！现在的稻谷和各种蔬菜、瓜果都种在大棚里，不分春夏秋冬，随时随地都可以吃到营养价值高的食品。”

妈妈也很赞同外公的看法，连忙点头说：“是呀，我们小时候虽然比你外公那时生活条件要好些，但如果饿了，哪还有什么营养食品吃呀，冷干饭泡开水就是我们最喜欢的了。哪比得上现在喝的牛奶都经过了高温灭菌，包装也用的是无菌的。我们当时想喝都喝不着呢！”听了外公和妈妈的一番话后，我也学着用善于发现的眼睛去观察世界，体味生活。

那次，我去爸爸上班的地方――保税商品展示交易中心参观。

一走进大厅，琳琅满目的商品让我眼花缭乱、应接不暇。突然，非洲进口水果展销区吸引了我，也让很多人驻足留连。其中刺角瓜很有意思，外表长得像只金黄色的刺猬，可是果肉却异常细腻、鲜美。还有黄金果，又名五指茄，茄子形的身子下长着五个大“手指”，令我感到惊奇不已。

最让我难忘的是我精心挑选的袖珍南瓜――非洲太阳果。口感面甜，还可以在中间加入冰糖、蜂蜜炖来食用。真是吃到嘴中，甜在心里。擦一擦我那流口水的馋嘴，仿佛自己来到了非洲，再一次让我感受到了时代的变迁和科技的大发展！

同学们，我们在享受科技给我们带来的幸福生活的同时，也要争做科技小能手，好好学习，善于发现和创造，将来为科技的进步，为社会的发展贡献出自己的力量！

也许是一次偶然，在同学的家里见到了网络。从那天起网络就进入了我的生活。后来我的家里也有了电子计算机，也连上了所谓的“宽带”。

自从家里有了电脑，我的生活开始变得丰富多彩--

网络，仿佛是一位家庭教师。总是在我需要的时候给我以帮助。有什么问题，只要把鼠标轻轻一点，就能得到令自己满意的答案。

网络仿佛是一个巨大的图书馆。在这里可以读到世界名著:《格列佛游记》《漂亮朋友》。也可以读到童话故事:《安徒生童话选》《一千零一夜》……

网路仿佛是一座知识的海洋。天文知识、物理原理、化学反应、语文修辞… 网路仿佛是一扇世界之窗。在互联网上我认识了不同国家的朋友(多数是讲英语的)。我了解到了不同民族的民风民俗，最主要的是在于他们交流过程中提高了我的英语技能。

网络充实了我的生活。

最近一个时期，我听到了“低碳生活”一词。通过看书了解，低碳生活是一种低消耗，低能量，低开支，从而减少二氧化碳的排放的生活方式。在查阅资料的过程中，我知道了保定是全国中小城市的试点城市，作为一名小学生，我能为低碳生活做点什么呢?

以前，我就每天把水拧到最大，洗手、洗脸每月都要耗水十几吨，现在，老师告诉我们要准备两个水桶，用来储存废水。废水可以用来冲厕所，拖地、浇花。用电也要节约，看完电脑或电视后，要把插座上的小红灯关掉，以便节约电源，尽量放假时白天写作业，晚上早关灯一小时，用那一小时的时间和家人散步。既节约了电源，又起到了减肥的作用，还增进了感情，真是一举多得呀!少用一次性物品(筷子、饭盒等)少用塑料袋，多用环保袋。出行最好步行，少开私家车，少做出租，多做公交车。这样就做到了“低消耗、低能量、低开支”的作用。

低碳生活，人人有责，让我先行，保护环境。

In our daily life, we can learn something from some cases. However, from my

point of view, I think that it is essential for us to know ourselves in a right

way. People who have a full awareness of the importance to improve themselves

will discover themselves continuously. Therefore, we can say that if we want to

change ourselves, we must bravely reveal ourselves.

Every coin has two sides, and we are no exception. When we experience some

situations, we will find that there are many advantages of us. Thus, we can have

a huge sense of satisfaction. We may have a little pride, because we are happy

that we can make good use of our advantages to solve more difficult problems in

the future. However, at the same time, we also can realize that there are still

some disadvantages of us. These disadvantages will bring us different

influences. I’d like to point out that people who can bravely accept and remove

their disadvantages will gain a bright future. On the contrary, people who

choose escape or ignorance their disadvantages will indulge themselves, and they

no further progress.

Don’t indulge yourself. If we indulge ourselves, we will meet more terrible

suffering in our later life. I know that when we find our weakness, we may say

that I will never do that again, and regret doing so meaningless thing. I am

such a fool. But when we meet similar situations next time, we will still tell

ourselves that it doesn’t matter that I do it again. Then we will indulge

ourselves to expand our disadvantages. It shows that some people who have no own

principle will fail to realize their promises. When we can overcome our

laziness, we will understand that solving some problems may be not so difficult.

Therefore, we should try our best to control ourselves to pursue higher

development.

There are no any excuses to indulge yourself. We should tell ourselves that

we are capable to overcome our weakness, though it needs much time. However, if

we succeed once, then we will be successful again. Last, we don’t indulge

ourselves. We will become more complete.

Everyone can take actions to improve themselves. Don’t indulge yourself. If

you succeed, you will acquire a huge wealth, and your life will become more

brilliant.

The university is not only free but and learning both the field, it is the most wonderful life of an experience, and how to make their college life more colorful and gorgeous, it requires us to have a good, comprehensive and scientific planning of their college career. Effective plans will help to make better use of college time to improve themselves and to prepare for the world to open up their own world. The meaning of youth is that no matter what we choose, whether we succeed or not, we do not regret it. So the students should have a purpose, planned to carry out their college life, otherwise it can be your university time wasted in a cocoon around oneself.

I hope that through 4 years of college life, I deeply appreciate the joy and sweetness of youth and growth. We should not only work hard to learn professional knowledge, but also cultivate their own awareness of competition, awareness of innovation and teamwork. After 4 years of experience, I hope to be brave, strong, and positive.

Farewell to the age of high school, entering the Universitys school, and the course of life has opened a new page. The road of life entered a new stage, the students we have hope and longing into China Three Gorges University, the ideal life will be established here in the future will be here in the foundation, a good university will also start from here. Entering the university with a vision and facing the new environment of the new term is also an important base. when fail comes, they think there is no hope in life. Well, we are always told

that life is still going on even though we face difficulty. Why don’t we smile

with life, since we there is no way to avoid frustration, the only way we can do

is to embrace what life brings for us, no matter what happens, just smile,

everything will be alright.

I want to grow up as soon as possible. When I grow up, I can do many things

that I can’t now. However, at the same time, I am afraid. I don’t know what my

future life would be. Look around myself, some people are busy working for

having enough food to eat and live better; some are achieving every goal that

they make; some may live in the poor situation. I don’t know what kind of life I

would have in the future. But I know that everyone’s life is in their hands. So

I will try my best to work hard for a better future life.
