Spring Festival in my Hometown

The Spring Festival, the most jubilant and important festival in China, is observed by most Chinese people at home and abroad. Our hometown is not an exception.

Similar with other places in china, we prepare for the festival about half a month before. With the lunar New Year approaching, the red lanterns are hung up along the main streets, making the ancient town filled with the festival atmosphere. While people clean up their houses, decorate it with traditional decorations such as Chinese knots and paper cutting. Each family pastes up Spring Festival couplets to convey their best wishes for the coming year.

On the New Year’s Eve, the whole family sits around, having a

sumptuous feast of reunion. It is worth mentioning that the food we have called maiyouzhi is unique. There is a flat piece of wheat sheet covering various vegetable and meat then rolling them up. What a delicious it is! After dinner, the family always watches the Spring Festival Gala Evening, and sets up fireworks to watch in the New Year.

On the first day of the New Year, people pay visits to the relatives and friends to send New Year’s greetings to each other and wish everything smoothly in the new year. The kids can get a lot of lucky money from the elders.

During the whole holiday, there are varied activities in the town such as lion and dragon dance, and all the citizens enjoy them very much.

People celebrate the festival until the Lantern festival. However, the wonderful memory and the joy of the Spring Festival will last long.

It’s really my honor to be part of Zhejiang Gongshang University.

My College Life

How time flies! I have been in Zhejiang Gongshang University for a semester. In retrospect, my college life is busy but colorful. Different from my senior high school’s life, the whole new life I led is much freer. I arranged my time,

becoming the master of myself.

First of all, study is still the core of my life. I major in Japanese which is both interesting and challenging. We are required to be accomplished in listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating. As a result I had to spend most of time in improving my abilities. Besides of the regular courses, I often attended the lecture and went to the library to eich my knowledge, and I do benefit from what I learnt.

As to the after school life, what I consider most meaningful is joining the YVP to serve society. I think it is the responsibility for every university student to make contribution to the community. Little as my effort is, I tried my best to help the people around us. Once the YVP organized us to sell secondhand books and raise the money to help the people indeed.

In addition, I quite enjoy the travels and the bees. Travels let me experience the sunshine, fresh air as well as the special taste of the local customs and practices. While the bees keep the friendship shining, and friends are as if family members. Both of them lit up my life.

All in all, the college life is a journey, and I have long way to go; all the memory is the most precious treasure, and I will value every moment.

在移动互联网大为发展的今天，我们的生活逐渐被碎片化了——碎片化的时间，碎片化的阅读，碎片化的购物，碎片化的社会……碎片化的生活无时无刻不在影响着我们的心态与认知。

随时随地，无时无刻会看到一群“低头族”，在马路上，有的人走路时听着音乐看着手机，有的人开着车也会刷着微信；在地铁上，人们不是看微信就是打游戏，几乎很少看到有人不拿着手机；在饭店里，有的人边吃饭边打游戏，有的人边吃饭边聊微信……总之城市里的人们每天“机不离手”。我对手机的理解有以下这几点。

一、在我看来，手机这个东西，虽然高科技，但是手机的主要功能还是打电话发信息。在60年代70年代，那时社会还没有那么高科技，人们还没有发明出手机。人们通过写信、电报的方式来交流，根本不存在什么游戏，而且以前人们邻里邻居都是用嘴交流，可现在，人们有了手机后，都是用手交流。人们有的走路在看，有的上班在看，甚至有的学生们连上课也在看手机。所以说，手机不但没有给人们带来好处，反而有时候会给人们带来坏处。

二、随着社会的快速发展，手机上也会有了一些不必要的软件和信息。在空闲时间，有的学生会下载游戏和同学比赛，导致成绩下降；也有的上班人上班时会联机打游戏，有时候会不务正业。

三、以前的社会人们要出去买东西，不论多远也会走过去或者坐黄包车，可现在人们有了手机，有了淘宝，自然的就在网上购物；也许人们也会用汽车代步，做私家车或者上网叫车。有了手机人们会变懒惰。

让我们来做一个假设：放下身边的手机，静下心来，暂时地将网络封印，安静坐着，拿起一本书，畅游书海。体验文字与文字间的韵味，这也是一种乐趣。放下身边的手机，去看看远方的家人，或出去旅游，体验异国他乡的风情，品尝异国他乡的美食。放下手机，拿起报纸，了解更多的新闻，看看手机外的世界，也不要成天拿着手机刷朋友圈、看心灵鸡汤或说一些娱乐八卦。放下手机，多出门运动运动，拥有更强壮的体魄。

手机的出现，有时会使人们的生活更加便捷，有时也会使人们的生活变得支离破碎。所以说，人们应该在需要用手机时用，而不需要用时就该放下手机，多出去走走，多了解了解手机外的世界。也让时间停止破碎化，让我们的生活更加丰富多彩吧！

Summer can be very hot in southernxx where the temperature usually goes up to 32"C or more. Because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. Also because of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky. Actually I like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. In the summer vacation that has just ended I went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. This summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. As a second-year senior student I had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away. In other words, I must find time to study, too. So I divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.

I spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. I used to run about every day in previous summer vacations, but this summer vacation I simply could not afford to do so. I would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations. Though those examinations were still a year away, I had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things I had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. At first I was rather dismayed at the thought of this, but later I thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer I could count on endless happy summers to come. With this in mind I then set to work like anything and only occasionally went out for a change or did some physical. I was not at all bored by this kind of life, for I was sustained by a hope.

The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. First, I thought I should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a better understanding of them. Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. It stood to reason that with such a good plan I should make the best of my vacation time. I did, because I lived up to what I had planned.

My Low-carbon life

With the development of society,low-carbon life becomes more and more important. Some people think it is very difficult to do.In fact,we can do a lot of things .

First, as a student,some of us can ride a bike to go to school, or walk to school every day.It can not only save energy but also it is good to our healty. Second,when we leave the classroom,remember to turn off the lights, so it can save electricity.And third, we can use the water circulary. Fourth,we can use the paper adequately .

I think if everyone does something for the low-carbon life,the world will become more and more beautiful.

Im going to the sun for my holiday. I will go there by spaceship. I will pilot a big blue spaceship to the sun. The sun is very hot. So I put on the super shirt.

In the morning, I will have some sun burger for my breakfast. At eight oclock, I will play with my friends there. They are super dog and super girl. Super dog is white and black. Super girl is very clever. Super girl and super dog like to play with me. So I play with them for forty minutes.

Then I do my homework in my little red room at a small blue table. After my homework, I will have my lunch. I will eat sun salad. I will have red juice, red fish and red rice.I will make some red toy bear to the sun babies. All the things are red.

Then I need a lot of water on the sun because the sun is too hot. So I will walk to the spaceship. Ill pilot the spaceship to the earth.

This is a good holiday on the sun.

科技在我们现代生活中再熟悉不过了，电脑、电视都是科技的馈赠，自从瓦特发明了蒸汽机，整个世界就迈入了科技时代；自从爱迪生发明了电灯，我们就离开了黑暗并且更加崇拜科技了；牛顿因为树上掉下来的一个苹果，发现了万有引力定律，又让科技向前迈进了一大步。

引起碎片化生活的重要原因就是我们太依赖于高科技，从而使我们的专注力不能集中做好一件事。如今，我们的生活已经与高科技融为一体了，在你周围总是会有高科技的存在，我们也已经离不开高科技了。手机，是最好的证明，现在的年轻人又有多少是不需要靠手机来生活的？就连一些老年人也逐渐习惯了高科技的生活。

就拿我的奶奶说起，我的奶奶以前是不用手机的，她觉得手机对她来说没有什么多大的用处。可是有一天她看见周围的朋友每人都有一步手机，无聊时会发发微信，还时常会一起视频聊天，她就也想有个微信能和朋友们一起聊天，于是她就自己买了个手机，让我帮她注册微信，教她用微信。

现在奶奶能熟练地用起微信，时不时地就拿起手机看一看微信，有没有什么消息。原本在看电视的她，会时常拿出手机来看；原本是该睡午觉的时候，因为睡不着而拿出手机来看看。总是没有专注着做一件事情，总是被碎片化。

我也是这样的，早上刚起床，我便会拿起手机玩一玩游戏，吃早饭时也不停歇。晚上做作业时，也总写写停停，吃点零食开开小差，无法集中注意力专注写完作业。和家人们一起吃饭时，把手机放在桌上边吃边玩。也许，很多人都有相似的地方吧。

原本许多不属于碎片化的时间，都被人们碎片化了。结果是，人们的注意力不再集中，时间不能整段利用，心情更是因为这所谓的碎片化，而变得浮躁起来。

在不知道碎片化这个概念之前，我们都知道浪费时间是可耻的。可是自从有了一些社交软件、游戏等这些的诞生，许多人在睡觉前，吃饭时，等车时，卫生间里，都在低头刷手机。都认为这是在利用碎片化时间，其实是在浪费时间，更多时候都在看一些无关紧要的信息。

碎片化改变了我们的生活习惯和方式，偷走了我们许多宝贵的时间，珍贵的专注力和宝贵的深入思考的能力。许多人忙忙碌碌一天下来感觉自己都没做什么事，相反有些人就能用好一天的时间，做很多有意义的事情。

真正的“碎片化”是把时间综合运用，做好时间管理，把零碎的时间拼凑成完整的时间块，来做更多有意义的事情。少去关注一些无意义的信息，多看看真正有意义的信息。

自从我家买来电脑这段时间，可以说是发生了翻天覆地的变化。请听我慢慢道来。

以前老师布置一个查资料的作业，我不是不做就是要跑到很远的书店里去众里寻他千百度去寻思答案。还要翻很多的书，有时还查不到呢!真是太麻烦了。买了电脑后就不同了，我想查什么资料就在百度中去搜索答案，真是方便极了!

电脑不仅能查阅览室料，还能聊天呢!只要在腾qq里注测之后，就会和网友个够。我家里每天上网时间最长的就要数爸爸了!

每天他下班，首先忙着做的就是开电脑，和，网友们下象棋，比拼比拼。只要爸爸一下象棋就可说是达到废寝忘食的境界了。只要妈妈上班，他就可以什么都不顾地玩游戏了。有几次还忘了给我做饭。有一次爸爸对我说：“乖女儿，你自己去下面吧!顺便也给我下一碗，你千万别告诉妈妈，明天我给你买零食吃。”唉!他真是玩游戏永无止境啊!我真希望他玩游戏能够有尺度呀!而且电脑看多了，视力也会下降，对自己的身体也不好。

妈妈用电脑的时间排在第二位。她每天下班，都要先看股市的行情，看一下财经新闻，研究一下股票，然后听听歌，斗一下地主。告诉你吧!我妈斗地主已经有两千多分了，而我爸爸还负两百多分。差距实在是太大了。我嘛，用电脑的时间，当然就最少了。星期一到星期五，只能查查资料，写作文的时候，到作文网去参考一下别人的作文。星期六到了，如果我这一周表现得好，妈妈就会奖励我30分钟的时间自由安排。我总是先去看我那可爱的小企鹅宠物——精灵竹。因为我平时根本不能照顾它。只能到了这个时候来看它一下。当然，我关注它的时间也不多，就10分钟，另20分钟就拿来打小游戏。我最喜欢打的就是儿童类各敏捷类，我觉得它们可以使我感到快乐，而且能让我在游戏中得到动脑的机会。没买电脑以前，全家都会看电视，可现在，电视已经没有一个人看了。这就是网络改变了我家的生活，使我家更加快乐，温馨。这就是科技改变的现实，网络真的太神奇了，网络改变了我的生活。
