As a Senior Grade Three students, I am very busy in preparing for the college entrance examination.

I have seven classes a day, and two self-study classes at night. And only a day left for the weekend. So, most of the time I have to spend on the study, after all the college entrance examination is very important for almost all of us. Aside of study, I would play football with my friends after school and the weekend. I like playing football very much. When I run on the football field, I can put the examination thing off my mind for a while, only sweat and laugh left. 我真庆幸自己置身于这样一个智能的新时代。记得一个周末，我上完钢琴课回家已经11点了，可是爷爷居然还悠闲地坐着玩手机，没有出去买菜。唉？今天爷爷不会忘记买菜了吧？不会没煮饭吧？我不安地对爷爷说：“爷爷，今天你没去买菜吗？”“别急。”爷爷笑眯眯地说。只见，他拿出手机，在屏幕上划拉几下。不到二十分钟，就听见“叮咚叮咚”的门铃声，我开了门，一位叔叔面带微笑地递给我一个袋子“您订的菜到了。”我接过袋子，和爷爷一起查看了食材的质量，令我大吃一惊，食材不亚于爷爷在市场或超市里买的。爷爷脸上露出了得意的笑，对我说：“这就是我学会的新技能‘朴朴一下’，只要在手机上预订好，就能吃到新鲜的菜，有活动时还很优惠，等一下你尝尝。”不一会儿，爷爷从厨房里端出一盘一盘美味的菜肴。“嗯，真好吃，真是又美味又便利”我心中感叹道。现在连普通老百姓都能享用智能带给我的便捷，也可以吃上“放心菜”。

“QQ”、“微信”、“淘宝”、“微信”、“朴朴”……这一个个APP正逐步改变着我们的生活，让生活变得更加智能、便利。这难道不是日益腾飞的中国的一个缩影吗？

我发现，我们现在身处在科技飞速发展的一个美好时代。我们身边的很多事物都被满满的黑科技包围着，如全面屏手机、激光投影仪、台式电脑等。现在，让我们穿越时空隧道看看50年前的今天吧！

50年前的今天，没有电脑、手机，甚至连一个老式黑白电视机都非常少见。想给远方的朋友捎信，要写好了信后放进邮箱里，再等着邮递员来把信捎给别人。我记得外婆家有一个老式的电视机，看电视时，可算是来了客人了！沙发、椅子全都坐满了，可能还有几个人是站着。街道上只能见到几辆自行车，连老爷车也都很少见。

现在，让我们回到现实，再来看看吧！街道上一辆接一辆的豪华轿车奔驰在路上，川流不息。手机、平板电脑处处可见。想跟朋友问候一下，直接用手机微信留个言，发一个语音，搞定。大彩电家家户户随处可见，想调频道音量，一个遥控器，Nice！想创建文档，不用说，轻薄的笔记本电脑随身携带，哪都能弄，轻松搞定！

人类现在创造的科技，已经为我们的生活提供了不小的便利。我想：科技的飞速发展也成就了我们今天的美好生活。而我们长大后也要将科技融入更先进的生活，我们要让科技一步步走向未来。

How to adapt youself to college life

There are obvious differences between high school life and college life. First,college students will live in the dormitory with classmates who come from various places, and who may have different living habits. Second,college teachers ,instead of explaning in detail how to solve every problem, might only tell different approaches to the problem, and leave students to study and solve problems independently. Finally, in college,there is more free time for students to spend on.

However how should the college freshman adapt himself to these differeces. First of all, he should learn to be tolerant and consider more for others,which is necessary for group living. Moreover he should take active part in collective activities and make more communication with classmates and teachers. It will help he be smoothly integrated with your new environment. Besides,as to study,he should develop a good habit of self-teaching and learn to arrange study independently. Of course,it may take a freshman some while to become accustomed to the study and life in college. However, we all have to accept constant challenges of new things in our life. To conclude,college students should try to adapt himself to college life as soon as possible, so as to take full advantages of their precious college time.

When someone disagrees with you or offends you, don’t lose your temper. Why? Because it is of no use to do so. You ought to (should) be patient and keep calm lest you should quarrel with him. You must know that patience is not cowardice, but a virtue. I hope that everybody practices it.

In addition, patience will also bring us success. When you meet with difficulties in your work, it is no use losing heart. You must keep on fighting until (till) the final victory belongs to you.

曾经看过一本书，叫《不抱怨的世界》，书上写道：“人形成一个习惯，需要连续的21天。”书内附送了一个胶质紫色手环，一看就很耐磨的那种。“每当你抱怨一次时，就将手环换一只手戴上，当它一直呆在你的一只手上连续21天，你就成功了。”

抱着好玩的心态，我开始了21天的挑战。

由于学校规定是不能带手环的，所以我拿一枚硬币代替。刚刚开始第一天，我就发现，习惯真是太可怕了。自上了初三后，老师们就开始各种惨无人道，于是每天一边赶作业一边絮絮叨叨的抱怨上两句已经成为了家常便饭，有时甚至察觉不到自己正在抱怨。一枚硬币被我不停的在左右荷包之间来回，数都数不清换了多少次了。自从有了这枚硬币，我觉得自己身上怨气忒重了，班上同学们怨气也不轻。

大家已经习惯了充满怨气的生活，偶尔愤青一下甚至是议论老师们。习惯之后就很难改变，我每天都在努力的克制自己不要去想，但抱怨就像不受控制似地脱口而出。总而言之，经过了一段时间的改善，换硬币的次数也勉勉强强的降到了个位数，而我也发现了一些改变。

我开始习惯对某些烦心事忽略不计，也习惯了过滤掉班主任那些像耍脾气似的恶言恶语，为了减少抱怨，我习惯了在学校写完作业，车上背书回家好好放松的生活模式，这样不反轻松了许多，过滤掉那些讨厌的东西也让我心情愉快。

在习惯了这些之后，我再次审视以前的自己，发现“抱怨”是个既费时又费力的事，低效不节能也不环保。

不得不说，在各种环境下，我们已经不知不觉的习惯了很多，有些习惯甚至是无意识的，有的习惯会带来很重的负担。如果我们有时间，就应多审视自己的习惯，当你习惯了改变生活，改善自己之后，你会发现生活可以很轻松，很简单。
