Today, with the development of technology, people own all kinds of electronic products, mobile phone is very popular, almost everyone has a mobile phone at hand, we even can say that we can’t live without mobile phone. As the phone has become so popular, students are also obsessed about it, high school students use cell phone without letting teachers know it, the reason that the teachers ban them to use mobile phone is that the phone will distract students from study. I agree with teachers, as a student, I know exactly how the phone affects me in the class. I always want to check my phone, seeing if there is message. I can’t focus on my study, all my mind thinking is to check on the phone. I am not saying we should not use mobile phone, I advise that it is better use it when we are not studying.

这个问题令人困惑。爸爸出生在70年代，正是处于生活物质极其匮乏的时代。是什么促使我们的生活水平高速变化呢？直到我读了《辉煌六十年》这本书才明白。

1977年，邓小平爷爷提出了“从科学和教育着手”的国家战略方针。从那时起，成千上万的科研人员、高精技术工人和人民教师开始响应国家号召，投入到科研教育第一线中，让新中国科技迅速发展，人们的生活水平得到飞速提高。

看到这，我不禁想起了我的老家——盛富，一个曾经贫穷的小山村。记得我小的时候，通往老家的山路尽是土路，一下雨便变得泥泞不堪，难以通行；仅有的几台电视都是黑白的，频道少，而且还经常出现雪花；在山区冬冷夏热，夏天不但没有空调，有的连风扇都没有，热得令人难以忍受，蚊子又乘机出来捣乱，一直是我既爱又恨的地方。

不知不觉的，我慢慢长大了。每一次回到老家时，都感觉有了新的变化。昔日泥泞荒山，今日茶树满山；昔日制茶农活靠手干，今日铁皮机器转的欢。看，那一袋袋制好的茶叶，宣告着人工制茶的传统做法一去不复返；看，那茶叶车间中的恒温空调，仿佛在用那强劲的风儿告诉大家那“靠天吃饭”的时代已经结束；看，昔日的黑白电视已不复存在，取而代之的是“指哪播哪”的卫星电视和“连接网络”的数字电视，其中卫星电视可以接收来自于大洋彼岸的美国电视频道，而数字电视则彻底实现了“想什么时候看就什么时候看”的“高难度动作”……

谁也没想到，科技改变了我们的生活，曾经贫穷的小山村发生了如此巨变。再过几十年，当我们年华老去时，我们的生活又会发生怎样翻天覆地的变化啊！我们相信，随着科学技术的高速发展，我们的生活一定会更加幸福美好，我们的祖国一定会更加繁荣昌盛！

在当今这个科技十分发达的时代，许多伟大的发明家发明了各种高科技产品，如：可穿戴的智能设备、人工智能机器人、3D打印机……而手机，也是高科技产品中的 “一员”。

如今，几乎每个人都有属于自己的手机，有的喜欢在网上查找各种所需的资料，有的喜欢用手机看各种视频，还有的喜欢在网上购买自己所需的物品……手机的优点很多，但手机有个最鲜明的特点，那就是----它是一个电话机。如果在古代就有手机的话，那么王安石还会写“春风又绿江南岸，明月何时照我还”这句诗吗？ 他只需要在思念故乡的时候给家里人打个电话，报个平安，并可以跟家人聊聊最近发生的趣事。虽然相隔千里，但时时能听到乡音；如果在古代就有手机的话，李白也就不会“举头望明月，低头思故乡”了，王维也同样就不会抒发“独在异乡为异客，每逢佳节倍思亲”的浓浓思乡之情了。

有人可能不禁会问：电话机不是在民国时期就有了吗？那么在民国时期就可以打电话，基本没有了用飞鸽传书、人力传信等耗时间的方法了，但为什么还要设计一个跟以前不一样的手机呢？直接用民国时期的电话机不就好了吗？可不，是高科技改变了我们的生活，改变了我们传统思维！

在以前，人们购买东西都要亲自去商店，精挑细选，费时又费力，而现在，人们只用在手机上下载一个淘宝，就可以在网上购买，不管是东南西北哪里的东西，只要在淘宝上下了单，就有人把货帮你送达，既能买到自己心仪的商品，又能节省时间，何乐而不为？手机里有一个更便利的软件是：微信。微信可以语音、视频通话，出去时只需带把手机，买东西时微信扫一扫，就可以付款，真的是十分方便。

当然，世间万物，没有一项东西是十全十美的，手机也不例外！比如：便捷小巧的手机会对我们人类造成近视、会让一些自控力低的人沉迷于此……但是我相信，在这个人才辈出的时代，一定会有人能把手机变得更加完美，一定能发明出更多更好的高科技，给我们带来更大的帮助，让人类享受更美好、更幸福的日子！

我们有很多美好的梦想——长大了当科学家，艺术家，还想拿到很多人梦寐以求的诺贝尔奖……我以为这些梦想会随着自己年龄的增长而实现，但后来，我知道了必须学好丰富的科学文化知识，敢于创新，不怕挫折，执着追求，才能实现梦想。

我国着名农学家袁隆平苦心研究30多年，终于培育出被誉为‘东方魔稻’的高产水稻品种；爱因斯坦挑战权威，大胆创新，终于推翻了物理学界权威的牛顿第二定律；还有细菌学家弗莱明，艰苦学习，不断探索，终于发现了青霉素，造福人类……这些伟大的科学家的事迹都证明了：只有不懈努力，不断创新，朝自己的目标奋勇前进，才能获得成功。

科技对于我们是多么重要！假如有一天，没有了电，人们将继续生活在黑暗中；没有了手机和电脑，人们是不是还用飞鸽传书；没有了煤气、石油，那人们岂不是还要吃生的东西或钻木取火，继续用生畜拉车……

由此看来，我们的衣食住行一刻都离不开科技的贡献，相信我们身边的每个人也在时时刻刻的对科技的发展以自己的方式探索着，贡献着……

科学技术的日新月异，使得科学不只为尖端技术服务，也越来越多地渗透到我们的日常生活之中，这就需要正处于青少年时代的我们热爱科学，学习科学。参加科技比赛、阅读科技书籍，使我明白了许多道理。精密的机器人，不用燃料的汽车，

高科技信息的传送等等，一个个生动有趣的现象，越来越激起了我探索科学的愿望。我们每个人都要学习科学，传播文明，在享受新生活的同时，更要创造新生活。如今，科技产品的更新换代不断加快，网络电视、光纤上网、心脏起搏器，已经不算新鲜了。从1901年发明的真空吸尘器，到第一颗人造卫星、载人飞船，科技在不同领域里显示出了强大的力量。电子产业、通讯技术的日益普及，纳米技术、超导材料的广泛应用，不久的一天，也许就在你的餐桌上，会出现像太空番茄、人造牛肉等生物工程食品。学习科学技术，不仅仅是为了成为科学家，也是为了能适应生活，更为了能成为新世纪的主人，担起新世纪，为国家建设，为人类文明做出贡献。

During weekdays, I am busy, because I must go to school. I usually get up

at 6:30 a.m.. And then I do some washing. After that, I will have my breakfast

at 6:50. I usually go to school at 7:15. Now, I can go to school and come home

by myself. I have four classes in the morning and three in the afternoon. I have

my lunch at home. I study Chinese, math, English and some other subjects at

school. At night, I can watch TV or play computer. But I have to finish my

homework first. I usually go to bed at 10:00 p.m..

During the winter vacation, nothing is different for my life. I wake up 11

o’clock Am everyday, after a washing, I have a good lunch with my parents. Next

I play computer games till the time to have supper. After have dinner. I go on

playing till 2 o’clock Am, and then go to sleep with tired. This is one dull day

of my winter vacation.But I haven’t bored all the time. Sometimes I read the

books, sometime I listen to the music or the radio in the bed，because it was

very cold outside and snowy all the day. And I also meat some of my good friends

during the vacation ,we have a very long talk about the life of each other in

the past year and play table tennis tegether .And I watched the spring festival

昨天，我去了表姑猪妈妈的新家参观，那儿的高科技真让我大开了眼界。

猪妈妈家位于菱角湖附近的天街小区里，这是个刚建成的新小区。我们来到这里，可小区的大门紧锁，也没有保安站岗。大门上也没有刷卡的地方，这怎么进去。我着急地回头冲猪妈妈喊道：“猪妈妈，这门锁了，也没有保安看门，怎么进去啊？”

只见猪妈妈微笑着走到门前，突然门上的一个小灯亮了，还有个小显示屏，而屏幕上出现猪妈妈的脸，然后“识别成功”四个字出现在显示屏上，再然后就是“卡哒”的一声轻响，门开了！最后留下蒙圈的我，“这也行？”还在神游在那道高科技的大门时，懵懵懂懂来到单元楼前，再次出现识别功能的单元门，我立刻冲到前面，很快显示屏出现“识别失败”，单元门无情的把我拒绝在门外，大家都冲我大笑起来。我也傻傻的笑起来。这门可真是高科技啊！又安全，又方便。

终于来到猪妈妈的家门口，我兴奋地叫道：“猪妈妈，这里也有识别吗？”“没有了。”我失望极了，可猪妈妈却没有掏出钥匙，而是伸出大拇指在门把手上轻轻一按“滴滴”，又是一声轻响，“欢迎回家”，“哇！猪妈妈，你的新家怎么全是黑科技啊！”大家又笑起来。终于进屋了。因为在路上喝了很多水，所以很快我跑进来卫生间，因为着急，没有向大人报告。坐在马桶上，“哇，马桶是热的，好舒服。咦，旁边的是什么，怎么这么多按钮？”无意中随意按了一下，突然，一股热水冲在我的屁屁上，吓得我跳起来，水从里面冲在外面，将洁净的地面淋湿了。我慌忙打开门，大喊：“猪妈妈，快来呀，马桶坏了，漏水了，快点！”只见大人们都跑过来，看到卫生间的样子都哈哈大笑。特别是猪妈妈，笑得眼泪都出来了。“这是洗屁屁的。”只见她在一个按钮上轻轻一按，水就停了，猪妈妈让我继续坐在马桶上，又按了个按钮，只感觉一股热气冒出来，很快屁屁就烘干了。

啊，现在的科技太先进了，完全改变了生活，太方便了。感受到这些，我想：“一定要好好学习，长大了我也要创造更高的科技！”

在初二上学期的英语教科书中，有一个词组“SURF·THE·INTEMET”，翻译成中文就是“网上冲浪”。随着社会的日益发达，网络在人们生活中的普遍程度越来越高，“网上冲浪”这一类词语也越来越多地出现在人们的交流中。但有一部分人却认为上网对人有百害而无一利，其实不然，只要恰当上网，它能帮助我们解决许多事情，它会使我们的生活发生很大的改观。

前年，我家买了一台新电脑。后来，通过一系列的组装、申请，我家的电脑安上了宽带，我也第一次见识了神奇的网络。

我第一次见到网络的主页时，我简直不敢相信自己的眼睛。什么“新闻杂志”、“汽车房产”、“体育快讯”……内容多得简直让人目不暇接，真让人看得眼花缭乱。一开始，我对网络还只处在初期试探阶段，而到后来，多接触了网络后，我渐渐发现了网络有趣的地方。网络也渐渐改变了我的生活。

在我家没有网络的时候，我遇到问题，除了请教父母、老师外没有其它方法，而当老师不在或父母无法答出时，就只能空在那儿。现在可不同了，现在我可以向“电脑先生”请教了。一般情况下的问题对它来说就是张飞吃豆芽——小菜一碟。因此，我总可以得到的满意的答案。偶尔还因此受到老师的表扬。

网络除了在学习上帮助我之外，在课外生活方面也能给我不小的帮助。以前，我做完作业后，几乎没事儿可干，看书、看电视觉得十分无聊，出去玩又没有伴。现在我可以上网，在网上看一些有趣的故事，一些感兴趣的话题，一些古今中外的名著和一些最及时的新闻，偶尔还可以听听音乐，玩玩游戏放松一下。网络也让我枯燥的寒、暑假生活充满乐趣。它使我写作业更轻松了，玩得内容更丰富，让我的生活更有意义更愉快了，我有时甚至感叹：“家有网络，不亦乐乎！”

现在，我的生活因网络变得丰富多彩。我感谢网络给我的一切，感谢它改变了我的生活。同时我也希望网络可改变更多人的生活，使更多人的生活变得丰富多彩！

For most university students, dormitory life is a new experience. Most students have never lived far away from their parents before coming to university. They have always had their parents to depend on for advice and guidance, and when they become university students, their lives begin to change.

There are striking difference between home life and dormitory life. Student must begin to be responsible for their own action. They must depend on themselves to get up in the morning on, time for class, to eat properly, to keep their clothes and themselves clean ,and to set aside an appropriate amount of time for study and relaxation. They must also learn to take care of their money, making sure to preserve enough for both necessities and for fun.

In general, there are both good and bad points about life in student dormitory. Often, dormitory?rooms are small and crowded. This lack of space can limit ones privacy and make it?difficult for students to concentrate on their studies. On the other hand, in a dormitory, student have a great deal more freedom than?they might have at home. They can act according to their own will and desire than to that of parents.

The first thing I did was I made a plan for my study. I assigned my

homework equally according to the holidays so that I can finish all of them in

time. And during my winter vacation, we welcome the most important festival in

China—Spring Festival, it’s also called Chinese New Year by lots of

foreigners.

At that night, our family came together and had a big meal. Of course we

had dumplings that night, because that is our Chinese traditional. We then watch

the CCTV spring festival evening party together and watch the beautiful

fireworks. That’s the happiest time in this world! The winter vacation I had

dreamed all year around was finally coming. And I really enjoyed a lot from

it.

The first thing I did was I made a plan for my study. I assigned my

homework equally according to the holidays so that I can finish all of them in

time. I also arranged myself the books and words I need to read and recite.

Secondly, I took some extracurricular activities and read some English original

reading. My favorite book is , written by Sherlock Holmes. Among all the

classical movies, the Sound of Music was the most exciting one. During my

holidays I also made some assistance for my physical class teacher, surely I met

lots of difficulties in this stage and from which I knew what perseverance

really was. Lastly, I went to the temple fair and was lucky to taste several

Chinese traditional dishes; “Jiaohua chicken” is one of them. It is said it

originated from Hangzhou centuries ago, made by a famous beggar Hong Qi Gong,

the senior leader of Beggar Gang.Steamed with fresh lotus leaf wrapped up,it is

famous for its special aroma and taste. Now that the holiday is ending and a new

semester is coming, I need to fresh up and get started to embrace the upcoming

challenges.

说起低碳生活，从我记事起，外公就帮我养成了一个很好的习惯——将一些废纸和纸箱都收集起来，然后拿到废品收购站去卖。那时我还不懂什么，只当是节约，现在想想，要是每个人都能这样做的话，那我们人类将可以少砍多少树呀!每次我和家人去超市购物，我都会提醒大人带上环保袋，平时我们买饮料会尽量买纸盒装的，那样可以减少“白色污染”。 记得有一回在超市，我妈妈看见一个可以挤牙膏的东西，就要买下来，说那样的话可以把牙膏挤的很干净，那可以节省点。我却说：“你看，这是用是塑料做的”。妈妈不明白是什么意思。我又说：“为了节省点一点牙膏而使地球上又多了一些白色垃圾，有什么好的”?妈妈恍然大悟，连说：“是呀，是呀!看来这个发明的确是得不偿失呀”!

低碳生活其实还有很多小窍门呢!比如洗脸过的水可以用来冲马桶，浇花;洗衣机里洗衣物的水可以用一个个盆子装起来，可以用来擦地板，擦家具……这些都是我们平时力所能及的一些小事。

你看，低碳生活其实就是这么简单!让我们一起行动起来：人人做到我做起吧!

语文课上，老师让同学们列两张清单，一张是自己抱怨的事，一张是自己感恩的事。

我将这两张清单罗列完之后又重新逐条看了一遍。抱怨的事中第一件就是快中考了。是啊，中考，在我的想法里早已被压力、担心、紧张等等等等里三层外三层地围了个水泄不通。而不可否认的是，在感恩清单上的第一件事也是中考，因为中考过后可以升到高一级学府，而且还有近两个月的长假，那是很令人期待的事啊。

可见，无论是抱怨还是感激，都有内在的联系。我憎恨考试，它让我时时刻刻都那么紧张;我厌恶父母永无休止的唠叨，使我不得尽事随意“开心颜”。但我感激一次又一次的考试，让我认清自己的不足，更感谢父母的唠叨，这些唠叨句句都是关爱，让我不会迷失，更不会在无垠的人生旷野上走丢。

我们之所以抱怨那么多的事情，是因为它们令我们身心俱疲，打击在我们的最软弱处最悲哀处。然而，我们是否想过正是这些磨练使我们的脆弱处变得坚忍，从而提升了自己。

所以，我们抱怨的那些事情，也正是我们最应该感激的啊!

感激不如意的成绩，感激令人疲惫的体能训练，感激父母的唠唠叨叨，感激即将到来的中考……这些曾经都是“抱怨清单”的住户，如今却在我的“感恩清单”上居住，并且是永驻!

同那么多的抱怨，挥手作别吧，让它们成为我们的感恩基石，感激它们的历练使我们得到了真真正正彻彻底底的成长。

就拿现在人手一部的智能手机来说，多少年前手机还未普及，出产的也仅仅是单位体积质量巨大的“大哥大”，它的主要功能也就只有打电话，而且携带也十分的不方便。现在呢?下到几岁的小孩，大到八九十岁的老年人都能够简单的使用智能手机。手机的功能也变得十分强大，玩游戏、看书、看新闻......更能一应俱全，真可谓是“一机在手，天下我有”。从悄然发展，信号甚至刚开始时还不是特别的稳定到现在全球大部分的地区都几乎覆盖上，人们使用也随之变得更加方便。人们更加依赖手机的强大功能，它慢慢地变成人们日常生活中的一部分。正式因为科技的发展，才有了智能手机的诞生，只能手机改变生活，科技改变生活。

说到智能手机，就不得不提到互联网了。在这个大数据时代，互联网的存在使整个地球成为一个巨大的“网状物”，将人们的生活的方方面面联系在一块儿，时事及时播报，往往顺着“一条线”延伸过去，就是另外一番天地，仅仅通过互联网仿佛就能与整个世界“相知相识”，做到即便足不出户，也可以通过互联网轻易知晓天下事。也正是因为这种联系，人们的日常生活就这么被联系起来，社会也随之联系起来。若是从前，谈何做到?正是因为科技的发展并且切实地运用到实际生活中，才能有如此盛况，是科技改变了生活。

有了互联网开辟的道路，电商也随之兴起，从跑到实体店购买所需要的商品到现在，呆在家，拿起手机刷刷点点，挑选到满意的商品，就可以直接上线交易支付，接着什么也不用再做，只需要待在家里等快递员“叩叩”的敲门声就可以了。这这极大的方便了人们的生活，也改变了人们的生活习惯。从一定要外出购物，到居家挑选心仪的商品，，等待送货上门，不得不说是一种非常大的改变。

总而言之，正是因为科技的发展进步，人们的生活方式也随之改变，人们的物质生活越来越讲究精致，为了适应人们的需求，科技也在不断地进步，二者相互影响，科技改变了生活，人们从中获益。

我的家乡在百色市右江区，这是一个革命老区，有着悠久的革命历史文化。自十八大以来，我的家乡发生了翻天覆地的变化。如：通了动车，让我们的出行更方便；建了好几座大桥，像纽带般把家乡连接起来。家乡的变化还有很多，而最让我欣喜的还是关于互联网的变化。

一天早上，我和妈妈一起去吃早餐。我们来到一家早餐店，点了一碗玉米粥，4元钱。妈妈刚想拿出现金结账，却发现没带零钱，于是，她拿出手机进行支付宝转账。我奇怪地问妈妈：“4元钱这么少，为什么要用支付宝转账，这不是很不方便吗？”妈妈笑着对我说：“用支付宝转账其实是很方便的，不但在没有零钱的时候可以转账，还可以防止拿到假钱，人多时也不会太麻烦。”我明白了。

近些年来，大到几万元，小到一两元，在市内消费时不用现金而用微信、QQ、支付宝等第三方支付平台付账的人越来越多。大家都使用互联网转账，不仅快捷，安全也提高了不少。现在一出门，只要手机里有这样一个“小银行”，想吃什么、玩什么、买什么，都不是难事。在很久以前，大家都认为，一个小小的手机不可能装下数目如此大的金钱，于是对这种交易方式置之不理。当它掀起一股热潮时，大家都担心被骗，对它敬而远之。现在，我明白了：虽然这有弊有利，但利大于弊，十分方便、快捷。这是一个令人欣喜的变化！
