如果要求句是英语就可以把它变成主题句，例如这样一篇作文：

这样的作文的要求句就可以扩充成主题句。扩充后三段的主题句分别为：

1)It is very important to have good health .(将名词importance变成形容词important)

2)There are four ways to keep fit for me .(用there be 句型)

二、条理清楚

保证不跑提示写作当中第一任务，第二个重要任务就是要做到条理清楚。对于议论文来说，正反面要清楚，对于说明文来说条理要清楚，对于描述文来说，谁干什么要清楚。就拿上例Good health 来说，第一段保持正反面要清楚救应这样写：正面(With good health ,we can...)，反面(Without good health ,we cando nothing .We cant do...)

为了使文章更具有条理性，我们可以用first(ly) second(ly) third(ly)等副词，他们可以是文章的条例性更加突出。作文是主观题，想得告分就必须引起老师的主意，老师的时间很短(每篇作文只有一两分钟就要阅完)，所以我们在列调试最好不用: To be with,... after that ,...And then, ... The next , ... Thefollowing , ... As last ... 。因为用这样的词语不利于老师看出你作文的条理性。

三、保证作文符合字数要求的十二句作文法

考生一般都希望作文达到字数而又不至于写得太多，因为写得太多一方面暴露自己语言上的弱点，另一方面又会占用过多的时间。写得太多还易跑题，一个有效的方法就是十二句作文法。

我们知道，四级作文都是三段式。我们算一下，如果我们在每一段中写上四句，即主题句加两三句扩展句和一个结论句就可以了。这样全片在十二句左右，每一句十多个词，就又120-150个字。大家可以试图找一些作文题练一练。

时光就“嗖”的一声要倒流到6年前，那时我还是一个天真的五年级小学生，玩基本上成了我生活的宗旨和全部。然而有一天，爸爸妈妈买回一台24英寸的彩电，我真是惊喜万分。每当电视屏幕上出现那诱人的五彩画面，我都会目不转睛的盯着它，就这样，慢慢的电视就成了我生活中不可缺少的一部分了，而且慢慢成了我生活中的非常重要的一部分…… 每天我都要抽出时间用在看电视上，自然我对不少频道的不少节目了如指掌。特别是在“超级女生”频繁亮相电视屏幕的时候，我的生活里也渐渐有了超级女生，回家第一件事就是打开电视看超级女生，到了学校与同学交谈的内容最多的也是超级女生。我会为她们的成功晋级而欢欣鼓舞，也会为她们被淘汰出局而难过万分。渐渐的我真的迷上了她们，简直就成了人们口中的“追星族”了。亲爱的爸爸妈妈，可别叫我小傻瓜呀…… 。

女孩的心思总是会让人难以捉摸，慢慢厌倦了关注明星的我，曾一度对新闻感兴趣了。当“5、12汶川大地震”频繁出现在电视屏幕上的那一段时间里，我的心也在随着汶川人们的心一起跳动着。我开始每天关注着汶川大地震的情况，关注又救出了多少受灾群众，关注死伤人数，关注是否还在发生余震，关注灾区人们重建家园的情况…… 是电视，开阔了我的视野，打开了我窄小的心门，让我也能关心国家大事，让我能比较快捷地了解到灾区人们的情况。

这电视带来的一切变化，带给我的不仅仅是表面上的欣喜，更是内心的感化，思想的洗礼。我真的要好好感谢电视。

移动互联正在改变我们的生活。一早起来，用手机查一下今天的天气预报；出门，用手机解锁一辆共享单车；饿了，手机上点击几下坐等美食送上门；空余时间，拿出手机看看新闻刷刷朋友圈……这些生活场景正逐渐变成我们的日常。

但所有事物都有它的两面性。我们在享受着移动互联给我们带来的便利的同时，也不得不眼睁睁地看着我们的生活逐渐被碎片化了。当你正在聚精会神地进行工作或学习时，时常会被手机的推送消息打断了进程。手机屏幕在争夺着我们的注意力，而且，不光是手机屏幕，马路边、广场上、电梯中……越来越多的大大小小的屏幕在那里花枝招展，时刻争夺着我们的注意力，让我们越来越难以集中一段时间专注于某件事情上面。

纵观人类历史，所有新技术的诞生，都不会应用于全人类，而只会把人类分割成两个部分：一部分人拥抱新技术、学习新技术，因此得以继续不断前进；另一部分人鄙视新技术、拒绝新技术，墨守成规，因此逐渐被历史所淘汰。比如汽车取代马车、电话取代电报、电脑取代人脑，这些新技术的诞生，都激发了人类新一轮的技术革命。但在这些新技术的诞生之初，却都引发了当时人类巨大的争议的。

如果说“90”后是互联网的原住民，那么我们“00”后，就是移动互联的原住民。我们最初接触屏幕，就是从手机屏幕开始的。虽然现在由于学习压力，学校和家长都限制我们使用手机的时间，但是，与其堵截，不如疏导，就像大禹治水。老师和家长们应该充分相信我们这一代人，会利用好这个移动互联工具，利用碎片化的时间，进行碎片化的学习、阅读、社交……

其实，作为移动互联，不应该仅仅只有手机，人类逐渐开始普及的穿戴式的移动设备，也是移动互联的重要载体。今后，还将进入万物互联的阶段。还有像AI人工智能、量子技术……未来科技的列车正向我们滚滚而来！而我们所有人，都应该做好迎接新生科技的准备，拥抱新技术，学习新技术，做一名终身学习者！

不知道从什么时候开始，“共享”这个词开始进入我们的视野。共享单车、共享书店、共享篮球等层出不穷。渐渐地，在我们的生活中，人们习惯了共享资源的存在。

对于这些共享资源，我相信人们对于这些资源是感到非常便利的。记得那去市区参加作文比赛，因为距离比赛开始还有相当长一段时间，我便在川流不息的马路上走着。突然被不远停着的一排小黄车所吸引，走近一看原这就是共享单车。它们就停放在马路旁边，行人可以根据需要来使用共享单车。这对于人们的生活是一种改变，当时我就在想：生活真的是变得越来越方便了！

现在不仅仅有共享单车，甚至还有共享汽车，但是，我们在使用这些设备的同时，还有很关键的一点，那便是要了解正确使用方法。前一段时间，我在电视上看到一片新闻。一女子被困在共享汽车内，最后是将共享汽车破坏才得以“逃出生天”，但是在后来的视频中，一工作人员用很快很简单的方法就出来了。当时我在思考这件事情，或许人在遇到这类情况的时候会比较慌乱，但是仍要尽力保持冷静，了解它的正确使用方法，这样的话，共享汽车也不必遭受池鱼之殃了。

但是当人们习惯了这些共享资源带来的改变之后，问题就开始显现出来了，如同每一枚硬币都有它的另一面。这类事件其实并不少见，在新闻上时常可以看见，共享单车被随意摆放，弄得街道杂乱无章。甚至还有共享单车被破坏：坐垫被人拆除了，车轮子被人卸掉了，车链子被人取下了……所谓以铜为镜，可以正衣冠；以史为镜，可以知古今；以人为镜，可以明得失。现在以这类事件为镜，可以看到个别人士的素质仍然是不太高。本来，这些共享资源的存在就是为了人们的生活带来便利，但被满地乱摆放的共享单车却成为了我们的阻碍，这与它的本意是背道而驰的。至于那些破坏资源的人，做的就是损人不利己的愚蠢行为了。因此，共享资源的利用可以看出我们人民的素质水平。

时代在变迁，他的车轮滚滚向前，我们谁也阻止不了。共享资源作为这个时代的产物，必然有他存在的意义，他也在改变并在影响着我们的生活。“共”就是共同，“享”就是享有，用这些共同享有的资源来使我们的生活变得更加美好，这才是我们存在的意义。

“碎片化”意指完整的东西被分割成了诸多零块。我们的生活，其实也在悄然无息中被分割了。

周末的早晨，阳光洒进窗户，睁开眼第一件事便是打开手机，看看微信，刷刷朋友圈。看完手机后，刷牙、洗漱、吃过早饭便带上手机拿起书包出门了。

用手机打开共享单车软件，快速地扫上一辆车，顺便回复、点赞几条朋友圈，便骑去了地铁站。坐地铁的同时，不忘蹭一下WIFI，看几条新闻过渡一下。

来到了补课班，姑且放下手机，认真听课。上完课，用手机将作业拍下，再次乘坐地铁回家。吃了午饭，看看微信订阅号中的文章，时而感慨时而发呆。看完文章，边听着手机里的美妙歌曲，边做作业，很是惬意。

吃过晚饭，打开手机看看明天的天气，再看会儿电子书，用手机定好闹钟，便早早地上床睡觉了。

回顾这看似充实的一天，我深刻体会到：其实手机并没有真正给我带来什么，反而，使我的生活在碎片化中被消磨了。手机上看的大多都是娱乐信息，对我的学习、生活并无太多帮助。随身携带一本课外读物或英语单词本，比把碎片的时间浪费在手机上要明智许多，也能更好地提高学习效率。

合理地使用手机，使碎片化生活绽放光芒！

Different people have different opinions about school life.As for me,I think it likes a cup of coffee.Maybe a little bitter,but I really enjoy it.Some students hate homework a lot.
