苹果、三星、索尼这些智能手机品牌，相信大家都不会感到陌生。1876年，贝尔发明了电话；1973年，出现了第一台手机，它们的出现，给人类带来了通讯的方便，使远隔重洋的人在拨起手机时的一瞬间听到远方亲朋熟悉的声音，正所谓“天涯若比邻”。如今，随着科技的迅速发展，手机不再只是一个普通的通讯工具，手机的使用范围、功能更加广泛，人们可以用它在线聊天，看电影，看小说，看新闻，玩游戏、娱乐等等。

走在大街上，你会发现，百分之八十的人的口袋里都会有一台智能手机，有的人还一边走一边玩手机，撞到电线杆等障碍物的事故更是时有发生；很多餐厅、咖啡厅的店门前都会有这么一段话，“内有无线网络”，许多人和朋友来到餐厅里，并不是和朋友聊天，而是“低头看手机。”

然而，人们在享受着智能手机带给他们所谓的快乐的同时，智能手机正摧残着人们的身体健康。智能手机的辐射非常强，长时间使用手机，轻则产生视力减退，重则会造成视网膜脱落等严重的眼部疾病。有的学生在晚上迟迟不肯入睡竟然是为了玩手机，为了不让家长唠叨，竟躲在被窝里玩手机，在昏暗的环境里使用智能手机，对眼睛的伤害有多大是可想而知的了。许多还未入学的小孩的眼睛前，已经多了“两只眼睛”。据调查，在众多的电子产品中，人们使用最多的是计算机电脑，其次就是智能手机。小孩大多是过多地使用电子产品而患上了近视眼。过多地使用智能手机，不仅有害眼睛健康，还会危害身心健康的发展，并影响学业。

更可怕的是，智能手机已成为犯罪分子的作案工具。他们利用安卓手机的开放性，盗取用户的个人信息等重要资料，从而达到作案目的，继而获取利益。

科技的发展迅速，智能手机的功能广泛，影响并改变着人类的生活，它方便了人类，也侵害者人类。我们应当扬其利，避其害，合理、科学地使用手机。
