低碳”这个词已经成为21世纪的代名词，低碳也是因为现在的人们终于认识到保护环境的重要性，才创造出的这个词。所以我决定，在以后的生活中，我也要处处“低碳”，保护我们生存的家园。

一切从出行开始，我出门尽量少坐出租车，距离短的就步行，距离长的就坐公交车。我发现，一段时间后，我既节省了路费，又锻炼了身体，真可谓两全其美。

接着，就要从节水做起了。我尽量用洗衣水来清洁马桶、拖地……每次喝水，我会记着要喝多少就接多少水，绝不多接，节约饮用水资源。慢慢的，我发现，地拖得越来越干净，连我都能照的出来了。

最后，就是节电了。一到晚上，我们家就灯火通明，每个房间的灯都开着，有时，电视机前没有人，电视依旧开着，浪费了不少电。我告诉爸爸妈妈，离开房间后要随手关灯。不看电视时，记得将电视关闭，并且少用电脑。在白天，能不开灯，就不要开灯。我们一家人都那么做，我相信，我们家的电费一定会少不少的。两个月后，妈妈再去交电费时，发现少了好几度电呢!

我从网上了解到：在北京，人们为了让汽车少排出尾气，有了单双号汽车在不同日期行驶。制订了无车日，也是希望大家可以低碳生活，保护我们赖以生存的家园!

后来，我也光顾聊天室，在虚拟空间交了许多网友，海阔天空，从体育流行歌曲，从美国流行酷到日本流行蔻，真是自由自在，无拘无束，反正大家都不用真名，你也不必操心谁说的是真话还是假话。偶尔也会遇到有人说脏话或下流话，在虚拟，大家都不当真，嘿嘿一笑就过去了。网上聊天最酷的是自己一边聊一边可以下载和传送你喜欢的东西，比如讲到哪个歌星的某一首酷歌，你就可以赶快下载，戴上耳机一边欣赏，一边继续跟你的网哥网姐神侃。有时，我也一本正经地在网上谈谈诗歌、服装和电影，真有点像唱卡拉OK，自己飘然成了明星，自我陶醉。

时事信息让我浏览遍了全球的各个角落，国事天下事转瞬间映入眼帘，最新消息就在家里炸响，以至于某次我到汽车站乘车，我发布的新闻比卖的快报还快，一车人听我吹牛。我做到了秀才不出门，能知天下事。

如果我的信件要都用邮寄或者电话的方式，我的银子早就花光了，幸亏有了电子邮箱和网页，现在的我都靠电子邮件来往，十分方便又很快捷。其速度之快，往往以秒为单位来计算!

如今的网络真是无孔不入，不管是谁有了网上的家，大家有事没事都会到你家溜达一下，再一传十，十传百，宣传效果越来越广泛!
