The most important thing to do as a volunteer is to have a heart, a heart that is willing to serve others and help others to solve the difficulties. Volunteers do not matter big or small points, the ancients said: do not be good for small and not for. 昨天，青岛大学自动化工程学院青年志愿者协会携手青岛微尘发起了一场名为“做微尘，献爱心”的公益活动，我作为一名青协义工有幸参与了这场募捐活动。此次募捐活动主要是以义卖物品的方式来募集善款，活动在青岛大学中心校区进行。我们青协义工共分为6个小组，每组一般10人，青大校园内随处可见义工们募集善款的身影。说实话，当我穿上市南义工工作服的时候，我感到无比的骄傲和自豪，那时的我突然觉得自己多了一份使命，觉得自己也可以为社会，为他人贡献自己的一份力量了。

走在青大的校园中，好心的师哥师姐随处可见，每当我们说明白活动后，师哥师姐们都会献出自己的一份爱心。其实在我看来钱多钱少都无所谓，只要有那份心就足够了。涓涓细流般的小爱同样可以汇聚成汪洋恣肆般的大爱。正如歌曲中唱的那样：“只要人人都献出一份爱，世界将变成美好的人间

我认为其实并不是一定压迫成为义工群里的成员才是义工，而不是成员就不义工了。在我看来，义工只是一个称谓，我们每个人日常生活中随时随地都可以去做义工。比如：帮助老人过马路，为别人捡起掉下的东西，再比如在公交车上为老人让座，等等等等，只要你在做这些东西了，你就是一名义工了。

做义工最重要的是一份心，一份愿意为别人服务，帮助别人解决困难的心。做义工没有大事小事之分，古人云：勿以善小而不为。而我们做义工就是要向小事看齐，做到小事时时为，大事集体为。

如果我们不断地通过自己在任何时候的任何行为去尽自己力所能及的力量去帮助别人，去影响身边的人，是他们参加进来，去帮助需要帮助的t他人，我们做义工的目的就要到达了。

慢慢地，我们步入了2017年，这一年的改变也如此之多。在这个多元化的社会中，随着政治的改革，我们的社会也在发生着改变。各种各样的资源出现在我们的生活中，融入进我们的生活中，也于无形中改变着我们的生活，最近掀起的轩然大波？共享单车，便是一种共享资源

单车为我们的出行提供了另一种可能。在以前，平时的上班族我想只有坐地铁，或者坐车这样的出行方式，而不管是哪一种，都有着不便的地方，拥挤的地铁，拥挤的道路，这些无一不拖延了时间，也影响了心情，而作为学生的我们也同样如此，千篇一律地坐车或坐地铁，如今，随着共享单车的出现，越来越多的人选择了骑行的出行方式，既不耗时间，也让我们锻炼了身体。

想想看，每天早晨，骑着自行车，穿梭在车水马龙中，套路的拥挤也影响不了你的路程，暖暖的阳光洒在身上，阵阵风拂过脸庞，看着路上各种各样的行人，也感叹着这个城市的繁荣，生活节奏的快速，就这样感受着每天早上不一样的景物。这难道不比天天坐着地铁，或者被塞进汽车里，千篇一律的生活好的多吗？

其实这些资源不仅融入了我们的生活，也悄无声息的改变了我们的生活。对于这点，我作为每天骑着共享单车上学的一员学生，也深有体会，在没有共享单车前，每个1匆忙的早上使我不能够规划好自己的生活时间，6点左右就起床，匆匆忙忙的套上衣服，刷牙洗脸，又甚至有时候来不及收拾自己，随手拿一片面包就当成早饭，而光是地铁站，就离我家有着1，、2公里的路程，在去学校的时间上，花费的比想象的还要多，即使再早起床，最后的最后也会演变成一场早上的战场，这样毫无规律的早晨，在我过去的生活中并不少见。

而当我看到共享单车的出现时，竟油然而生一种如释负重的心情，慢慢地，它改变了我的很多，每天的早上也不会如此焦急了，虽然一样的时间起床，但我终于可以在好好地打理自己一番后，再以正常的速度出门，每天早上多出的时间甚至可以让我放松娱乐一会儿，又或者复习一下今天学校里要考核的内容，总之，共享单车在路程方面为我最大化的减少了时间，使我能够对自己的生活终于有了规划。

那共享单车在哪里找到呢？不用担心，这些个的共享资源其实随处可见。走出家门，估计抬眼就可见共享单车，如果真的没有看到，也不用担心，这些自行车的数量足够我们整个上海的需要，只要再往前走个百米不到，肯定能看到一辆共享单车，当然，也会有许许多多的问题，比如车辆的损坏，开共享单车APP的故障，没关系，总会有解决的方法，坏了大不了换一辆，而APP也有许多的选择：ofo，摩拜，这都是现在很大众化的开车软件，共享单车永远不会缺少，也永远不会令你担忧。

当然，这些共享单车也不是有着完全的利益，关于共享单车安全问题最近出现的报道也不在少数，但是我相信，只要我们很好地遵守交通规则，做好该做的事，这些危险本不应发生，说到底，这大部分都是我们自己的问题。其实除了安全问题，共享单车的停放也是很多现在的企业重视的问题，本来不应该在私人公司或者小区出现的共享单车，人们却不顾后果的随意停放，造成了诸多不便，而那些负责管理的人，也会因为这些过错，牺牲掉自己的时间，为这些人的过错负责。

所以，在享有这些共享资源的同时，也会有所损失，而这种可以看作是一场赌博的社会现象，我想也是一种这个社会的悲哀吧。

但是，不管怎么说，共享单车为我们确确实实提供了便利，并且利大于弊，而如果我们不好好珍惜的话，这样便利的资源也会被迫使取消，所以，我们更应该为这些共享资源付出应有的责任，不论是这个城市也好，还是这个社会也好，亦或者是我们自己也好。

人身都在经历着不同的阶断，这些阶断都在考验着我们。也许，我们会为此改变，开始不同的人身。也许，对整个过程失去了斗志……

不同的环境，不同的性格，不同的人身！由此而不断的改变着。

从一开始，我们对生活由不满，渐渐变的平和。每天都在发生着改变，而我们将有可能为这一丝小小的改变从而做出非凡的举动！

从天真、无知渐渐变的慬的、理解起来。也许，是不同的结果，不同的理解，不同的人身！

在我们从刚出生很小，且不高。渐渐的随着岁月，不知不觉的长大了。从小时的无知、天真，渐而变的成熟起来！为事业奋斗，为利益争斗。整个世界也变的残酷起来，以是弱肉强食的世界！

也许在由好变坏，但无论怎样，都不会少了由坏变好的本性。三字经里写到：人之出，性本善。是呀！刚出生的婴儿，似若一张白纸，很纯洁。正如古人所说：江山易改，本性难移。的确！我们由出生生的善，逐渐失去了理性。相信，无论怎样的变化，都不失去原来善良的本性。

每天不同的时光，不同的环境都在慢慢的改变着我们。也许，从一开始的不富足，在经历了现状的坚苦之后，渐渐的开始发奋、立志，后而成就事业，扩展生活！

无时的改变波动着，生活不断的充满色彩。也许，正因一个小小改变，将会影响整个人身。生活正因改变而美好，人身有了改变而转折！
