但是，有人说这共享物品其实是考验我们的人性，考验我们在使用完物品后是否会把它还回去，是否故意损坏。这不禁让我思考：我们的社会到底怎么了？到底是为什么会有人产生这样的想法？我想这一切都是因为我们的这个社会太缺少信任，经受不住任何关于“信任”的考验。在我们这个社会，“信任”简直就是一种十分稀少的东西。那么问题又来了：为什么我们的社会会缺少信任呢？我认为这是因为个人利益。

个人利益虽然听起来和遥远，但其实我们赚的工资就是个人利益，个人利益的如何使用取决于你个人。说白了，今天你发了工资，不管是买件衣服，买辆自行车都取决于你自己。但有些人对共享物品产生了不好的想法，他们认为只要把共享物品带回家就是自己的。殊不知，这个看似给自己带来利益的举动，既让别人不方便，同时也给自己带来了麻烦。共享物品是公共财产，恶意私自占有它，会被刑事拘留的。其实，共享物品一开始就不是为了赚钱，它仅仅只是为了让我们的生活更方便，但有人却不是这样认为的。在许多小区里，有许多共享单车，这并没有稀奇之处，但在共享单车上却上了锁，而且许多车成了“残疾车”，要么少了个轮胎，要么链条没了，要么车胎没气了。

其实，我觉得我们应该思考一下，如果我们遇到的全是坏掉的共享单车会怎么样。我想如果有人这么思考的话，他就会好好对待共享单车。其实，社会缺少信任并不是很特别的事，但这是一件值得让人思考的事。社会缺少信任，让我们一直处于一个不确定因素中。早上，起床吃饭，如此一件平常的事，但你会想：我早饭吃得安不安全？一天下来，更是如此，这是一件细思极恐的事。

共享是近几年才火起来的，同时人们才关注“信任”这个话题。其实信任很简单，我们只要每天诚实待人，坦诚相对，即使是一个再怎么自私的人都会有所改变！不要等到我们的子孙在讨论“信任”时，才想到自己为何没有做一个诚实守信的人，自己为何不坦诚待人。

当今社会发展迅速，随着科技日新月异，人们处理和打发碎片化时间的方式在智能手机的推波助澜下也几乎完全改观。

在古代，人们生活的时间几乎全部用来为生存而战，狩猎觅食以及保卫部落族人。人们几乎没有碎片化时间和生活。在近现代，随着生产力的发展，人类社会逐渐有了碎片时间。在排队理发的时候，人们会翻阅报纸杂志，或者和周围的人攀谈聊天。而现在呢，几乎每个人都低头看着手机。他们或者看着视频、听音乐、玩游戏等等，每个人沉浸在自己的世界中。手机高效率地帮助人们打发碎片化的时间，然而人们之间的距离缺乏互动和交流变得越来越疏远。手机，已经以压倒性的优势成为现代社会碎片化生活的载体了。

这种发展本身是没有错的。我认为这种发展和快节奏的生活有着密不可分的关系。节奏一快，时间好像不够用了。人们必然会抓住一分一秒接收和发出信息。手机让我们在碎片时间里接收和处理信息的能力大大提高了。然而，一个令人担忧的趋势是手机不仅仅满足于碎片化时间主角的地位，它正如一个贪婪的魔鬼一样侵占着本来的非碎片时间。

一个简单的场景莫过于看电影了。一次我和爸爸去看电影，电影开场前自然几乎每个人都在低头看手机刷微信和QQ或者玩游戏。电影开场了，电影院里仍然有几个刺眼的光点在闪烁，大大干扰了我们的观看电影的体验。一场电影至少90分钟，完全属于整块的时间，为了看电影我们已经付出了不少碎片时间如路上的交通时间、买票的时间和等待开始播映的时间。然而，竟然还有人在付出这么多的成本后舍本逐末，在电影放映期间仍然恋恋不忘看手机！手机，对某些人来说已经成功地侵入了主体时间的阵地了。

这样的例子不胜枚举。朋友聚会结果发现仍然是每个人低头看自己的手机，甚至只有靠小龙虾来排除手机的干扰加强人际交流。走路、骑车甚至开车的人都在看手机，为此造成很多的交通事故、血淋淋的教训不足为奇。手机侵占人们主体时间的危害不言而喻。手机严重影响了我们的注意力。当我们做一件很完整很重要的事情的时候，手机的干扰使得我们的工作效率大大下降。还有，手机的强势把人们的交流方式从靠嘴说话变成靠屏幕沟通，当然人们的关系也会变得疏远，人们的内心变得更加孤独。

然而，手机对我们生活碎片化的影响完全就一无是处了吗？当然不是。

我知道一个叫“百词斩”的英语学习应用APP。它就是充分利用我们的碎片时间记忆单词。在完成一样作业进入下一个作业的碎片时间就可以完成一天的单词学习挑战。每天积累几个，如此日积月累，掌握的单词数量就会越来越多。最后量变产生质变，学好了英语这门功课。不少学霸甚至名人的学习就是用这样的原理实现的。这是一个典型的利用碎片化时间实现系统性学习的例子。

可是看看当今的中学生，他们在碎片时间里不是用手机学习，而是用手机打游戏或者追没有营养的剧。这不仅荒废了他们的青春年华，更为年纪轻轻的他们戴上了一副副越来越厚的眼镜。

手机是一把双刃剑。你若利用它管理好碎片时间，那么你将会事半功倍。但你若沉迷其中不能自拔，那么，它会贪婪地吸取你所有的注意力和时间。同学，如果你控制不住你自己，我劝你还是把手机交给老师或者家长保管吧！

今天是周末，一个冬雨嘀嗒轻松寻常的日子，也是自己坚持早起锻炼的第206天。

从咕咚运动APP获知信息后，我突然心生一个念想，何不为前些日子运动中的自己来一次总结，为已成过去的运动时光留点印记。于是，运动改变生活瞬间从内心涌动。

坦白说，我不是一名热爱运动的发烧友。曾经逝去的岁月，运动与我无缘，我没有健身锻炼的历史荣光。只不过，今年因生活发生一些变故，自己有改变现状的心思，冷不丁选择了从心出发，运动健身。

过去的206天，我的心境从失落、无助到焦虑、彷徨，再到坦然、愉悦，运动始终在持续，心态在发生变化，生活正在点滴向好。坚持运动，是快乐成长的好方式，更是通向成功的桥梁纽带。

我的业余爱好并非运动，但运动让我找回曾经的爱好。学校读书和工作伊始，我一直喜欢写写文字，在台灯下尽情遐想。踏入社会时间越久，面对纷繁复杂的现实生活，自己不再淡定，昏昏然在追名逐利中蹉跎岁月，慢慢看不清我是“谁”，淡忘了曾经的喜好。当我开始迈动脚步，迎来朝阳的时刻，我心竟然也在飞翔，阳光自信开始照亮心房。从坚持运动第三个月开始，我焦虑的心趋于平静，四处游走的灵魂渐渐有了归处。我开始与心对话，在静谧的夜晚能够孤守在台灯下，重新开始我手写我心的生活。这种既美妙又欢喜的感觉真好，早起锻炼让思绪飞扬、生活顿悟，思想火花总在运动的瞬间怒放，空灵的笔触因运动而日趋精彩。

曾经，我爱独处，也好热闹。亲朋好友欢聚一堂，自己会时不时抖几个小包袱，说几句俏皮话，博得众人开怀一笑。此去经年，却变得日渐深沉，偏爱独处，本该有的应酬都提不起兴致了。忙于生计倒也理解，只是与人老死不相往来的趋向就不妥了。人以群居为乐，孤僻乖戾是行不通的。即使心里有谱，却总是拗不过自己的固执思想，久而久之，我变得更加陌生，有时自己也会看不懂自己。

因为运动，坚持运动，这一切在悄然发生变化。前几日，我赶去一位好友的乡下老家闲游，身在陌生的环境和周围的人群，自己不知哪来的极好兴致，机智幽默的语言，阳光洒脱的风度，引来好友的家人和村邻阵阵欢声笑语。连好友都连连竖起拇指，今天的你格外与众不同。

因为持续运动，从体质到品质，从心态到神态，感觉一切都在朝着自己愿望的方向改变。这是运动的不可思议，也是坚持运动带给我的意外收获。

生活因选择运动正在改变，人生因努力坚持终将美好。
