i had a joyful summer vacation. during the holidays, i traveled with my families. we went to beijing and stayed there for four days. we lived in the hotel. it is very beautiful. we visited to the tiananmen square, the imperial palace, the summer palace and the old summer palace. we also went to the great wall. the weather was very hot, but we were exciting. i like beijing very much. i hope i can go there again.

夕阳的余晖渐渐逝去，夜晚悄然降临。大部分人已经休息，但在充满科技的现在，所有事物并没有全部休息。街灯依然亮着，冰箱仍在运行，摄像头也没有因为夜晚而停止工作。它们无私地为人类奉献，为什么？因为人类创造了它们，是因为人类，它们才得以出现。它们似乎没有生命，但我觉得它们有，我长大后也一定会搞明白这个问题。

太阳逐渐升起，天亮了。人们操纵着交通工具去上班，假设交通工具会说话，它一定会说“这可恶的人类，天天需要我们工作，你不累我们还累呢！”可我们人类就是有能力，用我们奇妙的双手创造出了奇妙的工具。就像诸葛亮制造的木牛流马一样，不用吃、不用喝，照样干活。造成如此便利的原因，不就是人类的奇思妙想和那奇妙的、敢于尝试的双手吗？

但也是因为我们奇妙的双手，制造了刀、枪、箭等武器。因为有了这些武器，动物们也无处可逃，只能在猎人的脚下俯首称臣。而那些贪得无厌的猎人，为了钱不择手段，肆意捕、猎杀动物。尤其是大象，它们强壮有力的象牙能有效地保护自己，但也同样招来了祸端。近年来，已有数千计的大象被猎杀。这难道不是科技的反作用力吗？虽说科技奇妙，但奇妙的未免太过了些。

还好，正因为科技的发展人们已经有了保护动物的能力。已经有很多濒临灭绝的物种生活在国家级的野生自然保护区内。它们在哪儿能受到非常好的保护，避免受到伤害。

科技的发展是一把威力十足的双刃剑。用在好的方面它就能充分发挥自己的作用。用在坏的方面，也会使人们受到极大的危害。但首先来说它的好处是远远大于坏处的。如果你摔伤了擦上点碘酒，不一会就不疼了。这种感觉是多么奇妙啊！如果不是日渐发达的现在而是在科技还未发展的过去，就只能强忍伤痛等待伤口恢复。你想想三国时期，曹操头痛就只能劈开脑袋医治，要是在现在开两盒药，吃完就不疼了。充满科技的现在真是奇妙啊！

美丽的世界因为科技而日渐美好。人们的生活蒸蒸日上。动物的生存有了很大的保障。如果没有科技的发展，现在的生活又怎能如此美好呢？

I went to many places, such as the beautiful Maanling Forest Park, the beautiful Longhu Mountain, and the Jinhua Double Dragon Cave that Ye Shengtao visited. But these are not the most pleasant memories of my summer vacation.
