n my understanding, if we refer to an ideal college life as a formal western dinner, then a high GPA, that is, Grade Point Average, should be the main course, while an active part in activities, together with associations, means the appetizer. Those, however, are not what college life is all about. As we all know, college is wildly different from middle school. Apparently, these bad habits may generate negative impacts. To begin with, they may impair students physical health and psychological fitness. In addition, what worries many teachers is that they may also exert negative influences on students academic performance. To conclude, never can we turn a blind eye to these phenomena.

In view of the seriousness of this issue, it is time that we took effective measure. Firstly, it is suggested that universities or colleges should cultivate students awareness of healthy living. Secondly, students themselves are well-advised to learn to regulate and control their own life appropriately. 上个周末，我陪妈妈去医院做体检，本来我是很不情愿的，想起医院以前对待我并不友好的护士姐姐，就巴不得敬而远之!但当时，因为种种原因，就怎么也逃不开了，非要去不可。

在医院，我被一股医药用品的气味包围着，尤其是在抽血室，仿佛能闻到血液的腥味!正要转身离开的时候，我却被护士姐姐手中的针管吸引住了。

针管的针头又细又长，在没人的时候偷偷拿起来观察，针头是中空的且拥有一个锋利的斜面，是蝶形针，针头后面连接着一根软管，软管又连接了另一个普通针头。针管和针头分开放，每一个针管上面都塞着不同颜色的橡胶塞子，针管也长短不一。打针时，拔开蝶形针的保护塑料，扎到血管里，护士们看到有血流进软管就拔开另一端普通针头的保护塑料，迅速扎进针管的塑料塞子里，然后血就会自己流进针管里!不用护士“手动抽血”了!一向恐针的我，今天竟愿意亲自抽血试一试!回到家问问从医四十多年的爷爷，爷爷说那种针管是真空管，现在北京各大医院已经开始采用这种“神奇”的针管了。

虽然抽血程序相对于传统针管麻烦一些，但用这种针管抽血十分安全，用完的针管会自行破坏结构，因此不能进行二次使用，而且显然不需要高超的技术和丰富的经验，既方便了护士姐姐的工作，又减少了被抽血者的痛苦(是妈妈告诉我的)，真是一举两得!

奶奶说过：发明洗衣机的人才最应该获得诺贝尔奖!因为它解放了妇女的洗衣生活。爷爷一向钟爱高科技电子产品，因为它拉近了世界间的距离。爸爸妈妈觉得微波炉在生活中也格外重要，因为它大大节省了做饭的时间。而我认为，越是细小的东西，微妙的科技，哪怕是人们在闲暇时也懒得去关注的小玩意儿才更重要，就是它们改变了我们的生活，造福人民，就是它们才越能达到科技走入生活，同时，它们也改变了北京的科技面貌。

Since I went to college, I feel so excited about the new chapter of my

life. I have imagined the campus life for so many years. Now I finally come to

this stage. I have much time after class, so I need to learn to deal with it.

After two years’ struggling, I find the right way to spend my time.

The first thing for every college student is to learn major knowledge. In

China, so many students think college time is used to play instead of study, so

they skip class. This is a big mistake. College is the stage for students to

想想看，每天早晨，骑着自行车，穿梭在车水马龙中，套路的拥挤也影响不了你的路程，暖暖的阳光洒在身上，阵阵风拂过脸庞，看着路上各种各样的行人，也感叹着这个城市的繁荣，生活节奏的快速，就这样感受着每天早上不一样的景物。这难道不比天天坐着地铁，或者被塞进汽车里，千篇一律的生活好的多吗？

其实这些资源不仅融入了我们的生活，也悄无声息的改变了我们的生活。对于这点，我作为每天骑着共享单车上学的一员学生，也深有体会，在没有共享单车前，每个1匆忙的早上使我不能够规划好自己的生活时间，6点左右就起床，匆匆忙忙的套上衣服，刷牙洗脸，又甚至有时候来不及收拾自己，随手拿一片面包就当成早饭，而光是地铁站，就离我家有着1，、2公里的路程，在去学校的时间上，花费的比想象的还要多，即使再早起床，最后的最后也会演变成一场早上的战场，这样毫无规律的早晨，在我过去的生活中并不少见。

而当我看到共享单车的出现时，竟油然而生一种如释负重的心情，慢慢地，它改变了我的很多，每天的早上也不会如此焦急了，虽然一样的时间起床，但我终于可以在好好地打理自己一番后，再以正常的速度出门，每天早上多出的时间甚至可以让我放松娱乐一会儿，又或者复习一下今天学校里要考核的内容，总之，共享单车在路程方面为我最大化的减少了时间，使我能够对自己的生活终于有了规划。

当然，这些共享单车也不是有着完全的利益，关于共享单车安全问题最近出现的报道也不在少数，但是我相信，只要我们很好地遵守交通规则，做好该做的事，这些危险本不应发生，说到底，这大部分都是我们自己的问题。其实除了安全问题，共享单车的停放也是很多现在的企业重视的问题，本来不应该在私人公司或者小区出现的共享单车，人们却不顾后果的随意停放，造成了诸多不便，而那些负责管理的人，也会因为这些过错，牺牲掉自己的时间，为这些人的过错负责。

所以，在享有这些共享资源的同时，也会有所损失，而这种可以看作是一场赌博的社会现象，我想也是一种这个社会的悲哀吧。

但是，不管怎么说，共享单车为我们确确实实提供了便利，并且利大于弊，而如果我们不好好珍惜的话，这样便利的资源也会被迫使取消，所以，我们更应该为这些共享资源付出应有的责任，不论是这个城市也好，还是这个社会也好，亦或者是我们自己也好。
