为什么会有碎片化生活呢？其中一个原因自然就是这不断发达进步的科技了。但也是出于有人们愿意在这个碎片的社会中生活。碎片化的生活有许多好处，它可以让人们用上极短暂的时间，得到极高的效率与收获，碎片化的生活看上去利大于弊，所以人们才会选择它，遇上这种高效率的生活。

现如今，仍有源源不断的人在追求着这个表面上利大于弊的碎片化生活，人们渴望着收益。渴望着金钱。正所谓“人为财死，鸟为食亡。”人们可以为了这些利益，几乎可以舍弃一切。

“有些人因为贪婪，想得到更多的东西，却把所有的也失掉了。“正是如此，人们因为这些利益而损失了最重要的精神食粮。就以碎片化的阅读为例，我们每一天，每一次看的段落，都只是片段式的，并不是完完整整的一大篇文章摆在你的面前。读着这些片段，我们只是通过每一个片段来获取知识，而这些获取来的知识也是十分浅显、显而易见的。这就导致了我们生活方式的转变，只能看见表面，而无法对其内在进行更深刻的探索，这导致了我们在精神上就被碎片化的生活折服了。

使碎片化的生活转变，看似简单——只是改变一个生活方式，实则十分困难。改变一个生活方式，光是嘴上说说或是只有一两个人去做还是远远不够的，我们必须要让社会上的更多人意识到碎片化的生活是一个多大的隐患——轻则影响生活，重则危及百姓！

既然是科技创造了这个碎片化的生活，那么在通过科技让它变回去又有何不可？在网络上宣传，让更多人意识到危害，让更多人开始行动起来，来改变这个生活！

熟悉的放学铃声响彻校园。

教室里顿时沸腾了。有抄作业记录的，有收拾书包的，有开始值日的，还有的则边做着以上的事，边疯狂聊天的，似乎在离校前的这点零碎时间，他们都不愿意错过……

很快，我随着人潮迈出校门，理所当然的，迎接在门外的照例是一群翘首盼望的父母和老人，其中不少人在等孩子出门前，或坐在电瓶车上，轿车内，或站在路边，手捧手机目不转睛地阅读着，时不时抬头往校门口看一眼，随即又埋首于手机中。也许靠手机来打发时间，已成了他们的习惯了吧！

“嗨，这里往前冲啊……快跑……”不用回头，我就知道，身后的一群学生并不是在人行道上玩什么追人游戏，而是三五成群地聚在一起，用手机玩着游戏。他们旁落无人地沉浸在游戏画面中，走走停停，短短的回家之路可以这样走很久。此时他们的心中是没有作业的，也没有饥饿感，心中只有的就是抓紧分分秒秒的返家前路上的宝贵时间，再过把瘾！哪怕不是亲手玩，看看也是好的。

我没有手机，也没有接触游戏的习惯，因此，格格不入地走过这样一堆又一堆的学生群……

这次公交车比我料想地要来得早，我赶紧走了几步，终于赶上了。车门在身后关闭，车厢内一片寂静。“二元”，刷交通卡时传出的女声，在有些拥挤的车厢内，却特别刺耳。乘客们大多是低头族，手指在屏幕上滑动着：有看视频的，有聊天的，也有听音乐的……每个人都沉浸在自己的手机中，窗外的景象一成不变地迅速往后闪去，而车厢内手机里的世界应该是热闹的别有一番趣味的吧！可为何我觉得这种可怕的寂静不是一种文明呢？

心存疑虑的我推开了饭菜飘香的家门，爷爷奶奶早已用一桌子丰盛的晚餐来迎接学习、下班归来的我们，爸爸妈妈、阿姨、叔叔、哥哥，陆陆续续坐上饭桌，但是我总觉得有点不对劲。左边，爸爸一手拿着筷子，一手刷着手机，密切关注这屏幕上的股票行情；正前方，妈妈与阿姨，没有动一下碗筷，两人对着手机，讨论淘宝网上的促销商品，右边的叔叔和哥哥则一如既往地沉默着，默默地刷着他们各自的微博。剩下的爷爷奶奶和我，面对着一桌无人问津的菜肴，默默低头吃着饭。是从什么时候开始，每晚的聚餐变得如此冷清？是什么时候开始，家人之间的某些东西似乎正在淡去。

晚饭就在这冷冷清清中匆匆收场了。我默默地回了房间开始写起作业来。不久，一道难题让我百思不得其解，下意识地我抬头想寻求帮助，坐在身边的妈妈不知何时又拿出了手机，正全神贯注地追着剧，而门外的爸爸，则卧在沙发上，眼睛直直地盯着手机屏幕，没有抬头看我一眼，我只能默默地低下头，继续解题。
