最后一步就是要把它们炒熟了。我打开煤气灶，放上炒锅，待水烧干，浇上了一些油，等油热了，我就把鸡蛋倒了进去，然后用铲子用力翻炒，等蛋液都凝固了，就盛出来。然后把锅洗干净，再倒入一点油，把西红柿放进去翻炒，妈妈告诉我这个步骤要多炒一会儿，等炒出西红柿汁来，把刚才炒好的鸡蛋加进去，然后放一点盐继续翻炒，最后盛出来。哇!成品还真不错!孟德威版“西红柿炒鸡蛋”成功!

第二个菜是白菜辣椒炒豆腐皮。

首先是准备过程，把要炒的的材料白菜、豆腐皮和辣椒都切一下。豆腐皮要用刀切成一片一片的，它比较软好切，我一会就完成了，可是白菜又硬又大，不好下刀切，妈妈告诉我：“这个白菜你得从上面快速往下切，不能太慢了，也不要来回切。”听完妈妈的话，我手上的力度加大些，果然切开了。最后到切辣椒了，妈妈告诉我，辣椒在切的时候必须特别小心，如果碰着辣椒籽再触摸眼睛，就会辣到流眼泪，于是我小心翼翼地把辣椒切完了。

接下来就要进入炒菜阶段。首先把火点着，再放上油，等到油热的时候，再把青椒放进去，然后放白菜，最后放豆腐皮，炒一下，还要加点调料，倒一点酱油，等到颜色变深了再加点盐，就可以出锅了。哇!真香啊，我都忍不住要吃上一口。

这几天我学会了好多菜：干煸豆角、清炒莴苣、简易版麻婆豆腐、茄子小炒、凉拌西红柿、还学会了用电饭锅蒸大米饭。

当然饭后清洁工作也很重要。每一个碗和盘子都必须清洗干净，它们油腻腻的，可真不好洗，这可难不住我!我都用清洗剂把它们认真清洗一遍，干净的都能照出人影来了!

这一周我还干了不少家务活，帮助妈妈拖地、扫地、浇花、买早点，虽然我以前干过，但是这一周的体验和以前完全不同。

这次小主人争霸赛活动使我懂得家长每天为我们做的这些家务劳动真不容易!通过自己的亲自实践，我不仅学到了很多的本领，也懂得了老师的良苦用心，更重要的是让我知道勤奋和努力最重要。

我劳动我光荣，我是家庭小主人!我为自己自豪!

Now I want to say something about my dream. What is my dream? I often ask

myself. In my mind, everyone shall have his own dream. I think that having a

dream means that we have an idea, and then we will do all the things to achieve

the target. As long as we have a goal to be realized, we won’t be blind at

least.

My dream is to become a successful doctor, helping those sick people and

saving their lives. Of course, to be a good doctor is very difficult, but I will

do whatever I can do to keep everyone healthy. Thats my dream. I want to try my

best to help the poor sick people of our country. I want to let them have an

opportunity to receive excellent treatments for their illnesses without having

to pay much or just enjoy them free. China is a developing country which needs

good medicine and good doctors, especially in the countryside and distant

villages.

Now I’m a junior student on Grade One, all my classmates and I are working

hard. We all know that the entrance exam of high schools coming in the year of

2009 is a big challenge for us, so we must study harder and harder in order to

go to a good high school. Thus after we finish our senior high school, we are

able to go to a good university. Finally, we can find a good job in society.

My dream is also that although at present I’m good at study, I’ll still try

my best to be the study winner. Now everything I do is close to my dream. I feel

life is fill with hope and is colorful, and I have enough confidence to realize

my dream.

I know that fantasy is something hard to realize, but dream can. I’ll work

hard for my dreams, I’ll never give up.

今天是个艳阳天，妈妈的鼻子都被晒红了——海拔高的地方，紫外线真是厉害啊!

今天我们的目的地是美丽的傣族园。

傣族园其实是三个傣族人的村寨连在一起，到处都是花草树木，树都非常高大，上面挂满热带水果。有波罗蜜啊、椰子啊、柚子啊……但是今天实在是太热了，我们才进园没多久，每个人脸上就都挂满了豆大的汗珠，一滴滴地流下来。幸亏我们几个小朋友都买了扇子，边走边扇扇子，还好玩的。

参观傣族园，然后在泼水广场附近吃了有名的傣族特色午餐。这里的菜都有很多新鲜的香料，比如薄荷啊九层塔啊什么的，带着酸辣，我吃不惯，不过炒饭很香。

吃完午饭，总算到了最有趣的泼水环节啦!我们兴致勃勃地来到泼水广场，换上当地的民族服装，拿着水盆，跟着工作人员来到水里，随着一声：“泼水开始!水水水!”大家都随着音乐的节拍开始泼对方水啦!据说被泼水那代表祝福呢!

我正想偷袭豆总的时候，她却刚好装了满满一盆水使劲朝我泼了过来。“哎呀!好呛!我喝到了!”我大叫。然后赶紧又装了一盆水，用九牛二虎之力朝她泼去，开始了我的反击。她没有防备，所以也被泼到啦!哈哈哈……不过她只是咳了几声，马上不甘示弱地又向我攻击，我赶紧用盆子当盾牌，挡住了我的脸才没有被泼到呢!其他人也是你泼我，我泼你，衣服头发都湿淋淋的，但是脸上都是灿烂的笑容，淋漓痛快。

欢乐的时光总是很短暂，泼水活动很快就结束了，我们也要离开傣族园，出发去中国科学院植物园了。住在植物园的酒店里，有泳池可以接着玩水。晚饭后，大人们又带着我们去植物园的深处，寻找萤火虫。

在这个伸手不见五指的夜晚，我从来没有见到过这么多的萤火虫和星星!我和乐乐、小詹、小泷、豆总，都追着萤火虫在院子里奔跑，它们就像打着小灯笼在给我们带路。有时候它们也会停下来，如果把手掌打开伸过去，它们就停在我们的手掌上一动不动。不过我们都不敢抓住它们，因为我们想让它们自由自在地生活在植物园里。

明天就要参观植物园了，真兴奋。

After seeing so many movies about the youth, we are starting to wonder about what do we have in our youth, the fight, the drink or the love?

My answer is no.

What we see from the movie is not true, the plots are exaggerated and misunderstood.

For students, their youth is the process of fighting. They have studied so hard to realize their dreams.

When they are in primary school, they want to do well and make their parents be proud of them.

When they are in middle school and high school, they need to take part in the exams so as to enter the better future schools.

Even they are in college, they still need to study and fight for the ideal job. There is no doubt that most people keep fighting for their future and this is the memory of youth.

看了很多关于青春的电影之后,我们开始思考我们的青春有什么,打架,喝酒或谈恋爱?我的答案是否定的。

我们从电影看到的是不正确的,故事情节被夸大了,也被误解了。对于学生,他们的青春是战斗的过程。他们努力学习来实现梦想。

在上小学的时候,他们想要做的很好,让父母为他们感到骄傲。当他们在初中和高中的时候,需要参加考试,以便将来进入更好的学校。甚至在大学,他们仍然需要学习和争取理想的工作。毫无疑问,大多数人一直在为自己的未来奋斗,这是青春的记忆。

当然我们也不会光做一些让家长担心的事情，毕竟女孩子要比男孩子要安静那么一点的。我们女孩子经常会玩过家家，这个当妈妈，这个当爸爸。每次大人们看见都要咧开嘴对我们笑。那些儿时的记忆，我记得非常清楚，你们还记得吗?我的伙伴们。

听闻我们的吆喝声，舅舅赶紧跑来看，不知我们两个活宝怎么了，可是一看，舅舅便忍俊不禁，说：“我的外甥女呀，一来我家，就乱翻，啥时候能长大!”而我却一点儿都不羞，还说：“我才长不大呢!”

还有就是大年初一回红花铺，我与妹妹，哥哥一起玩枕头大战……因为还要拜访其他亲戚朋友，妈妈不让我在那呆太多天，每年临走时我都会很不舍，哭哭啼啼。

可今年去了姥姥家，突然感到与妹妹之间有了代沟：我，升入重点中学后竞争变大，再加上学科的增多，原本活泼的我渐渐变得不爱说话，内向起来;而妹妹却正好与我相反，性格外向，学习时静不下心。

这可能就是我与妹妹产生代沟的原因吧!

也正是因为我与妹妹之间的代沟，才让我感到自己升入初中后突然长大了……

长大?长大到底意味着什么?我想，长大就是我们要付出比以往更大的努力，去承担更多，并且去奋斗，况且，青春是我们奋斗的资本，趁着我们年轻，把握好自己的人生航标，用实际行动让它更加绚丽多彩。
