As we all know, pollution is harmful to living beings. There are many different types of pollutions in this world. For instance, water pollution, air pollution, noise pollution and so on. left because of the situation of their family.His work was also unfortunate. He

never gave up and still work hard.Then he took care of his little son. He is

going after happiness all the time, so his life is running . Time is very

importmant to him, he must finish his task on time , or he wouldnt live a

steady life , he has to pay the rent and taxes and so on, but he insist on

taking every chance to make his life live better and he believe in himself.

Finally, he succeed , his part of life in the movie is moving and real.

1、审题：审题是做到切题的第一步。所谓审题就是要看清题意，确定文章的中心思想、主题，并围绕中心思想组织材料。

2、进行构思，列出简单的提纲，打造文章之骨架：审好题、立好意后，就要写提纲，打造文章的骨架。文章布局要做好几件事：安排好层次段落，铺设好过渡，处理好开头和结尾。

3、扩展成文：根据字数多少扩展成篇。扩展的内容一定要紧扣主题，千万不要写那些与主题不相关的内容。展开的方式包括：顺序法、举例法、比较法、对比法、说明法、因果法、推导法、归纳法和下定义等。可以根据需要任选一种或几种方式。

在这一步骤中还需注意三方面问题：

1)确保提纲中段落结构的思路与各段主题句的一致性。只有这样，才能保证所写段落不偏题、不跑题。

2)要综合考虑各个段落的内容安排，避免段落内容的交叉。

3)用好连接词，注意段落间、句子间的连贯性。要做到所写文章层次分明，思路清晰，文字连贯，就需要在句与句之间、段与段之间架起一座座桥梁，而连接词起的正是桥梁作用。

在扩展的过程中也有些窍门，以下几点可供参考：

1)在整篇文章中，避免只是用一两个句式或重复用同一词语。英语中存在着极为丰富的同义词，准确地使用同义词可以给读者清新的感觉。同时要灵活运用各种句式，如倒装句、强调句、省略句、主从复合句、对比句、分词短语、介词短语等，从而增加文章的可读性。

2)使用不同长度的句子。如果一个意思用一句话写不清楚的话，通过分句和合句或用两句、三句来表达，增强句子的连贯性和表现力。

3)改变句子的开头方式，不要总是以主、谓、宾、状的次序。可以把状语至于句首，或用分词等。

4)学会使用过渡词。

(1) 递进furthermore，moreover，besides，in addition，then，etc

(2) 转折however，but，nevertheless，afterwards，etc

(3) 总结finally，at last，in brief，to conclude，etc

(4) 强调really，indeed，certainly，surely，above a11，etc

(5) 对比in the same way，just as，on the other hand，etc

5)确定文章用第几人称写，基本时态是什么。使用人称时人物不能张冠李戴或指代不明。

时态要尽量保持一致。

4、检查修改：要检查复核，不要写完了事。

要留时间通读全文，修改可能出现的错误。检查上下文是否连贯，句子衔接是否自然流畅。检验的标准主要是句子是否通畅，该用连词的地方用了没有，所用的连词是否合适，是否有语法错误，主谓是否一致，动词的时态、语态、语气的使用是否正确，词组的搭配是否合乎习惯，是否有大小写、拼写、标点错误等，还有就是注意卷面整洁。

可归纳为：中心突出，主题明确;层次清楚，条理清晰; 表达力强，传情达意;语句通顺，句型多变;过渡自然，衔接紧凑;标点正确，大小无误;字迹清楚，卷面整洁。

尊老爱幼是我们中华民族的传统美德，我们一定要让这种精神继续发扬光大!

长久以来，我一直是个配角。

学习，我永远处于中游，一直不能和那些成绩好的与我断层的学霸相比。每次考试，只能用自己的分数去衬托他们的高分。配角!

文艺活动，以前或许还能捞上几句词读读，现在连穿上服装上台的机会也少。更是配角!

体育，每每老师测试什么项目，只能用自己慢得可怜的成绩去仰望人家快得飞起的成绩。还是配角!

曾经也看过陈佩斯和朱时茂的小品《主角和配角》，朱时茂演的主角是一个八路军的正面人物，原本应该出尽风头，却被当汉奸配角的陈佩斯心中不服抢去戏份，可是，有谁会甘心永远当个吃力不讨好的配角呢?

一次集体朗诵的活动，自己原也是被班级选出参加排练了的。几天排练下来，虽然辛苦，却尝到了一回当主角的滋味，终于是有一缕幸运的阳光照耀在我的心田之上。心中一下百感交集，多年来的平庸、不受注意的阴影在这阳光之下被驱逐得烟消云散。

终于是有机会上台，享受一回观众的掌声了。

于是我每天都坚持练习，日日读，夜夜读这其实早已背下的诗稿。可是，总是物极必反吧，学校在表演前几天请了一位专家来听听集体音效，一排一排依次读下来。经过无数次砰砰乱跳之后，终于轮到我这拍了，我似乎是灌注了所有的情感去读，一字一句，抑扬顿挫，都尽力去处理，但我们这排总是一次一次没办法通过。

终于，老师找到了那个病源，我，声音太尖太明显了。

因为那时的队伍人多或人少是没有太大影响的，几乎是不经思索地把我从队伍中拉了出去。又因为看我排练这么久十分辛苦，便让我在幕后演棵树。当我套上那身树的衣服，我完全感觉不到这首诗读出来的任何活力，也完全感觉不到树这种植物身上任何的挺拔，苍翠，我只感到自己更如一颗老死枯死的树，生命力一点一点消散。悲哀。

从主角掉落至配角的深渊，又有多难受呢?

那仿佛就是把一张琴拉去一根弦，硬生生地，不带感情地。

陈佩斯说的对，有谁不想当主角?朱时茂说的也对，这个主角，不是谁都能当的。当初只觉得这句话很邪乎，故弄玄虚，现在才明白它那么正确。

或许生活也需要一个配角，一个默默无闻的配角。但它更需要的，是无数想当主角的配角。

one day on my way home from school, i saw an old woman standing by the roadside①, with a heavy bag on her back. she seemed very worried. i went up to ask her what the matter was. the granny② told me that she had just come from the countryside to see her son, who worked in the steel works. as she had never been here before, she did not know the way to the factory. so i took her there. there was really a lot of difficulty in finding her son＇s place. the granny and her son were very thankful to me.

i got home very late, tired and hungry, but i felt happy, for i had done a good deed for the people.

又与母亲闹矛盾了，她的思想、行为令人费解。我非常苦恼，独自一人站立在窗前，透过那蒙满灰尘的窗户，我看到了令我极其反感的世界：灰色的天空，灰色的小草，灰色的小河……这一切是那么不协调，我看不下去了，又投入到刚才的思考。为什么母亲总喜欢限制我，不让我这样，不让我那样。她从不买名牌衣服给我，也从不买那么些令人唾诞三尺的零食给我，她反对我去听那些流行歌曲，也从不给我过多的外用，而且总喜欢替我保存压岁钱，虽然她从来不占，但我心里总是不很舒服。唉，我该怎么办？

这时，窗外的一棵大树上传出一片“喳喳”声，原来是一只老鸟在给小鸟喂食，小鸟张大着嘴叫着，从身上的羽毛可以看出，它们刚从蛋里来到这花花世界不多久。大鸟迅速地将一只虫子喂给了一只幼虫，然后飞走了，而小鸟们则停止喧闹，安静地在屋里趴下，闭上了眼睛，等待着他们的母亲再次回来。

突然，我好像明白了什么。母亲对我和老鸟对幼鸟都一样啊。她们都深爱着她们的孩子。她们要让她们的孩子健康成长，而自己却衰老了，憔悴了，岁月给她们忧愁，未使她们的爱减去半分。我忽然对自己那些疑问有了答案。母亲不给我买名牌服装和美味的零食，是为了让我懂得朴素的作风，不去攀比。她反对我听流行歌曲，是为了不让我盲目追星。她喜欢替我保管零花钱，是为了不让我养成挥霍过度的习惯，有坐吃山空的结果。一切的一切，尽在瞬间有了答案。我流出泪，是后悔的，是感激的。心窗亮了，阴影消失了。

我用手轻轻擦掉窗户上的`灰尘，眼前的一切令我欣喜，原来天空是蓝的，小草是绿的，小河是清澈的，是一片多么明媚的风光！

“房子是应该经常打扫的，不打扫就会积满灰尘；脸是应该经常洗的，不洗也就会灰尘满面。”其实，擦去心灵上的灰尘，我们就会发现一个更美好的现实世界和精神世界，它会使我们的生活更加美好。
