三年级上期时，我们班班队课举行了一个有趣的活动——包饺子比赛。这节班队课让我至今难忘!

比赛的前一天，老师让各个小组明天自己准备自己小组的饺子皮、肉馅、保鲜膜、一次性手套等材料。比的是哪个小组包饺子包得又快又好又漂亮。

比赛那天，我怀着激动的心情来到学校，期待着下午的包饺子比赛。

时间仿佛过了一个世纪那么久。终于到了下午的班队活动课，我们一切准备就绪，准备开始比赛。

老师一声令下，激烈而有趣的包饺子比赛开始了!

我原以为我们小组包饺子比赛中会很顺利。但是没有想到，刚开始一会儿，就出现了状况!是买饺子皮的同学买得太多，而做饺子馅的同学做得太少，导致皮多馅少。我们不得不向其他小组借一点馅，这场风波才平息下来。

谁知，一波未平，一波又起。

比赛的时间马上就要结束了，我们都想早点收工，于是速度就加快了。可是我们包的饺子形象可“毁”在了我们手里!一个个歪歪扭扭!再看看别人组包的饺子，有井有条，大小一致，鼓鼓的，胖胖的，像一个个元宝，又像一条条小船。我们比起来，真是有着天壤之别!为了不让我们组落后，我赶紧把自己组的饺子的形状调整了一下，这样才不像刚才那么乱!包饺子可真不容易!

几经辗转，我们组终于完成了比赛!

“评委”们，也就是同学们过来给我们打分!我们各项都没有取得很好的成绩，但是也没关系，重在参与!

饺子终于下锅了!饺子一个接一个地“跳”下水去，在水里欢快地打着滚。几分钟之后，饺子就出锅了。我盛了几个放在碗里，轻轻咬下去，这真是人间美味!可能是因为是自己动手做的饺子才非常好吃吧!

这次比赛，虽然没有获奖，可让我明白了：自己动手，丰衣足食。这节班队课让我终生难忘!

The Huang Mountain is a place of interest. here are lots of tourists seeing sights every day. Years ago, some of them paid no attention to environment protection. They threw about waste paper, plastic bags and tins. Besides, they killed animals, caught birds, destroyed trees and flowers. Worse still,

they often made a fire to cook in the forest. That was dangerous. Changes have taken place now. When tourists leave, they take away rubbish with them. They no longer hunt animals. Plants are also protected. All the tourists carry their lunch in order not to start forest fire. We must sing high praise of the good deeds.

When I went to middle school, it was hard for me to adjust the new

environment at first, because there were so many subjects to learn, I fell

behind other students. I did not know what to do, I just wanted to get away from

school. I talked about my annoyance to my friend, she told me that I got too

much pressure and she suggested me to take relax and made progress step by step.

She said everything would be better someday. Now I have made progress and when I

look back on the passed days, it was just a small problem for me. I got over the

hard moment and become a strong person.

光阴流转间，三年时间从手中流过，湍急的时间在我心上留下的，不只伤痕。

三年前，我因身高傲人而被选入小学运动会。为了给班级争光，我从未懈怠过每一次一千五百米的训练。最后，皇天不负有心人，我顺利地拿到第一。

走下颁奖台，校田径队的老师一眼看中了我。从此，我便天天过上了训练-——学习——训练的生活。那是一段充满青春热血的时光，我多了一群有着共同的目标可以一起奋斗的队友。操场上每一滴汗水我们都共同挥洒，训练的每一秒钟我们都共同度过，累，并快乐着。

可好景不长，不久我便觉得膝骨有些无法负荷了。我去了医院检查，教授大手一挥，照片。结果出来后，医生的脸色有些凝重。报告一项项读下来，每一个字都让我的至亲面沉如水。膝劳损，软组织挫伤，而且膝盖似乎天生易劳损，导致我落下了病根。我从未想过我的身体竟然如此不适合体育运动!可这，不是全部。后检查的项目结果打印出来了，我轻轻颤抖着手拾起，小心翼翼，尚存一丝希望。

“小姑娘，别想了。”医生皱了皱眉，摇头叹了口气。“你这身子骨还想搞体育啊?我看你也是个聪慧的妹子，换条路吧。”听罢，我读着报告单，不可置信地看了一遍又一遍。病况写了很多，大概是说我严重贫血，极易低血糖，还可能遗传了美尼幽斯综合症。

“听爸妈的，以后别去训练了。”母亲轻轻将我额前的碎发挽起，微不可闻地叹了一声。母爱，温暖而包容。只是那时我一腔青春热血，只顾拼搏，疏忽了家人的关切。见我毫不犹豫地摇头拒绝，她抿起一抹无奈而苦涩的笑。父亲微微皱起眉，劝道，“体育只是爱好，伤了身体就不值了。”我垂眼敛心不甘，再次摇头，缓慢而坚定的道，“我不会放手的。”从小，我便热爱体育。况且现在我还有一群兄弟，陪伴了我两度春秋的队友!我怎么能，又怎么舍得放下这些。

医生说，要静养。

我知道，如果要静养，那我可能就再也无缘田径场。家里人又说了很多，学校的老师也劝我好好修养。我久久地徘徊于痛苦地热爱与闲适的放弃中，两相权衡，最终还是执着依旧。

后来，小升初要招体育生，我顿时决定了我的方向。我们小学微机派位没有我心仪的那所中学，所以我要用特长考上!

那段时间，我可能真的是疯掉了。没有人说我考得上，因为我的身体状况严重阻碍了我。但我不可能屈服于病况!我相信自己，我相信人定胜天!

那一月，我奔跑在泛旧的橡胶跑道上，雨水浸透了我的发梢;那一旬，我踏过每一寸绿茵场，汗水挥洒在叶尖;那一天，我压过身体每一分骨骼韧带，疼痛转遍周身。我的房间摆满药瓶绷带，因为我娇贵而无用的膝骨;我几次晕倒在操场上，跑道上，回家的路上，因为我从未止歇的低血糖。年少的执着与任性让我死守这些辛苦，恐人阻挠。

不分昼夜的训练让我终是实现了梦想。

报告书拿到手的那一刻，所有的辛酸苦楚都随着过往消散。人总是要经一番磨砺的，尽管加重了病情，但是人生有几回?不如趁青春年少热血时，为梦想搏一回!

从始至终，支撑着我跌倒又爬起，最终登临绝顶的，是我相信自己，人定胜天的信念。那是我这三年的执着，这三年的自信，让我终是圆了梦，举步走向人生下一个路口。

后记：进入初中后，病况日益严重，几番斟酌，还是将这年少的梦想永远封存在忆里了;现在，正在用另一种方式实现人生梦想。

清晨的日出，预示着美好一天的开始。我们吃完早餐，就开车去香港迪士尼乐园玩。

经过几个小时的车程，终于到迪士尼了。我兴高采烈地狂奔去“明日世界”玩，我们玩了太空飞碟，这里的人可真多啊!我们驾驶着飞碟，在“明日世界”的高空上，就像在星际中遨游。

玩过了明日世界，我们就来到“幻想世界”。我们观看了米奇金奖音乐剧，这出音乐剧出现了迪士尼所有最受欢迎的电影人物，有米奇、泰山、花木兰、扮嘢小魔星等动画人物。它们一出来，台下就响起了热烈的掌声和欢呼。

紧接着我们来到米奇狂想曲剧场，这是一部5D卡通电影，戴上眼镜，观看着精彩且搞笑的剧情，一个个逼真的画面出现在眼前。随着剧情的发展，我们感受到唐老鸭飞在空中被风的抚摸，以及被泼水时身体感觉的清凉。突然，坐在旁边的弟弟吓得手舞足蹈，急匆匆的把眼镜摘掉，原来是因为戴着3D眼镜，情景逼真，感觉好多乐器向我们冲来，弟弟的表情逗得我们哈哈大笑。

已经临近中午了，早已饿得头晕眼花的我们狼吐虎咽的吃了一顿美味的午餐。

酒足饭饱之后，我和姑姑、奶奶还玩了疯帽子旋转杯，弟弟因为害怕不敢玩，留下姑丈与他作伴。队伍很长，我们以最快的速度赶过去排队。终于轮到我们了，游戏开始我们疯狂的旋转着转盘，转得奶奶头晕眼花，最后还要姑姑搀着她走下来!

来到“来到反斗奇兵大本营”，坐上转转弹弓狗，体验疯狂旋转的快感与乐趣!“灰熊山谷”，那里有灰熊急速矿车，惊险又刺激，飞速的矿车时而上升，时而向下俯冲，人们发出阵阵尖叫声，令人不忍直视。这么可怕的过山车，我们都不敢去体验，真佩服那些人的勇气。

灰熊山谷过后，我们就来到了迷离大宅。登上了亨利博士制作的电磁车厢，欣赏着那些来这世界各地的奇珍异宝。突然，那些宝物像被赋予生命般，在我们面前张牙舞爪，挺吓人的，却有那么一种诡异的美感。

天色不早了，我们告别了好玩的迪士尼乐园，恋恋不舍的踏上归途，结束这一次奇妙的迪士尼之旅!

人们常说：“劳动最光荣，劳动最快乐。”我也这样认为，我最擅长的是在家里劳动。

“过年啦，包饺子啦!”姥姥喊到。我飞奔冲出房间，走到饭桌前，我本以为我是最积极的那一个，可是我看到的事实是一家人都比我还要积极，我傻傻地站在那儿，愣住了。

我连忙打起精神来，开始干活。一家人快速分好工，姥姥擀面皮，我和姥爷一起包韭菜馅儿的饺子，爸爸妈妈包白菜饺子。

先有面才有皮最后是饺子。我和姥姥一起和面，“要得三光：手光，面光，盆光。”姥姥指导着。开始零散的面粉，鸡蛋，水经过慢慢的搓揉便成了一团白白地，光滑如玉的面团揉好了，我的心里有了好大的成就感。

好奇又喜欢尝试的我又想擀面皮。“先扯一半的面搓成条，裹上面粉，切成小段，边擀边转就能圆了，皮要厚薄均匀，薄而不破。”一堆话姥姥好像念顺口溜脱口而出。“哇，要求这么多呀!”我嘀咕道，姥姥手把手教我做了一个，可是失去“拐杖”后我就摸不清“方向”了。“哎，太难了，我还是老老实实做我的‘工作’吧。”我失望地去了，我该去的“办公室”。

我们家饺子最大个，个个的馅都包得满满的，我麻溜的动作不停地重复着，摊皮入手，塞馅，两手一捏，一个“丰满”的月芽饺包好了。

一家人齐心协力包了好几十个饺子。“下锅啦!”我兴奋地叫到，“白菜左边那口锅，韭菜右边那口锅。”姥姥操心到。全家人额头上都滚下了大粒的汗珠。

“开饺啦!”调皮的我叫道，“今天吃饺子，就叫开饺了!”

我认为吃到用汗珠和劳动换来的饺子最快乐了。

照东北的老规矩，春节的前奏在腊八就响起了。在腊八这一天，家家都包饺子，饺子是用各种蔬菜包成的。由于做法繁杂，包饺子便就成了一项家庭工程。

除此之外，这一天还要腌酸菜。把白菜洗净，用盐水泡上，封起来，为过年做菜用。到年底，白菜泡得又酸又爽口，让人口水直流。

孩子们也准备过年，第一件大事便是催促家里大人做粘豆包。这是用小米面、糯米还要红豆做成的，又甜又黏。是孩子们过年的首选零食。

除夕真热闹，一家人围坐在一起。大人们在聊天，小孩子们则是一起下楼玩去了。放鞭炮、砸冰溜儿、找叶子串儿……“节目”可真不少。

午夜十二点，饺子准时起锅。酸菜馅、玉米馅、韭菜馅、白菜馅还有胡萝卜馅。嗬!真像是一次蔬菜聚会。

初一的景象和除夕可真是不一样。大人和小孩因为昨晚的狂欢很是疲倦，街上的行人也是寥寥无几。春节，就这样静悄悄地离开了。

The first fact I worry about is noise pollution. People can"t sleep well if there is too much noise. That"s why so many people prefer to live in the countryside rather than live in the noisy city. I suggest all the factories and cars shouldn"t make terrible noises. If they make terrible noise that isn"t allowed, they will be fined, and we can also produce the cars which can"t make terrible noise.

泼水节又被称为“浴佛节”。每当泼水节，人们会穿上颜色鲜艳的节日盛装。既然这是浴佛节。当然第一件要做的事就是“浴佛”了，妇女们用干净的温水泼在佛像上，“浴佛”完毕后，才能正式开始泼水，男女老少们你泼我，我泼你，相互表示祝福，希望用圣洁的水冲走疾病和空难，以便换来幸福快乐的生活。人们用各种各样的容器盛水，水涌出大街小巷，追逐嬉戏，只要遇到人就泼，不论是熟悉的人还是陌生的人。一朵朵象征着吉祥、健康、幸福的水花在蔚蓝的空中悄然绽放它那甜美的笑容，像仙女一般在空中欢快的跳起了舞，那画面实在美极了!人们尽情地泼水、洒水，笑声、喧闹声、打闹声、嬉戏声连成一片一片，久久地回荡在大街小巷里，回荡在整个傣族村里。如果这一天谁被泼的次数最多，就代表谁来年里最幸福、健康、快乐，也表达了傣族对幸福、健康和吉祥的向往!在那一天里，人们依然兴高采烈，到处充满欢声笑语呢!到了夜晚的时候，歌手们都会唱起歌，人们围成圈来，一起尽情跳舞，所有人都会沉醉在这份快乐之中，难以自拔，整个场面热闹非凡。

当然，整个节目期间，除了泼水和唱歌以外，还有赛龙舟、放高升、放孔明灯、丢包、斗鸡、放气球、游园联欢等许许多多有趣而又有新意的活动呢。

泼水节流传至今已有上千的历史了，就在2006年，泼水节成功列入非文化遗产。

我小心翼翼地往班里瞅了几眼，老师还没到，我可放心了，坐在座位上继续背那篇文章。窗外的雨声格外响亮，谱成了一首激昂的乐曲，与鸟啼混杂着，好不热闹。

“老师来了，老师来了!”在外面玩耍的同学一窝蜂地涌入教室，完了!老师开始提问前十名同学作文背诵，还有一个就到我了，这可怎么办?只能硬着头皮背了!我心虚地走到老师的面前，把前两段背得格外流利，老师黑框眼镜下不禁对我投来了赞许的目光。

我的手里不断冒着热气，明明天气不热，头上、鼻尖上的汗却直滴。背到第三段，我脑海中的印象开始模糊，却只能死撑下去，一开始磕磕绊绊，越到后面就越像胡编乱造，老师开始不停地纠正我，提醒我，可我还接不下去。

最后我实在背不出来了，干脆破罐子破摔——不背了。老师原本赞许的目光逐渐转变，严厉地说：“你周末没在家里背吧?背得这么不好，你要严格要求自己，才能把成绩提上去!”语气则是对我满满的失望。我低着头，沉默不语，手心就像被熨斗烙过，脸也红的如熟透了的柿子。这时的雨声虽然与之前没有什么变化，但我听来，就仿佛一群人正在指着我窃窃私语。

雨仍然在窗外滴嗒作响，听雨声的我则是另一种心情，一听到雨声，我就知道一定要严格要求自己，避免那天的事再次发生。从此，我的耳边一直有清脆的雨声作响，一直回响着，回响着……

Seeing mywhole education history, I have many teachers. But my favorite teacher is onlyone. He is Mr Lu. He is my middle Chinese teacher and head teacher. He is aboutfifty years old. Maybe he works too hard, so his back is a little bent.

He alwayswears a black glasses. He looks amiable but serious in study.
