你们好!现在学校里经常出现浪费资源的现象例如，水龙头里流出清澈的水，用水的人却不知去向;走道里的灯开着，却不见有人关上;笔记本用了几页就被扔进垃圾桶里!这难道不是经常的事吗?所以，我提出节约自然资源的建议。如果在这种种现象继续下去，会导致学校资金不够。还会导致自然资源逐渐减少。如果全世界的人都这样，人类将不复存在。由此我的建议如下：

一、节约水资源的建议

(1)看见水龙头没关上，就随手把它关上。

(2)在家里时，可以用淘米水来浇花，洗菜，洗脸，洗头发等。

(3)少量的衣服可以用手洗，避免用洗衣机。

(4)洗手时，不需要开大量的水，用小量的水洗。

二、节约电资源的建议

(1)看见没用还开着的灯，电视，风扇等，就把它们关掉。

(2)如果住的楼不高的话，就不要坐电梯，走走楼梯，锻锻炼也好。

(3)天气不怎么热时，尽量不要开空调和风扇。

三、节约纸资源的建议

(1)一张纸如果用了正面，还可以用反面。如果还有一些空的地方，还可以用来打草稿。

(2)练习本后面的几页是空的，而且没有用，我们可以把那几页钉装起来，用来打草稿。

(3)用完了的纸还可以收集起来，用来回收到专门能重新造纸的回收站。

以上就是我的建议了，希望大家能认真看一看。让我们积极行动起来，让学校，世界变得更加美丽吧!

Some people think that opportunities result from luck.They think that it occurs randomly and are being given to people for no reason.Some think that there is no such thing as an opportunity,and that everything gained by a person must be done through hard work.But it is undeniable that opportunities are very important.They are like the extra step-up that puts you above the rest of the crowd should you be lucky enough to get it.I believe that opportunities are indeed fate; however,only those who are well prepared can grasp the opportunity given to them and make a change to their lives.

在浩瀚的宇宙中，有一个星球，人们叫她地球；在美丽的地球上，有一个地域辽阔，资源丰富的文明国度，人们叫她中国。这个伟大的国度，不仅孕育出了几千年的文明和丰富的资源，也孕育出了13亿人口的庞大队伍。他们以自然为依托，以资源为营养，不断的汲取，成长。但同时，这个美丽国度曾葱荣的一草一木和曾被视为丰富无尽的自然资源，正面临匮乏的困境。

中国，我引以为傲的祖国，我的母亲，她拥有960万平方千米的庞大身躯。在这广阔的身躯上，有一望无垠的大草原，奔跑着成群的牛羊；也有美丽的江南水乡，那里有丰富的矿产资源，也有一座座古朴精致的特色民居在这里驻足，一个个美丽动人的传说在西湖如烟般朦胧的细雨中纷纷落下，成为人们茶余饭后的佳话。中国不仅有怡人的风景，而且有许多供给人们生活需要的丰富资源。的确，中国的自然资源总量丰富，但因为人口的增多和人们无节制的索取，资源面临着即将枯竭的悲惨命运。

其实，一系列的社会现象已经给我们敲响了警钟。就像水，人的生命之源。我国的水资源分布很不均匀，呈现出南丰北缺的状态。比如，华北地区的缺水现象愈加严重，为解决这个问题，国家实施南水北调工程，但华北地区的水价还是一涨再涨尤其是北京、天津、青岛这种一线城市最为明显。水价的一再抬高让人们很无奈，但有谁自我反省过这种现象其实是自己造成的？无知的人们只知道一味地找别人的原因，却不能自我反省，真是可悲！每当我看到那些干涸的土地裂着一道道巨大的缝隙时，就像是在张着嘴渴求上天能赐予自己一滴水，哪怕是一滴水，就足以让它们重现笑颜。每当我看到那些因干旱缺水的人们渴望得到水的眼神，看到水时那种难以言喻的激动神情，我的心总会一阵阵抽痛。那是一种刻骨铭心的疼痛！

面对这种现象，人们也在采取一系列的措施。倡导节约用水，可真正谈得上“节约”二字的人又有多少？人们天天喊着节约的口号，却在做着与节约背道而驰的事情。无知的人们啊，水资源的匮乏，何尝不是我们自创的悲剧？何尝不是大自然为惩罚无知的我们而给予的惩戒？希望人们要重视这个问题，我们不能只说空话，要办实事！这不仅要依靠有关部门加大倡导力度，同时还需要我们从自身做起，一点一滴的汇聚，全社会都力行节约，那么一天节约的资源，也将会是一个天文数字。

行动起来，让我们每个人节约一点资源，如此反复下去，最终受益的还是我们。从小事做起，节约一滴水、一块土地、一点儿石油、一张纸，那么大自然也将会还给我们一片汪洋、广阔的天地、丰富的石油、茂密的森林。让我们人人都做一个懂事的孩子，让中国这位伟大的母亲重现笑容，让中国同地球一起微笑！

您们好！

我是滨东小学六年级的一名热爱大自然的学生，我在我的家乡已经整整生活了13年了，家乡的一切变化都被我看在眼里。今天，我之所以冒昧地给您们写这封建议书，是因为我有太多太多的话要说。

不知您们有没有发现这样一个严重的现象：近几年来，许多树木都被大量地砍伐了，那一棵棵参天大树没了，只剩下光秃秃的山丘。

是什么导致了这么严重的后果了？是那些昂贵的一次性用品：一次性筷子、一次性汤勺、一次性木碗......这些一次性用品已经在各大餐馆里遍地开花，严重地影响了我国的森林植被！

我们都知道，森林好比一堵天然的屏障，有了它，沙尘暴、龙卷风、干旱、洪水等与生命作对的怪物便不敢来侵犯了，为我们的生活提供了保障。

环保局的叔叔阿姨们，求求你们救救那些树木吧！自然界里，如果没有了树木，那么后果将不堪设想，那时候，我们这个美丽的大家园——中国将不再美丽动人，到处黄沙漫天，水土流失，没有一点生机，进而，危及到人类的生存。为此，作为中国的一份子的我，对这种浪费资源、不顾子孙后代的做法感到十分焦虑。为此，我特别向你们提几点建议：

1. 落实垃圾箱分类，有专人负责可回收垃圾，使可回收垃圾得到2次的运用。

2. 教育人们节约资源，少用一次性用品，一张纸、一只筷子也不能浪费。

3. 在公交车上、马路上等公共场所多做些环保广告，提醒市民们时刻注意节约资源。

4. 采用奖励制，对节约资源者进行奖励。如果实在不行，也可以采用强制的监督法，对浪费资源者进行批评、教育。

5. 提高公民的文化素质，建议从娃娃抓起，在幼儿园、小学就开始进行环保意识的学习。

6. 改变一次性用品的原材料，可效仿日本、韩国等国采用可食用的一次性用品，用完了还可吃下去，吃食环保两不误，何乐而不为了？

敬爱的叔叔阿姨们，我真心的希望我们所有的人都能生活在一个树木葱茏、绿草如茵的美丽家园里。不知道叔叔阿姨们能不能帮助我达成这个心愿呢？
