首先，要学会做人。著名教育家陶行知说过：“千学万学，学做真人。”用毛泽东的话说就是“要做一个高尚的人，一个纯粹的人，一个有道德的人，一个脱离了低级趣味的人，一个有益于人民的人。”要使个人素质日臻完善，要求自己无论在学校、还是在社会、家庭，都成为一名优秀的成员，承担起自己应尽的责任。

第二，要学会做事。衡量一个人的价值不仅要看他说了什么，更要看他做了什么。要从小事做起，从平凡的事做起，希望大家牢记：做事必须“抓紧”和“认真”，只有“只争朝夕”和“全力以赴”才能在飞速发展、日新月异的社会里多做事，做大事，做成事。

第三，要学会学习。当今时代，是知识爆炸的社会。稍一放松，就被甩在了时代的后面。你们要认真学习、掌握科学文化知识，努力提高自身文化素质。要肯学，还要会学、善学，只有这样才能适应未来社会，把自己锻造成为具有较高综合素质和较强学习能力的合格人才。

第四，要学会生活。你们不是生活在真空状态里，也不是封闭在“象牙塔”里。你们要学会生活，要从学习洗衣服开始，从学习整理内务开始。“一屋不扫，何以扫天下?”只有安排好自己的生活，才能更好地设计未来人生。学会生活，热爱生活，才能创造生活，拥有美好的生活。

March 12th is Tree Planting Day. This year our school bought enough  the trees before that day . On that day , we didnt had classes . The teachers and our classmates planted trees around our the school.

We began to planted trees as soon as we got to school . some students dug the holes . Some students put the trees into the holes.

When students go into college, they need to join in the group, because there is no way for them to live alone. They have new classmates and roommates. How to fit in the group is the main problem for them to solve. A successful student can handle it well.

To fit in the group, the students must have the collective consciousness. As most students are only child in the family, so they don’t know how to get along well with their roommates. The ending is so hopeless for the protagonist, if he holds on for a few second, everything will be changed. The story tells people never to give up hope, who knows what will happen the next second. 接过父亲递过来的小锄头，我玩兴大起的在田中转圈，挖出一条条沟壑加速水的流失。终于，在我的不懈努力下水底的状况便一点点显露出来。田螺是一群胆小又单纯的家伙，水不断地流走留给它们深深的恐慌。它们像无头苍蝇一样在泥上逃窜留下一条条清晰的足迹，仿佛要昭告天下自己的藏身之所；泥鳅是一群狡猾的家伙。它们不动声色的往污泥深处钻，要不是梳齿锄暴露了它们的新洞穴，它们就可以逃过一劫；各种各样的水虫是一群懒惰又明智的家伙。它们深知自己的价值不会被人类看重，于是优哉游哉地随水流奔向下一片田野；荸荠是一群无奈的倒霉蛋：作为无脚的重点搜索目标，它们在劫难逃。

同时，外婆和母亲不知何时已经来到田边。外婆在洗刚挖出来的荸荠，沾着泥的荸荠一个个现出原貌：光溜溜、红里透黑的小圆墩上长着白嫩嫩的幼芽，削掉那层外衣后露出里面白生生的果肉，汁多肉脆。我一边吃着母亲递过来的果肉，一边动手摸荸荠。这些荸荠竟也爱扎堆，要么一下子摸出五六个又大又好的，要么只有一两个歪瓜劣枣。父亲的收获更多，作为本次挖荸荠的主力军，其战斗力与我这等打酱油的当然不是一个档次。更何况那小桶装着的田螺、泥鳅、黄鳝，看得我嘟着嘴直嚷嚷“我怎么就没摸到一条泥鳅呢，真不公平……”母亲看着一身脏兮兮的我，忍了又忍还是没忍住“看看你都多大了，还不知道将就衣服，像个小学生一样。”外婆忍不住搭腔：“没事的，她爸妈都在这她还不就是个小孩子。”母亲只得噤声。

直到天色渐晚，寒气愈重，我和父亲才准备换衣回家。

走的时候外婆非常舍不得，拉着我和母亲的手送我们。在心里叹了口气：这次分别之后我得外出求学而父母外出谋生。我们的生活又不得不按下快捷键，能分给外婆的时间少之又少，而我似乎又看到父母明日送行的样子，千言万语只是一句：好好照顾自己；让我无论身在何方都不曾太过孤独。

When I went to middle school, it was hard for me to adjust the new

environment at first, because there were so many subjects to learn, I fell

behind other students. I did not know what to do, I just wanted to get away from

school. I talked about my annoyance to my friend, she told me that I got too

much pressure and she suggested me to take relax and made progress step by step.

She said everything would be better someday. Now I have made progress and when I

look back on the passed days, it was just a small problem for me. I got over the

Zeng Qiao is one of my friends. She is a beautiful, outgoing and good-tempered girl. She smiles frequently. I think it’s her smile that makes her beauty. We live in the same dormitory, so that we always stay together, no matter going to classroom or having dinners. At first, I don’t like her very much, because she is always talking. It seems that she can’t stop open her mouth. I am a little bit quiet and introverted, so I seldom talk to others. But gradually, I find that she can have influence on others by what she says. 二、指导写作应注意的几个问题：

3．坚持循序渐进的训练原则。写作要先易后难，先短后长，先学会运用简单句、并列句，后学会用复合句表达，先写正确句子逐步过渡到围绕一个人、一件事、一个观点去写有中心的文章，由不限定时间到限定时间，由限定时间长到限定时间短，由限定字数少到多……
