尊敬的老师，亲爱的同学们：

大家好！新春伊始，万象更新！寒假伴随着春节的喜庆一晃而过。今天，我们聚集在这里，举行新学期的第一次升旗仪式。

回顾上个学期，我们播种过希望，也收获了累累硕果，同学们在刻苦学习的同时，积极参加各项活动，不仅学习成绩进步了，行为习惯改变了，而且见识和能力也增长了，各方面的素质都有了明显的提高。在新学期里，各项工作要进一步加强，高三、初三毕业班的同学，将迎来高考和中考的冲刺；高中和初中非毕业班的同学，也将面临各种考试，所以本学期将是一个繁忙、紧张的学期。学校殷切希望师生更加精诚团结，以求实创新的态度和勇攀高峰的品质，充分发挥主观能动性和创造性，把我们的各项工作做好、做实。

下面我就新学期工作提几点建议和要求：

1、开好头，起好步。凡事开头难，良好的开端是成功的一半。那么，怎样重视呢？首先，要有一个计划和目标；其次，要在小事上做实在，比如：弯腰捡起校园内的一张纸屑，听到铃声教室里立刻安静下来，整理好自己的学习用品等，事情虽很小，但关系到同学们良好的行为习惯的养成问题，是大事。

2、改陋习，勤钻研。坚决改掉学习中的一些不良习惯，不浪费课堂上的一分一秒，发扬刻苦钻研精神，与同学互相帮助，取人之长，补己之短。将压力转化为学习的动力，加倍努力，力争做到最好。学习是一件苦事，需要付出努力，需要有克服困难的意志，有战胜懒惰的勇气。但学习更是一件快乐的事，在学习中解除了自己的迷惑，在学习中增长了见识，获取了更多的信息，让视野更开阔，让思路更敏捷，让心灵更充实，更重要的是，只有不断学习才能实现自己的理想。

3、树信心，克疑难。困难是人生中不可缺少的一部分，是磨练个人意志的试金石，如何面对困难的态度决定着一个人是成功还是失败的最终结局。自信是人生潜能最有力的控制者，是个性最鲜明的执行者，是创造性思维中最重要的因素，一个人失败了并不可怕，可怕的是失去对自己的信心，一个人对自己都没有自信，那才是真正的失败，请同学们记住：酸甜苦辣都有营养，成功和失败都是收获。

4、健身心，提素养。养成良好的道德行为习惯，遵章守纪，诚实守信，礼貌待人，孝敬父母，关心集体，爱护公物，坚持锻炼身体，上好课跑好操，讲究卫生，保持心理健康。要学会学习、学会做事，读有益的书、做有益的事、交有益的人。本学期学校将继续深入开展“书香校园”活动，希望更多的同学能与书为友，多读书、读好书，在陶冶情操、滋润心灵的读书活动中，学会关注自然，关心社会，关爱他人，丰富自己的心灵。

5、显个性，展风采。本学期，学校还将举办丰富多彩的活动，希望全体师生一如既往的积极主动参加，不放过每一次锻炼自己的机会，让大家尽情享受校园文化盛宴，让师生们流动的魅力更加充满朝气。

老师们、同学们，一年之计在于春！开学了，松弛的神经又该绷紧了，床头的闹钟又将激起清晨的奏鸣！让我们踏着春天的脚步，在前进的道路上留下醉人的芬芳！

最后，祝全体师生在新的一年里，龙腾虎跃，更上一层！祝我们的学校蒸蒸日上、前景辉煌！

Nowadays, smart phone has been part of our life. We can see people lowing

down their heads and playing smart phones all the time. When people are walking

on the street, the traffic regulations are no longer their first concern. It is

so dangerous for them to keep their attention on the phone. Dutch officers

figured out a new rule to let people realize the traffic lights. On the ground,

the traffic light can be seen. What a smart idea. When people are watching smart

phones, they can see the lights, too. At the same time, we need to think about

the problem that whether our life is controlled by the technology.

My sister is Alice. She is very lovely. She has long hair .Her hobby is flying kites. She likes collecting stamps too. Her favourite fruit is apples. She likes noodles very much.

She is a good girl. She often helps her mother do the housework. She is very kind. She has many friends in her school. She likes riding bikes with me. This is my sister. I love her very much.
