终于有幸参加了学校组织的踢毽子比赛，当时的情景真是太精彩了。比赛的名称叫做欠债还债，这次比赛共分成了两组：男生一组，女生一组。比赛开始了，我们女生先踢，俗话说：女士优先，男士站旁边嘛!本来我们女生就爱踢毽子，所以我们一口气踢了65个，男生们却只踢了45个，后来我们越踢越多，把男生们打了个落花流水，最后垂头丧气的走了。而我们女生则是高兴得又是跳又是蹦的，可开心了!比赛开始时我们女生还很紧张，生怕踢不过男生，但是我们还是鼓起了勇气，继续作战。因为我们知道，坚持就是胜利。最后终于把男生打败了。

不一会儿，比赛开始了。第一个运动员做的非常好，很容易就跃过去了。我简直惊呆了。第二个也一样顺利完成。第三个刚好越过，但是他不是最好的一个。

It was my turn. I had a deep breath and then ran towards. In front of the pole, I began to jump. Oh, no! My right foot hit the pole. “I failed.” I thought. And then, another unlucky thing happened.

轮到我了。我深呼一口气朝前跑去。在杆子前面，我开始跃起。噢，不!我的右脚碰到了杆子。我想“我失败了。”，但是接下来更糟糕的事发生了。

I didnt stand firmly and I tumbled. I hurt my back badly. At that moment I felt my back was broken. It was too painful. It seemed that the people around field all didnt know that, they only laughed at my foolish posture.

我没有站稳，摔倒了。我的背狠狠的摔了一下。那时我感觉我的背摔坏了。太疼了。我周围的人似乎都不知道发生了什么，他们只是一个劲的笑我愚蠢的姿态。

After a very short rest, I stood up.

休息了一会后，我站了起来。

I push my pain back and then went out of the field with my red face. My friend hurried to come to me. He asked me if this was terrible. I was too pained with my back to answer his questions. I only shook my head. I was sad. Not only I had hurt my back but also I couldnt go on in the game. I had to see the others jump and wish them to get a good place.

我揉揉我疼痛的背红着脸走出了比赛区域。我的朋友跑过来。他问我是否严重。我强忍背部疼痛回答了他的问题。我只摇头。

我很沮丧。不仅仅是摔坏了背，更主要的是我不能再继续参加比赛了。我只能观看其他人的比赛，并祝福他们得到一个好名次。

Though I didnt finish the whole game. I was still very happy. Because a lot of my classmates tried their best in the game and they got a lot of good score. They were all best in my eyes. I was thankful to them for doing their best for our class.

虽然我没有能完成比赛。但我依旧很高兴。因为我的同学们都尽其所能的完成比赛，并且都取得了很好的成绩。他们在我眼里是最棒的。我很感谢他们能为班级做出这么大的贡献。

快乐而充实的20XX即将过去，一年来，我们学校举行了许多有意义的活动，有“六一”联欢会、英汉双语比赛……可是给我印象最深的还是体育运动会。

那天下午，我们全校师生搬着椅子来到了同学们日常欢声笑语的操场，来参加学校组织的“体育运动会”经过一个多小时的开幕式，“体育运动会终于正式开幕了，第一个体育项目是60米短跑，我们班派出的是“实力派选手”武浩宇和盛中浩别的运动员个个精力充沛，连我们班的“实力派”都有点怕了，可是他们听到我们加油呐喊又重新鼓起了勇气，随着枪声“嘣”的一声，比赛开始了，比赛竞争的非常激烈可是这样就能难得倒我们的实力派选手吗？我然不出我们所料，拿了一个第一回来。

第二个体育项目是跳远，这可是我们班的强项，我们班可是有跳远“皇帝”和跳远“皇后”呢!过了几分钟不出我们所料，都得了第一呢！

第三个体育项目是我们女生最期待的项目，那就是“女子折返接力跑”，我们女生各个精力充沛，第一个带头就是我们般的“兔子”赵珂，她虽然跑得非常快可是还是没有追上一班的“黑马”最终我们还是获得了不理想的第二名，我们老师语重心长的对我们说：“重在参与，只要用心就可以了。”听了老师这番话，我们女生又重新鼓起了精神！

虽然这次比赛结束了，可是体育精神还在我们心中，我们以后要加强锻炼，争取下一次取得更好的成绩！

[最难忘的体育运动会作文

一年一度的春季运动会开始了，同学们都十分高兴。

运动会有四个项目：个人跳绳赛，个人50米赛，接力赛和拔河。

首先进行的是个人跳绳赛和个人50米赛，这两项比赛都很精彩。但最精彩最激烈的就是接下来的接力和拔河了。

接力赛开始前，同学们都整装待发。随着裁判员一声哨响，各班的第一棒都像发射出的子弹一样冲了出去。我们班的陈明星像箭一样冲在最前面，别班同学也紧随其后，但还是被速度最快的陈明星落下一截。我们班的啦啦队攒足了劲儿，扯着喉咙喊加油，脸都涨得通红。有了同学们助威，参加比赛的同学更加卖力，与别的班相隔二三十米呢！但意外还是发生了，我们班还是掉了一次棒，使得别班超过了我们，我们得了第四名。六二班是第一名，当他们班最后一棒郭一鸣飞速冲向终点时，还做了个刘翔冲向终点时一个敞开双臂的动作，双手举出“V”型，高兴得不得了。看着他得意的样子，我们心里很不服气。掉了棒的同学受到同学们的责怪，痛哭起来，觉得很对不起大家。但是，我觉得大家不应该责怪他们，毕竟他们也不想让掉棒啊。

最后一场是拔河。开始是我们班VS六二班。哨声一响，双方就抓绳往后拉。我们班和六二班实力不相上下，挂在绳子上的红领巾总在中间摆来摆去。我们班的同学猛地一用劲儿，一下就把绳子拉了过来，全班一片欢呼，举出胜利手势，激动得一蹦三尺高！和六二班的第二场比赛也同样赢了，同学们更激动了！谁也没想到，我们决赛的对手竟是实力最强的六四班。同学们的心都提到了嗓子眼儿，到底能不能赢呢？“嘘---”哨声响了，比赛开始了。我们班一开始就被六四班拉过一截，我们班同学们的心差点从嗓子眼儿跳出来，幸好我们班的拔河选手用力往回拉，没被他们班拉过去。我们啦啦队都万分紧张，心怦怦直跳，紧握拳头，希望我们班不要输，大声喊：“六三班加油！”唉！还是被六四班拉去了。第二场开始，还没一会儿工夫，六四班可就轻而易举地赢了比赛，看着他们高兴的劲儿，我们心里很不是滋味，有不少同学都落泪了。

回到教室朱老师并没有责怪我们没得第一，反而安慰起大家。闫老师也风趣地说：“我一个瓜子还没嗑完呢，这比赛可就结束了！”惹得大家都开心地笑了，似乎忘记了刚才的悲伤。

虽然这一次比赛成绩不太理想，但我们尽力了，就是最好的，重在参与嘛！友谊第一，比赛第二！况且今年是奥运年，对我们来说是多么光荣，他即将在北京举行，所以我们应该增强体质，更健康！奥运会就是提倡友谊第一！输赢不在乎！

请裁判员、运动员入场！现在8：15候场，8：30出场。

8：17升国旗。开始放国歌，同学们都严肃地，缓缓地举起右手，为革命先烈致以崇高的敬意。看见同学严肃，我也严肃起来了。“礼毕”一声，同学立马收下，转过来了。

8：20教练以最精湛的武艺为同学们庆祝开幕式。他们分别是网球操，足球操和跆拳道，给同学们带来了欢声笑语。

第一场——网球操，网球操我们都做过，可老师就选几位跳得好的，表演好让我们学学他们正确的姿势。

第二场——足球操，足球操就是抬足球，让我们见识足球也能做操。

第三场——跆拳道，跆拳道教练跳高能力强，脚踢能力也很强。连个模板都能踢坏，能力极强、极高。我们欢呼雀跃都想有他一样好的“武功”。

校长宣布运动会正式开始。运动员各自去自己的位置，紧张有序准备着比赛等待着老师的发令枪一响。同学们拼命向前跑，像箭一样飞奔。在同学们喊加油！个个都拿出全身的力气飞向前，争取拿第一。

集体接力赛开始前，同学们成群结队地排着队伍有序来到指定的50米接力赛场地。同学们自信满满地去接力，但是我们中途有个队员掉棒了。接力赛结束后，那位队员感到很自责。同学们都劝说：“没事，下次小心点就好了，安全最重要。”

这是我最难忘的运动会，见证了同学们深厚的同学之情。

在这个星期中，我们学校举办了一场趣味横生的运动会。

一开场，异彩纷呈的开幕式就吸引了我们的眼球，哇，样式真多！有左右拐弯的滑旱冰表演；有精彩的跳舞表演；还有随风奔跑的自行车表演……，对于那些表演的同学们，我真是既羡慕又佩服，他们演的真好！

接下来就是正式的比赛了。现在我来给大家介绍我们的比赛项目吧，有扣人心弦的接力跑，有“滚”往直前的滚轮胎，更有激动人心的拔河比赛……，我就来讲一下接力跑和拔河吧！

接力跑有二十个人参加，在老师选人时，我们都争先恐后的举手，生怕自己选不上，最后我入选了，我高兴得跳了起来。比赛要开始了，我们站在起跑线上，个个紧张万分，有跃跃欲试，真是复杂的心情！我们把手搭在一起，齐声喊“加油”来鼓励自己！随着裁判一声喊“开始”，九个班的同学一起开始跑，刚开始没多久，我们班就领先了，看，宋慧跑的多块！我想：我们班肯定是第一！旁边啦啦队也热情高涨，不停地喊着“一班加油”，听到这些，我们班的速度越来越快。马上就轮到我了，两个、一个，我接过棒紧紧握住，飞速起跑，像刘翔一样，跑到对面，以最快的速度交到另一个人手里，最后，我们取得了第二名的好成绩，嗯，还不错，下次继续努力！

接下来我们班要面对另一场艰巨的比赛——拔河。老师告诉我们，我们抽中的对手是六班，我们都倒抽一口冷气，六班可是历届的拔河冠军呀，因为他们班“重量级”人物比较多，我们这是走了什么狗屎运了？

我们来到拔河场地，只见一根粗绳子躺在地上，中间系了一根红领巾。我们和六班面对面站好，裁判站在中间，脚踩着绳。随着“嘟”一声哨响，六班就猛地使劲，我们班大部分人还没准备好，就被拉趴下了，真是“大意失荆州”啊！第二局开始了，我们这一次都使出了吃奶的力气，双手紧抓绳子，全身尽量往后躺，一开始，绳子慢慢的向我们这边移动，眼看要胜利了，他们猛地一发力，绳子又移过去了，就在这关键时刻，哨响了，我们又输了一局，哎，这一次真的输了，只能等明年再争一局了。

虽然体育运动会已经结束了，可是同学们同心协力的精神还留在每个人心中，比赛的激情、高兴地心情还留在操场上。我多么想念那时的团结，一起的庆祝或是埋怨。可是已经过去了，这个星期过的真快，老天总是让学习的时间慢，玩的时间跑的快！

我真怀念那几天的时光！
