除了草莓的可口诱人，尚田山清水秀，县江从尚田穿过。自从2008年整治后，江水清澈，江的两岸道路平整、亭台阁楼、花坛、广场花草芬芳，成了人们跑步、打太极拳等锻炼身体的好去处。夏天的晚上，人们在江边散步、乘凉、钓鱼、吃夜宵、江边灯光闪烁，仿佛人间仙境!尚田道路宽敞，交通便捷。甬临线穿村而过，马路上车来车往、川流不息。公园里中老妇女在那儿跳健身舞，美妙的音乐使人心旷神怡。

家乡真美啊!我爱我的家乡!

爷爷奶奶今天刚从市场上买回一箱苹果梨，我高兴的不得了，因为这是我最爱吃的水果。

春天，梨花开了，远看果园里整个山坡犹如白雪皑皑，近看一株株苹果树像一把把白色的大伞。一簇簇梨花像聚在一起的白蝴蝶，洁白无瑕的五个花瓣围着紫红色的花蕊，在嫩绿的树叶映衬下，漂亮极了。

夏天，梨树结出了果子，刚结的果子又小又绿，它们像一群小精灵一样藏在茂密的树林里和我们玩捉迷藏，使你很难发现它们。

秋天，苹果梨成熟了，它的外形像苹果，味道像梨，所以它们就叫苹果梨。成熟的苹果梨是扁圆形的，果表面是浅黄色的，一面还透着红色，周身布满小点点。它的味道是甜里带着酸，果肉细嫩，梨汁充盈，非常好吃。苹果里散发出的甜香味，让你直流口水。

冬天到了，家家存了很多苹果梨，一直可以存放到来年五，六月份。这时的苹果梨表面更黄了，红晕更红了，吃起来还是那么可口。我还常听大人们说，吃苹果梨，还能治好多的病。比如：燥湿健脾，软化血管，和胃，止呕止泻，消痰止咳等保健功能。被很多的营养学家誉为“保健食品”、“功能食品”。

我喜欢吃家乡的苹果梨，我更爱我的家乡——汪清。

在我的家乡，一年四季都很美。

春天犹如一名画家，把冬天的白色一点点盖上，添了几点新绿。沉睡的小草树木睁开了眼，春风吹拂着花坛里刚刚出头的小草，花园里一片新绿，花儿们也不甘示弱，桃花、梨花、迎春花争相露出笑脸。像在绿色的画卷上增添了几点鲜艳。人们脱下笨重的棉袄，换上了美丽的春装，孩子们的笑声在空气中飘扬。农民伯伯在忙着种地，希望有个好收成。

夏天，炙热的太阳烧烤着大地，树木热弯了腰，树叶也热的卷着，小花热的低着头，小草也热的垂头丧气，仿佛都在说：“太阳公公，我们太热啦！”说时迟，那时快，天空上乌云密布，雷声和闪电顿时铺天盖地，轰隆隆的雷声响彻云霄。没多久，雨停了，小花扬起了脸，小草挺直了腰，大地又恢复了以前的风采。

秋天，绿色的树木变成了金黄色，人们都需要多穿些衣服，因为天气变冷了。农民伯伯忙着收割庄稼，脸上挂着收获的笑容。小动物们忙着储藏粮食，为过冬做准备。

冬天白雪皑皑，白色一片，还下着暴雪，雪停后，孩子们非常开心，因为他们可以玩很多游戏！

这就是我们家乡哈尔滨——春季，鲜花盛开；夏季，烈日炎炎；秋季，硕果累累；冬季，白雪皑皑。

我的家乡在义乌，义乌有许多特产：比如山花梨啊、松软可口的南蜜枣……可我却最爱那香甜美味的红糖。

红糖是义乌的三宝之一，与蜜枣、两头乌齐名，它在义乌可谓是家喻户晓，否则就不算是真正的义乌人。义乌人为了体现红糖的重要性，每年秋天都要举办“红糖节”。每年的秋天，桂花香飘过不久，义乌的“红糖节”就开始了。爸爸妈妈总是会带我去村里的榨糖厂去购买，当然，顺便去参观红糖制作的全过程。

还没有进入到糖厂里面，红糖特有的醉人的甜香早已飘进我的鼻孔，它肆无忌惮地勾引着我的味蕾，让我口水连连往肚子里咽。进入糖厂大门，映入眼帘的满是闻香而来的顾客，生怕来晚了买不着，又或者是和我一样对这红糖制作的过程充满了好奇。卖麻花的店家在自己的摊铺前叫的老响了，那又脆又响亮的叫喊声就像他卖的麻花，真的是现炸现卖，嘎嘣脆的。你肯定会好奇，这红糖厂卖麻花是个什么事儿啊？不搭边啊？不用着急，让我来告诉你，现炸的新鲜麻花，再裹上一层新鲜出炉的红糖，那可真的是外软里酥，好吃到没朋友。来购买的人都会先买上一大包麻花，再到里面和卖红糖的主人讲好价格，没有凝固的红糖慢慢的流到麻花上，给它裹上一层亮亮的外衣，慢慢等，放凉以后就可以装袋子了，那就是有名的红糖麻花了。

红糖之所以有义乌三宝之一的美誉，是因为它的色香味美，红糖的甜香可以称为一绝。刚出炉的红糖非常酥软，没有凝固时候的红糖是粘粘的，一拉就变成透明的丝丝条条，很黏。送入口中顿时一股甜香在舌尖散开，一瞬间蔓延开去，甜到每一个味蕾上，甜进心里。我迫不及待地拿了一块成型的红糖放入口中，一转头再去欣赏欣赏它的制作过程：红糖进入第一锅的时候是液体的，而且也没有这么漂亮的红色；到了第二锅，又比第一锅略微粘稠了一些，那是因为加热过程中糖水里的水分在不停的蒸发；到了第三锅，锅里的红糖水又比第二锅少了些许，也更加的粘稠了。终于，到了第四锅，搅拌的师傅必须掌握好火候、时间，然后就可以出锅了。

老人都说，在以前缺吃少穿的年代，红糖是最容易得到的补品了，它补血化瘀，美容养颜。我喜欢家乡的红糖，家乡的红糖是那么香！那么甜！那么美味！

镇江，旧称“京口”，环境优美，物产丰富，最具有代表性的特产便是香醋了。

相传，香醋是“酒圣”杜康的儿子黑塔发明的。一天，黑塔做完了活，喝了几斤米酒就回马房睡觉。突然，一声震雷吓醒了他，他睁开眼，房内竟站着一位白发老翁。白发老翁笑眯眯地说：“黑塔，你酿的调味琼浆，已经二十一天了，今日酉时就可以品尝了。”黑塔正欲再问，谁知老翁已经不见了，他大声喊：“仙翁，仙翁！”自己便被惊醒，原来刚才是梦中所见，梦中所闻。他将信将疑，到缸前喝了一碗，只觉得满嘴香喷喷，酸溜溜，顿觉神清气爽，浑身舒坦，“二十一日酉时”，加起来正好是“醋”。于是，镇江香醋从此名扬四方。

镇江香醋采用镇江市及镇江市附近金坛、溧水等地的糯米，这里的糯米品质好、糯性强，淀粉粘性大，淀粉含量高，酿成醋后，成品质量优越，香醋风味突出。水源采自镇江的中冷泉，它被称为“天下第一泉”，泉水含有多种矿物质，绿如翡翠，浓似琼浆，其醇可知，简直就是锦上添花。将糯米和泉水放入大缸中，让它们自行发酵，60多天后便酿成了上好品质的醋。香醋摆久了也不会变质，反而存放愈久，味道愈加醇香。

镇江香醋具有“色、香、酸、醇、浓”五大特色。其色泽清亮，酸味柔和，醇香浓郁，风味纯正，口感绵和，香而微甜，色浓而味鲜。和江南的肉馅小吃一起食用时，更能体现出小吃的鲜美。中国医药大典记载：“醋产浙江杭绍为最佳，实则以江苏镇江为最。”

香醋，真是无法替代的调味品啊！

Great changes have taken place in my hometown these years. There used to be old and low houses on the streets,but now you can see people live and work in tall buildings. In the past, you could always see rubbish everywhere. But now the environment is clean and tidy. Many trees are planted on both sides of the street, so the air is very fresh.There were not any buses in my hometown, so most of us used to walk to work or go to school by bike.However, life is much better now. Many people buy their own cars, so they go out by car.
