我的家乡坐落在湖北省钟祥市客店镇大洪山风景旅游区。家乡不仅景色宜人，而且还有许多的美食，让你心里慌，口水流成江，不吃划不来，快速来品尝。

“吃在湖北”，我看应该改为“吃在客店”。这话一点不假，快跟我来吧!首先，请与我共同尝尝农家饭里的蟠龙菜吧!它可是我们家乡的特产喔!每当过年的时候，各家各户都有这盘菜。听说这道菜最早是由乾隆皇帝的一位御厨烹制而出的，是专门用来孝敬皇帝的。

在爸爸妈妈小的时候可不容易吃上这道菜，只有在经济条件特别好的家庭里举行重大庆典时，才偶尔有得吃。现在各家各户条件都好了，家家自己都会做这道菜了呢!

这道菜吃起来容易，做起来可并不简单。它的制作工艺非常精细。主要原料有：肥肉、瘦肉、鱼肉，也可用鸡肉，再加上做菜用的生粉，还有各种各样的鲜美调料精制而成。它的味道非常可口，一种是蘸着吃，另一种这是蒸着吃。蒸着吃可是我的最爱。特别是刚蒸好的蟠龙菜，一出笼，热气腾腾，香气扑鼻，油光欲滴，红皮嫩肉，直流口水。入口的时候，是那么的爽，那么的滑，咬一口吞下去，真是神清气爽，令人精神振奋。可别忘了，走进农家饭庄吃蟠龙菜，千万要带上餐巾纸，边吃边擦嘴上的油，否则你会很难看的哟!蟠龙菜也让我的家乡富得流油。

我的家乡美食多。还有春天的韭菜炒竹笋、夏天的手抓大虾、秋天的南瓜蒸菜、冬天的麻辣火锅，还有四季常有的小鸡炖香菇和油炸辣椒粑粑……

我的家乡虽然是个小山镇，但是这里却隐藏着这么丰盛的美食。我希望那些享尽了城市风味的人们，一定要开着你们的奔驰、宝马来到我的家乡，享受这人间仙境、皇宫生活，也不枉白白来这世间走一遭哇!

苹果，大家一定都见过吧!他是是最常见的水果之一，也是健康水果。而我的家乡就盛产苹果哦。

我爱家乡的苹果没熟的苹果是青色的，吃起来非常涩，熟了的苹果黄中带绿，吃起来酸酸甜甜的，而熟透了的苹果是红彤彤的吃起来非常甜，就像一个个红灯笼挂在树上，样子非常漂亮。你用刀子把熟透的苹果皮削干净，就可以看见那黄嫩嫩的果肉了，闻一闻还可以闻到一股芳香扑鼻而来，真让人垂涎三尺。你若切一块尝一尝，还未送到嘴边口水就以不听话的往外流。轻咬一口，顿时果汁溢满了嘴，甜津津的，真有滋味。如果你吃了太多的半熟的苹果，你的牙齿就要遭殃了，因为半熟的苹果中有一种酸性物质，虽然这些物质在苹果中只占了非常少的一部分，但吃多了你就连豆腐的咬不动了。

I`m happy to share my opinion about hometown，shijiazhuang. Today,shijiazhuang is quite different from ten years ago.In the past,there was a little road in the city,and the road was very narrwo.As there is the capital city of Hebei Province,the traffic was very heavy.But there have built a lot of roads in these years,and all of these are broad.

There were only 3 parks in the city at ten years ago,and the air pollution was very serious.However,there are a great many of new parks were built.People often go to the nearest park do morning excise,and children also enjoy there.Of course,the air also improved a lot.

Today`s shijiazhuang is a beauty and modern city ,welcome to my hometown with your family.

My hometown is Xiamen. I was born there twelve years ago. Now I live in Fuzhou, the capital of Fujian Province. Xiamen is a beautiful city that many people visit there. The whole city is clean and tidy. I lived in downtown. It’s near to the port, where is the busiest place, because thousands of people go to the Gulangyu. Gulanyu is a small island. There are many distinctive buildings and paths there. You may get lost in so many paths, but you don’t have to worry. And every path has its own beautiful scenery. I love my beautiful hometown.

“西亭脆饼十八层，层层分明能照人，上风吃来下风闻，香甜酥脆爱煞人。”这首歌谣自然就是写的南通的特产—西亭脆饼。

西亭脆饼，长约2根手指，宽约半根手指。远看，两头向上弯起，双头圆圆的，如一艘小船，似一座房子。近看，背是拱形，底却是平的，一颗颗如水滴般大小的白芝麻镶在上面，一闪一闪，令人喜爱。四周则是光滑的，光滑到竟连一丝瑕疵都没有。伸手，去摸，滑滑的，带着一些芝麻的质感。凑上去，闻，一嗅，一股浓浓的芝麻味夹杂着一缕缕甜味被吸入鼻中，令人神清气爽。倘若你忍不住了，要去尝一下，也可，只不过，不要去狼吞虎咽，而要用手夹住两端，咬下一小口，顿时，你会感到口中的西亭脆饼层层断裂，脆脆的，一股股甜味在口中传播开来，令你食欲大增，慢慢咀嚼，每咬破一个芝麻，口中的香味就浓上一分，直至所有芝麻全部咬破，你会发现口中香气横溢，咽下后，你还会感觉口中还有余渣，仔细回味，这时，你才明白原来一个如此小的一样东西，竟可以如此美味，如此美味！

西亭脆饼不仅美味，做工也十分精致。需选上等精白面粉为主料，经二十八道工序，用手工制成，脆饼用微火烧烤，表面黄而不焦，每只饼有十八层次。

西亭脆饼也有一段美丽的传说。从前，在西亭镇上，有对夫妇开了家茶食店，老板能做各式的茶点，妻子照管店务，两人能勉强养家糊口。可西亭是乡村，顾客大多是种田人，买不起细货茶食，夫妻俩商议，要把生意做活，只有在粗货茶食上做文章，粗货细做，这样才可使产品物美价廉，而乡下人喜吃脆饼，他们就在脆饼上动脑筋，加以油、糖、桂花、桔皮，并将方形改成长条，上面洒上芝麻。此外，还改革了简炉，终于制成了别具一格的西亭脆饼。曾任清政商务大臣的张謇，自己非常喜爱吃西亭脆饼，他还将脆饼作为礼品赠以外商和达官贵人。从此，西亭脆饼才得已名满天下。

西亭脆饼虽然小，但却凝集着老百姓们的心血；虽然便宜，但却是一样出名的美食；虽然是吃的，但却有很多用处。愿西亭脆饼能在中国发扬光大，永不停歇！
