做鱼腐有材料有：去皮鲮鱼肉、鸡蛋、盐、生粉、清水和花生油。做法是：首先用刀将鲮鱼肉刮出成茸，接着用水开稀生粉，把鸡蛋去壳搅透，然后把鱼茸用盐挞至起胶，将生粉水、鸡蛋液注入鱼茸中，一起搅匀，最后烧镬下油，用汤匙自料落镬，慢火浸炸至金黄色，捞起上碟。

我家乡山上有一大片柿子树，柿子树在我们家乡是家家户户都有种的。

春风送暖，柿子树“妈妈”把黄白色的小花带了出来，把树装扮的更加美丽根加迷人了。

夏日炎炎，黄白色的小花，既然变成了小柿子，有的小柿子才一个拇指大，有的小柿子有俩个拇指大，有的小柿子有三个拇指大，等。这些柿子大小各不相同。

秋风送爽，小柿子长大了，变成了一个个红柿子，远远望去好像山上着火了，但如果你靠近一点儿就不会觉得了，而会觉的像树上挂满了许多小灯笼，这是红柿子正在为大树“妈妈”梳妆打扮呢！

我的家乡通渭，位于甘肃东南部，北控长城，南通渭水，四面群山环抱，县城背枕笔架山，前挹南屏山，牛谷河三面萦绕，脉络疏通有致。但土地贫瘠，是全省十八个干旱县之一，更是四十一个扶贫县之一，农业生产主要以种植为主，马铃薯便是养育我家乡四十多万人口的主导产业之一。通渭—被誉为“马铃薯之乡”。

马铃薯又称土豆、洋芋，它们呈椭圆形、卵圆形，外皮有白色、淡红色和紫色。土豆苗生长的时候，土豆不是长在土豆苗上，而是在地底下，把土豆苗拔起来再挖几下就看到土豆了。我想，“土豆”这个名字就是这样来的。马铃薯皮比较比较粗糙，有在个头比大人拳头都大，表皮有许多小圆坑，是用来发芽的，又像小孩脸上的小酒窝。削去它的皮之后，就可以看到里面米黄色的果肉。切开之后，有鲜嫩的汁水，更是洁白无瑕。

听奶奶说，马铃薯农历三月份开始种植，种植时需要按小圆坑切成不规则块状，在土壤中经过6个月膨大生长，就可以收获了。收获过程基本全靠人工，刨一锄头，用手把茎杆一拔，大大小小的土豆一拥而出。

马铃薯含有丰富的维生素B1、B2、B6和泛酸等B群维生素及大量的优质纤维素，还含有微量元素、氨基酸、蛋白质、脂肪和优质淀粉等营养元素。这些成分在人的肌体抗老防病过程中有着重要的作用。马铃薯对人体有很奇妙的作用，瘦人食之能使其“胖”，胖人食之则使其“瘦”，且身段会变得苗条起来。听专家断言：“每餐只吃全脂奶和马铃薯，便可得到人体需要的全部营养素。”

我的家乡在山西省的西南方，那里一到夏天到处弥漫着清香的气味，那就是我的家乡特产——油桃的香气。

春天，油桃树上吐出嫩绿的小芽，没过几天就变成一朵朵可爱的小花雷。桃花盛开时节，整个山村都被漫山遍野的桃花包围在其中，人在花中走，花在人中游。这时每个人都感觉自己就是一个仙女，在花从中漫游。这简直就是个活生生的世外桃源！我忍不住想起《桃花源记》中的佳句：“中无杂树，芳草鲜美，落英缤纷。”过了几天，树上慢慢的长出了细长的叶子，点缀在花丛中格外耀眼。待到春未夏初，那满园的油桃树，变成了一片绿色的海洋，风吹过来，远远的就能听到阵阵波涛，士分壮观。

油桃长了一个月了我跟我的爸爸看油桃，这时油桃己经比核桃还大了，是深绿色，我忍不住摘了一个想着应该很好吃吧，没想到又硬又酸难吃极了，我的爸爸看见了说：“别着急，到了署假时你再回来尝一尝，准会让你吃不够。”

我焦急地盼望着放署假，终于等来了这一天，我飞快地来到树下，看到那油树象一个个又红又大的苹果挂满了树枝，我的爸爸给我搞了一个，来不急洗，我就先咬了一大口，软软的，酸甜可口，于是我狼吞虎咽地吃完了一个，口水还一直流。

这时候农民伯伯可高兴了，他们收获着丰收的果子，满脸带着幸福的笑容，把油桃装满自家的三轮车送往市场。

我爱家乡的油桃，它不光给我带来了快乐，也给人们带来了幸福，带来了希望。
